21/26! I am surprised I didn't have a fic with the letter "K" but I did find out that I had two fics with the exact same title! Whoops. I also seem to have a lot of fics that start with "i" or variations of that, which I didn't realize until I saw it laid out like that. Also I was reminded how I have written 1/3 of the Clark/Oliver tag on AO3, which is kinda fun. Someone left a comment on one of my fics a couple of months ago (after going through a lot of them) and was like "you are holding the Clark/Oliver tag down" (paraphrasing), which was not something I expected to hear in 2025 but I do love it. :D

It was! Also it's nice to be reminded of what you wrote because some fics I definitely forgot about lol Haha it's good to know I'm not alone! Titles are hard! And I usually check but sometimes, I forget.

That was my original ship that caused me to start writing fic and it's a rare pair in a bigger fandom so I do feel good that I can be associated it with it, even when I don't write it anymore. :D

Oh, I'm going to borrow this, it looks fun. I have so many fics (most of them drabbles lol) that I'd assume I'd make it to 20, but a few letters will be difficult.

I went to look at the Clark/Oliver tag and wow. I am high (maybe alone, at least at the time I wrote them xD) in some of my ships, but that's because they're tiny. A third of 200+ fics is a lot añldfk, congrats on that!

Awesome! It was fun to look back at, and yeah, I knew a couple letters would be hard. It might have to consider titles with those in the future just to complete the set. :D

Aww, thank you! That is still cool that you're holding up so many ships though! I am sure overall, it's a little less than that, because there are fics on LJ and FFN that didn't transfer over to AO3, but Clark/Oliver was a rare pair in a relatively big fandom, due to Clex (understandbly) being the juggernaut and a lot of het pairs coming in second. I actually started writing fic back in the day because I fell for them and saw how few fics there were of them (~10 iirc and some were just leading to Clex) and figured I'd give it a shot, despite never writing fic before. So it's nice to still be associated with it. :D

It's true! And once you've written fics for a long time, you will forget the titles of older stories. I try to check but sometimes I forget.

All my House fic titles begin with an I. That's because the first two I wrote had titles starting with an I and I decided it was an interesting gimmick and it forced me to put some thought into it so I kept doing it.

Titles are hard! And unless you check, it is easy to just forget what you've written, so I guess we're not alone, if you have. :D

It's an impressive number and I suspect many fan fic writers have used the same title twice probably without thinking about it if they were for different fandoms.
