Ships: Clark/Oliver, Clark/Lois, Clark/Lois/Oliver, Lois/Tess, Lois/Lana, Lana/Tess
Clois and Clark/Ollie are my OTPs and I love Clark/Lois/Oliver as an OT3. I picked a few of my favorite fairytales, like Beauty and the Beast, which I feel could work for Clark/Oliver. He was really arrogant and a bully when he was young so I can see him cursed into a beast until he finds someone who can love him. You can even modernize that a little with him being cursed to be scarred or somehow visibly not as attractive as he usually is and Clark loving him for his personality. I'd love it if they were still true to their canon counterparts in terms of who they are (Superman/Green Arrow) but if it is a complete AU, that is fine too. Something like The Little Mermaid I can see with Clois or even Clark/Ollie, with Clark being in Ariel's role (even though Tom Welling has always looked like Prince Eric to me), having a fascination with humans and maybe makes a deal with the wrong person (Zod?). Anyway you go with it is good! I do love when True Love's Kiss comes to play. If it is Clark/Ollie, I would prefer any Clark/Lois be platonic. I don't want them to have been broken up or Lois to harbor some unrequited feelings.
I love Lois with Tess or Lana or Lois with Tess. I can see Tess being some sort of misunderstood character or even someone who redeems herself like she does in canon.
I don't like Clex (Oliver/Lex or Oliver/Lana are two of my NOTPs) so I would prefer nothing related to that though if you keep Lex good, I would be fine with the two of them being friends. I'm pretty picky with ships so outside the ones I have here, the ones I am fine with are: Oliver/Dinah, Lois/Kara, Lex/Lana, and Tess/Emil. With Allison Mack's recent actions, I am not comfortable with Chloe as a character, so I would prefer she be left out.
MCU:
Ships: Peggy/Steve, Steve/Tony, Bucky/Sam, Pepper/Natasha, Bucky/Natasha
I love canon related or canon divergence fics, since a fantasy element can play into the regular canon with all that is already there. If you're doing a non-Steggy fic, I would prefer that Steve's Endgame ending not be bashed and rather just ignored. I like Tony with Pepper, if he is to be included in a non-Stony ship, rather than him with other people. Other ships I like: Thor/Jane, Thor/Sif, Clint/Natasha, Clint/Coulson, Rhodey/Carol, Rhodey/Nebula, and T'Challa/Nakia.
I'm not a fan of Stucky so I would prefer that not be a part of any fics, even as a past relationship, especially when it comes to Sam/Bucky or Steve/Tony.
Gilmore Girls:
Ships: Rory/Jess, Rory/Paris, Luke/Lorelai, Lane/Dave
Stars Hollow does have a fairy tale esq vibe to it, and it is all too easy to imagine an added supernatural/mythological element to it. Rory does have Disney princess vibes (Belle is probably a pretty obvious comparison but you can go with anything that is more unique). Lorelai as a witch seems fitting too. Anything really, as long as there isn't any ship bashing or Literati fics with Jess there to just show up her other love interests, even if I dislike Dean. Lane always seemed like a romantic and obviously she has a rebellious side too. I love her and Dave, because he seemed like such a great guy. I don't care for her and Zach but I again don't want it to be bashed either.
Boy Meets World:
Ships: Jack/Eric
I loved the two of them in the original series, and the show did reference witches so I can see that being a factor. Really, anything with them is good. I can see Eric fully buying into everything should they need to go on an adventure of sorts and Jack being the reluctant skeptic. I do ship Cory/Topanga and Shawn/Angela to Cory/Shawn so if you want to keep any background relationships, add in those characters, that would be my preference.
Carmilla:
Ships: Carmilla/Laura
I really loved this show back when it first came out and I was really into Hollstein. Of course there is already an added vampires element but if you want to twist canon into a fairy tale (of course Carmilla already has her creepy mom), or go with a complete AU, that's fine too. I just don't like Danny/Laura, or Danny/Carmilla or the threesome but other background ships are fine.
DCEU:
Ships: Clark/Lois, Diana/Steve, Barry/Iris
I love all three of those ships. I know The Flash movie hasn't come out yet but I did watch the Snyder cut and the potential of Barry and Iris already stood out to me. I love meet cutes or even awkward meetings like Barry and Iris had. Playful flirting and a couple that can kick butt and rescue themselves and each other is even better. I don't like Diana/Clark and am kind of meh on Diana/Bruce so I would prefer that it only be limited to the requested ships if you pick one and if you want to add in other characters, maybe their canon romantic interests is fine (Bruce/Selina, Arthur/Mera, etc).
Harry Potter:
Ships/Characters: Sirius Black & Remus Lupin & Harry Potter & James Potter & Lily Potter, James Potter/Lily Evans Potter, Harry Potter & James Potter & Lily Potter & Sirius Black/Remus Lupin
I'm here for Harry getting to grow up with his family and adding in Sirius and Remus makes it even better. If you go with Sirius/Remus, I would prefer James be with Lily and if the two of them are alive, I don't want them to have split up. I'm not a fan of Sirius/James or James/Remus (or Lily with either of them), so I would prefer those relationships remain platonic. Ditto for Snape. As far as the rest, if you are going to make Harry older, I lean toward the canon pairings, with Harry/Ginny and Ron/Hermione (don't like Harry/Hermione or the trio as a threesome). I used to like Harry/Draco, if you can find a way to not woobify Draco or bash the actual good guys (the Weasleys, Hermione, etc) to make it work. I do love the Harry, Hermione, and Ron friendship overall so if you want to add that in, that's great too.
Little Women:
Ships: Jo/Laurie
Jo/Laurie is my childhood OTP and I would take anything with them. Jo is wildly curious and loves to go on adventures as it is. I am not a fan of Amy/Laurie, but I love the sisterly bonds so I wouldn't want ships to get in the way and Amy to be bashed or hurt.
Star Trek (AOS):
Ships: Kirk/Spock, Uhura/Bones, Carol/Bones
Kirk/Spock is my OTP, I like the idea of Uhura/Bones and I thought that Carol had chemistry with Bones in Into Darkness so I love all these ships. I even like Uhura/Gaila too, though I didn't request it. The Vulcan logic playing in with a fairy tale/mythological setting is intriguing to me, as is Bones general cynicism with anything out of the ordinary.
