thestoryinside is a community where you can knock off your to be read list, with someone helping you. Members can vote on themes and then there are sign-ups toward the end of every month - the March one is here and on the first, you will be assigned a buddy. You will then pick a book for them off their list and they will pick one for you off your's.

sufficiently_advanced_ex, a fanworks exchange for scifi/fantasy/horror books, is accepting nominations until March 7th.

fandomtrumpshate is in their browsing period, if you wanted to scan through offers before bidding begins.
