Dear creator,

Thanks for signing up for this challenge! I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with and I hope that my letter/prompts/info is helpful. I tried to leave a few prompts for every ship but feel free to disregard if there is something else that you would rather write. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact me via the mod.

I do like Halloween themes (trick or treat, Halloween parties, etc), but if you want to veer off into non Halloween, that's cool too.

Smallville:

Clark Kent: My favorite character on the show. He had his ups and downs but came out on top and I like that he held steadfast to his beliefs even when it didn't work out. He has his own issues (abandonment, loneliness, letting people in) but he found love with someone who got him and his secret and that made me happy. I am picky when it comes to ships with him but I am open to gen/friendship with almost anyone. Pre show, during the show or post is all good.

Ships: Clark/Lois, Clark/Lois/Oliver, Clark/Oliver
Gen/Friendships: Clark & Martha, Clark & Jonathan, Clark & Martha & Jonathan, Clark & Pete, Clark & Lois, Clark & Oliver, Clark & Tess, Clark & Kara, Clark & Lana (I wish we could've seen them go past the relationship issues, and settle into the kind of friendship Lois had with Oliver), Clark & Bart, Clark & Jimmy

Prompts:
1. Clark's first Halloween as a child
2. Clark becoming a dad vs reflecting on how his parents raised him
3. anything with Clark's childhood- developing powers/meeting Pete/etc
4. in the seven year time jump- the Superman alter ego and balancing life once he's flying
5. Clark learning about his heritage through Kara

Lois Lane: My favorite female character on the show. I loved her from the start and Erica Durance brought such life to the role. She was really consistent in terms of characterization and I love how she's so brave, loyal, snarky and fights for who and what she believes in. She has a very big heart and is a good friend.

Ships & Gen: Lois/Clark, Lois/Clark/Oliver, Lois/Oliver, Lois/Lana, Lois/Tess, Lois/Kara
Gen/Friendships: Lois & Lucy, Lois & Martha, Lois & Jonathan, Lois & General Lane, Lois & Jimmy, Lois & Diana/Wonder Woman (I haven't read the s11 comics but I have seen she makes her appearance there)

Prompts:
1. Lois doing her journalism thing- any fic where she's pursuing a story (Superman can be there rescue her if she gets in over her head or fun twist: Lana or Kara does instead!)
2. fics set during her childhood; her relationship with Lucy then and in the present perhaps?
3. celebrating Halloween

Oliver Queen: I really loved him pretty quickly s6 and was delighted for him to be a regular in s8. His snark is on point, he's true to who he is, and he has so many personal demons but it makes it better when he fights through them. While everything that has happened with Allison Mack has kind of put me off the character too (though I had some issues with her actions), I'm fine with a fic centered around an Oliver friendship (e.g. Ollie & Clark) or just a solo Oliver story has Oliver/Chloe implied/in the background.

Ships & Gen: Oliver/Clark, Oliver/Clark/Lois, Oliver/Lois, Oliver/Dinah
Gen/Friendships: Oliver & Carter, Oliver & Justice League, Oliver & Tess, Oliver & Emil

Prompts:
1. Pre-s6, with Oliver forming the Justice League
2. Oliver getting therapy in s9 and working through his issues (such as his tendency to drink to cope)
3. Oliver on the island or immediately post island

Clark/Lois: I loved them from 'Crusade' and it just grew from there. The banter, the reluctant friendship, the solid bond even when they're bickering ... it was all great. She managed to get through to him and stop him from killing Alica's murderer! In s4! What a perfect frenemies to lovers ship. The way they support each other and have each other's back and how they really work together makes me happy. They're best friends and they're soulmates and the wait was hard but it was worth it for sure. If Lana is to be involved, I want her as a supportive friend and not a villain, which feels OOC for her, even if I don't ship Clana.

Prompts:
1. investigating a Halloween related mystery (questionable costume store?)
2. their dance doesn't get interrupted in "Bride"- how does that change s8?
3. Lois remembers what happened in "Crimson"

Clark/Lois/Oliver: They're my OT3. I love all of the individual ships and the dynamic we got in the few scenes they shared together. They each have their similarities to one another (Lois & Oliver, Clark & Lois, Clark & Oliver) and it really feel like they could balance each other out.

Prompts:
1. they get to finish their movie night in "hydro"
2. Oliver hangs out with Lois & Clark post Green Arrow reveal and has feelings for both of them
3. Oliver and Lois have gotten back together/never broken up and he notices the chemistry between Clark & Lois. Then he realizes Clark is into him too and makes a plan (after consulting Lois); bonus: he and Clark kissed as a distraction and he wasn't able to stop thinking about it

Clark/Oliver: I loved them from s6 and how they formed a bond based on their shared secrets. They pushed each other and didn't always get along but always found their way back to one another. Only thing I ask if that if you go this route, Lois not be disrespected/hurt. I love her and I love Clois so I would prefer they were just always friends rather than he break up with her/she deals with unrequited feelings.

Prompts:
1. Clark goes to a masquerade ball hosted by Queen Industries and strikes it off with a mysterious "stranger" (maybe J'onn is posing as Oliver to practice his shapeshifting?)
2. one of them gets hurt and the other one seems to not be visiting but it turns out that they're taking the night shift so others can rest/they can protect them when they're most vulnerable
3. Oliver broke a witch's heart (can be Zatanna) and her father curses him to be a genie/trapped in a lamp. Clark buys it.

Lana/Tess: They only had a few scenes but I really would've liked to see more. Interesting chemistry and dynamic with lots of potential.

Prompts:
1. soulmate AU: I can see how if it is by initials, LL is very common and can get confusing. Especially if it is Tess's birth name so Lana has LL and doesn't think of Tess.
2. undercover as a couple
3. hate sex/casual sex turns into feelings

Lois/Lana: I liked how they were friends right off the bat. Lois was clearly impressed by Lana and Lana appreciated her friendship too. They'd be a great couple, though I don't want one or both of them to be pining over Clark or Clark to be the villain in any way.

Prompts:
1. Lana keeps her powers/saves Lois and now Lois is on the story about the new hero in town
2. roommates AU where Lois stays in Met U and Lana becomes her roommate
3. Lana owns a flower shop and Lois is a frequent customer

Lois/Oliver: They really won me over in s6. Had great chemistry. Him falling for her at first sight and she outright telling he was attractive but still keeping him on his toes in her own way was fun. Also they developed into a wonderful, supportive friendship in the final seasons.

Prompts:
1. she gives him a second chance in "Siren" and they have to deal with the long distance relationship
2. he gets hurt/loses his memory after "Justice" and thinks that they're still together
3. he is hears her confession in "Toxic" and they try again

Lois/Tess: I really loved them since their first scene in "Odyssey" and the journey of how they went from disliking one another to friends in s10 was great. I would love anything from any point in their relationship.

Prompts:
1. Lois gets roped into participating in a charity auction; Tess bids on/wins.
2. Lois joins a dating app and she ends up matched with Tess, but they both don't know.
3. Casual/Hate sex turns into real feelings.

Gilmore Girls:

Jess Mariano: I really love Jess- he came as this angry teen with a bunch of issues and he really grew up. He had plenty of moments that showed he cared even when he was first around and he did listen, even if he was bad at expressing his feelings. The best part was that he didn't fall into the bad boy trope- Rory may have inspired him but he had to change on his own and really it was Luke played a big part in him wanting to get better.

Ships & Gen: Jess/Rory
Gen/Friendship: Jess & Luke, Jess & April, Jess & Doula, Jess & Lorelai, Jess & Paris, Jess & Lane

Prompts:
1. The journey of him writing his book
2. anything dealing with his childhood
3. meeting Doula/being a big brother

Lane Kim: I love Lane. She's one of my faves, and how she had to deal with balancing her culture while wanting to pull away was interesting. I can deal with her being with Zack if it is easier to set in the later seasons.

Ships: Lane/Dave
Gen/Friendships: Lane & Rory, Lane & Lorelai, Lane & Mrs. Kim, Lane & Jess

Prompts:
1. pursuing music while balancing the rest of her life
2. figuring out life as a parent and deciding how to parent vs the influences in her life
3. how she felt at Stars Hollow after Rory transferred to Chilton

Rory Gilmore: I love Rory. I know she gets a lot of criticism but I do think she always tried what to do what was best. She didn't always succeed and she made mistakes but I feel that's what made her human. She's smart, compassionate, and still stands up for herself. Someone pointed out that if the show had been more real and of course didn't have a budget, she would've been doing all sorts of internships abroad and the journalism arc might've been different.

Ships & Gen: Rory/Jess, Rory/Paris
Gen/Friendships: Rory & Lorelai, Rory & Luke, Rory & Richard, Rory & Emily, Rory & Lane, Rory & Gigi, Rory & Christopher

Prompts:
1. post series, as she follows the campaign trail and gets used to life away from Connecticut/Stars Hollow
2. AU where she chooses Harvard
3. post Revival with her writing her book/being pregnant and thinking of a new career

Paris Geller: Paris is great. The way she opens up during the course of the series and finds friendship with Rory and even love with Doyle (it was a shame those two got divorced in the Revival) and how close she is with Lorelai is sweet.

Ships & Gen: Paris/Rory, Paris/Doyle
Gen/Friendships: Paris & Lorelai, Paris & Jess (i wish we could've seen more of them)

Prompts:
1. anything in between the finale and the Revival: in medical school/what prompted her to open up a clinic/etc
2. managing the kids and a career while being divorced (i don't like the implication that she would be like her mom- I think she would try to be a good mom)

Lorelai & Rory: Their mother/daughter relationship is delightful. I think it was interesting to see their roles sort of reverse over the course of the series and it would've been nice to see them address some of their issues/distances/how Christopher affected them both.

Prompts:
1. Rory goes on internships abroad and they have to deal with the separation/Rory possibly in danger at times
2. Rory and Lorelai stay with the Gilmores and how that changes them/their relationship
3. Rory's pregnancy post Revival and Lorelai supporting her
4. pre series with Rory's childhood

Rory & Lane: A nice friendship! I like how they're both different in their own ways but found a cherished sisterhood with one another. Lane wanting Rory to be the "Lorelai to her kids" was the best.

Prompts:
1. going trick or treating as kids
2. first meetings/childhood stories
3. finding time to spend together when Rory visits or post Revival

Luke & Jess: Luke really inspired Jess to change more than anyone and I am glad that he believed in him/they were able to work their relationship out. Seeing them together in the Revival was some of my favorite parts.

Prompts:
1. Luke with Jess as a kid (maybe he takes him trick or treating and it is a little awkward)
2. keeping in touch after s4
3. anything set between the finale and the Revival

Lane/Dave: They were so sweet together and I loved how she was so into him and he was willing to work with her and her mom, even reading the whole bible.

Prompts:
1. Lane never dates Zach and she ends up running into Dave years later
2. when Lane gets kicked out, she ends up leaving Stars Hollow/goes to California and runs into Dave
3. Lane works at Luke's and Dave is a frequent customer/in a band. When they need a drummer, she ends up joining

Luke/Lorelai: One of my favorite friends to lovers ships. I love how they had this underlying tension even in s1 when they weren't apparently planned to be together and how it grew. They were there for one another when it mattered and the slowburn with the feelings was so good, even when it was tough to watch them go up and down once they actually got together.

Prompts:
1. Halloween party- Lorelai would insist on couples costumes
2. Luke tells Lorelai about April and they figure things out together
3. anything set in between the finale and the Revival- maybe a canon divergence where they get married and do have kids.

Paris/Rory: They're such a fun rivals to friends to lovers ship. I love how they're there for each other and how Rory was willing to be a friend to Paris even when Paris was hot and cold with her and Paris just loving/being there for Rory too.

Prompts:
1. they live together post Revival and Rory gets jealous when she thinks Paris is dating another woman
2. fics set during Chilton- Paris or Rory doesn't want to date someone who asks her out and they blurt out that they're dating the other one. Fake dating ensues
3. There's a Halloween related festival/party at Stars Hollow and Paris gets roped into joining

Rory/Jess: I loved them and how they got each other and their chemistry and how they believed in one another at a time when they each didn't believe in themselves. The best part was he grew up and became what she knew he could be. I just don't want Jess to be portrayed as showing up her other boyfriends or there to belittle Rory or them, even if it is set post Revival. I can't imagine him judging her for anything she's done.

Prompts:
1. he tells her what went wrong and they don't break up when she goes to Yale; I can still see him leaving Stars Hollow because I can't imagine him growing there
2. they meet as adults; he is an established writer who goes to Stars Hollow to write a book/see his uncle and they run into each other while she's visiting her mom
3. childhood friends/penpals: they meet as kids when Liz brings Jess to visit and keep in touch over the years and fall in love

DCEU:

Lois Lane: I love basically all version of Lois and how she is such a tough reporter who will do what it takes to get the story but also an empathetic person who cares.

Ships: Lois/Clark
Gen/Friendships: Lois & Diana, Lois & Martha, Lois & Justice League

Prompts:
1. Lois finding out she is pregnant
2. Lois going undercover/investigating a story
3. pre-MoS with her coming up in the ranks or discovering her love of journalism

Lois & Diana: I like the potential of these two, because I think they'd be great friends. It is a shame they didn't get to really interact in the movies. Gal and Amy seemed to have great off screen chemistry that I'm sure would have translated.

Prompts:
1. Diana comforts Lois after losing Clark in BvS
2. Lois interviews Diana
3. Diana is the one who approaches Lois during ZSJL instead of J'onn pretending to be Martha

Lois & Martha: As much as I enjoyed the ZSJL I was disappointed when Martha was revealed to be J'onn in the scene with Lois. I would love to see more of them.

Prompts:
1. Grieving Clark together
2. bonding over Lois's pregnancy (Martha reminiscing on Clark's childhood/powers)

Arthur/Mera: I enjoyed the Aquaman movie and how they went from bickering to just falling for each other as they worked together.

Prompts:
1. Arranged Marriage AU- Arthur's mom gets to stay with the family but her son is now going to be betrothed to Mera and neither of them like it at first
2. learning about each other's traditions/incorporating new ones
3. Have to share a bed while they're on the run

Barry/Iris: We didn't see much of them but from what I did see, I liked. Very sweet and I love Barry in general.

Prompts:
1. soulmate AU
2. he gets dragged into one of her stories and they have to go undercover as a couple
3. reporter!Iris- he saves her life and she is on the story

Clark/Lois: They were very sweet and mature and I like how she was one of the first people to believe in him. Plus the ZSJL has them having a kid and I would love to read more about them.

Prompts:
1. preparing for a baby and a wedding post ZSJL
2. AU where Krypton survives and Kal-El has an arranged marriage with Lois
3. domestic fics where they take care of each other after a tough mission or story

Diana/Lois: Just as a I like them as friends, I like the idea of them as a ship too. Please no Clark bashing and if he is around, I would like them as a friend to both. I can accept Clark/Bruce as long as it is firmly in the background and not the reason that Clois broke up.

Prompts:
1. creating new Halloween traditions
2. Lois gets hurt and Diana takes her to Themyscira to heal
3. friends with benefits turn into real feelings

Diana/Steve: Just fell for them in the first movie and how they balanced each other out. He really believes in her and is not not intimidated by who she is. She clearly has not stopped loving him and I would love for them to get a happy ending.

Prompts:
1. modern day AU- they meet at a costume ball
2. He is reincarnated and they find each other but he doesn't remember his past life; have to be undercover as a couple for a joint mission and there is pining/confusion
3. Groundhog Day AU where Diana keeps reliving the day of his death

Ted Lasso:

AFC Richmond Players: I love this group and how supportive they are of one another. Team bonding scenes are my favorite.

Prompts:
1. Team Halloween party
2. celebrating a win together
3. comfort after a loss

Jamie Tartt: I never expected to love Jamie as much as I do. He's really come so far and I love that he's getting therapy/working on being better. He didn't get an easy out, really had to work for it, and that made it work.

Ships & Gen: Jamie/Sam, Jamie/Keeley/Roy, Jamie/Roy
Gen: Jamie & Ted, Jamie & Keeley, Jamie & the team, Jamie & Dr. Sharon Fieldstone

Prompts:
1. anything with Jamie slowly working his way back into the team and bonding
2. dealing with his therapy
3. exploring his childhood/relationship with his mom

Rebecca Welton: She's snarky, loving, and truly cares even when she doesn't want to. She's also come so far! Her characterization and how she was held responsible for her actions while being portrayed sympathetically was awesome.

Ships & Gen: Rebecca/Ted
Gen/Friendships: Rebecca & Keeley, Rebecca & Roy, Rebecca & Higgins, Rebecca & Nora, Rebecca & Sassy, Rebecca & the team

Prompts:
1. girls night out
2. receiving comfort after a difficult day
3. Rebecca pre-marriage to Rupert

Jamie & Roy: Their hug in 2.08 just killed me. I can't believe that they got that moment and it was perfect.

Prompts:
1. Roy taking care of Jamie
2. bonding over football
3. Jamie still has his poster of Roy

Jamie/Roy: I do ship it now a bit. They're just an enemies to friends dynamic that is delightful. But please be respectful to Keeley. I'm good with them having an open/poly relationship.

Prompts:
1. pre Richmond. 18-20 year old Jamie having and taking an opportunity to hit on his favorite player, Roy
2. hate/casual sex turns into real feelings
3. Accidentally showing up at a Halloween party in similar/couples costumes

Jamie/Sam: The casual way Jamie drapes himself over Sam now and how far they've come really has sold me on the potential of this ship. The contrast between their relationship with their fathers is also intriguing.

Prompts:
1. Jamie offers to cover for Sam when he finds out that he is dating Rebecca (while pining)
2. Jamie realizes how great Sam is and falls for him but doesn't think Sam could feel the same way (has to get over some internalized stuff too) because of how he treated him in the past
3. Fake Dating/Everyone thinks they're together-The whole team thinks they're dating and when Jamie's dad gets mad, he doubles down in spite. Sam agrees to go along with it and feelings happen

Keeley/Roy: I just love their relationship on the show. How they came together, and how they communicate and make it over their hurdles and how *into* each other they are. Just the best.

Prompts:
1. Roy was the player that Keeley slept with when she was 18 and now they meet up again through Jamie.
2. established relationship stories- maybe them planning a wedding with the whole team (especially Ted and Rebecca) wanting to help
3. taking Phoebe trick or treating

Keeley/Roy/Jamie: I like the potential of these three. Roy and Jamie have come so far, Roy and Keeley are adorable and of course Keeley and Jamie's friendship is great too. Especially after 2.08.

Prompts:
1. Roy and Keeley take care of Jamie after dealing with his dad and they all develop feelings, though maybe Jamie thinks it is unrequited
2. Jamie doesn't get much physical affection so Roy and Keeley try to give him hugs and comfort and he slowly used to it
3. Jamie ends up bonding with Phoebe (seems like he'd be good with kids) and wins Roy over that way, as well as continuing his friendship with Keeley

Sam/Dani: They would be such a sunshine ship! I didn't think of them before I read a fic about it but they would be adorable. Dani jumping into Sam's arms right after meeting him is definitely the stuff ships are made of.

Prompts:
1. one of them is the other's plus one and now everyone thinks they're dating
2. accidentally get married when drunk
3. celebrating an anniversary

Ted/Rebecca: I liked the idea of them in s1 but I really fell for them in s2. They've come along so far and I love how Rebecca was the only one who realized Ted was having a panic attack. I am personally not a fan of Sam/Rebecca but please don't bash it or make it seem like Rebecca is using him as a substitute for Ted or in some dark place (the phrase 'dark forest' really makes me cringe, especially with the racial implications).

Prompts:
1. trying to date while avoiding the media
2. Rebecca pines for Ted, thinking that he couldn't love her after she betrayed him, especially once she hears him refer to Michelle as his wife
3. Rebecca gets sick and Ted takes care of her

MCU:

Peggy Carter: One of my favorite characters. She is just so badass- brash and tough and stands up for herself.

Ships & Gen: Peggy/Steve, Peggy/Angie, Peggy/Natasha
Gen/Friendships: Peggy & Jarvis, Peggy & Bucky, Peggy & Sharon, Peggy & Daniel, Peggy & Tony, Peggy & Howard

Prompts:
1. setting up SHIELD
2. any interactions/run ins with the Winter Soldier
3. bonding with Tony when he is a kid

Sam Wilson: He became one of my favorites immediately in TWS. I love how kind and empathetic he is- there is a reason he runs a support group and he was the first to see that Steve was struggling and took in Natasha and Steve without hesitation. He definitely deserved to be Cap.

Ships & Gen: Sam/Bucky, Sam/Natasha, Sam/Natasha/Bucky, Sam/Maria, Sam/Rhodey, Sam/T'Challa
Gen/Friendships: Sam & Steve, Sam & Sharon, Sam & Sarah, Sam & his nephews, Sam & Nick Fury, Sam & Riley

Prompts:
1. setting up the therapy group
2. anything with him and Riley
3. life in between the end of CW and Infinity War

Steve Rogers: Another one of my faves. Steve is just so complicated and filled with so much sadness. Evans really nailed the 'sad smile' for Steve and I love how he tries to do the right thing, and how kind he is. Please don't bash his Endgame ending. You can disregard but I don't want any "he goes back and realizes what an idiot he is" type stories or have others mock it.

Ships & Gen: Steve/Peggy, Steve/Tony
Gen/Friendships: Steve & Bucky, Steve & Sam, Steve & Thor, Steve & Natasha, Steve & Sharon, Steve & Nick Fury, Steve & Scott

Prompts:
1. adjusting to the modern day post TFA/The Avengers (where did he go on his motorcycle before rejoining SHIELD)
2. anything in the five year gap in Endgame
3. stories about him returning the stones

Bucky & Steve: I really liked their friendship and how they were there for one another.

Prompts:
1. set pre TFA- anything with their childhood
2. Bucky lets himself be found sooner/Steve finds him sooner
3. he doesn't fall they're both in the plane when it crashes

Steve & Natasha: The way their friendship came together and the gradual trust that formed was great. They can be snarky and really lean on one another and it was good to see them really sticking together after the Snap.

Prompts:
1. the two of them working out how to adjust to life after the Snap
2. on a mission when SHIELD was still believed to be good

Bucky/Natasha: I haven't read the comics but I find the MCU version of them intriguing, even if they didn't share that many scenes together.

Prompts:
1. Steve is snapped instead of Bucky and Bucky and Natasha get to know one another/gradually trust/fall in love
2. Natasha survives Endgame and she is around during TFATWS, maybe teasing him about his attempts at dating, etc
3. canon divergence where Bucky finds his way on the team and they have to go undercover as couple

Bucky/Sam: I liked the idea of them before TWS thanks to Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie's press tour, but I really fell for them during CW. Again, the frenemies to lovers angle and I loved how soft Bucky looked at Sam in Endgame during the funeral. I like fics set right after TWS where their potential dynamic could have been different up to during TFATWS.

Prompts:
1. woke up married in Vegas
2. soulmate AU where Sam is Bucky's soulmate and he recognizes him even in WS mode
3. everyone thinks they're together and now it's in their heads

Nebula/Rhodey: They had good chemistry in Endgame and they seemed to really relate to one another and bond so quickly.

Prompts:
1. being drawn to each other post Endgame
2. first date
3. working around each other's insecurities/figuring out a relationship

Pepper/Natasha: They're both great and I liked their relationship in Iron Man 2. I think they would work together well and balance each other out nicely.

Prompts:
1. Natasha feels bad about deceiving Pepper and works to regain her trust/they develop feelings
2. casual sex turns into real feelings
3. soulmate AU- maybe Pepper is skeptical and Natasha doesn't believe in them

Steve/Peggy: I loved them from TFA. They way they bonded even before he got the serum (he was amused when she punched that jerk and she was intrigued) and the way she believed in him/helped him immediately and then they continued to love one another was so much. I am glad they got their dance in at least one timeline.

Prompts:
1. anything where Steve is found sooner
2. Steve and Peggy adjust to life after he goes back in Endgame
3. soulmate AU
4. Peggy doesn't die in CW and instead deages because a greater power realizes she is necessary for whatever reason and gets a second chance with Steve/helps fix things

Steve/Tony: I'm a sucker for the frenemies to lovers ships, where they bicker but are on the same side, so I loved how they were in The Avengers and they had some great moments throughout, even when it was tough to see them up and down. I am more on Team Cap in regards to the Accords and I get why he didn't tell Tony about his parents, but I don't really want that rehashed or Steve constantly groveling/Tony sitting on a high horse. I am fine with him feeling guilty and them needing to rebuild the relationship but not feel like all the wrong is on one side.

Prompts:
1. Steve or Tony gets amnesia and think they're dating the other one
2. Casual sex/friends with benefits turns into real feelings; maybe set post AOU where they're both alone and decide to hook up. Added guilt of Steve knowing he is hiding something from Tony
3. Steve is found before Tony becomes Iron Man

Star Trek (AOS):

Bones/Uhura: I read a fic with them once and I was intrigued. Their personalities would mesh well and I can see them getting along.

Prompts:
1. Casual sex turns into real feelings
2. they spend shore leave together and they wake up in bed/married
3. Bones is in trouble and Uhura goes to save him

Bones/Carol Marcus: I thought they had good chemistry in Into Darkness and would've made a cute couple.

Prompts:
1. soulmate AU; Bones doesn't believe in them because his ex wife left him for her's but then it turns out he has one in Carol and he is conflicted
2. dealing with the fact she hid her identity in ID
3. she stays on the crew after ID and they slowly develop feelings

Bones & Kirk: Their friendship and their first meeting was the best. The way that Bones seems exasperated but cares about Jim so much and how Jim knows he can rely on Bones is lovely.

Prompts:
1. Bones feelings on Jim's death and his recovery
2. anything set while they're in school
3. one gets hurt and the other takes care of them

Kirk & Winona: Their relationship seems complicated from what little we know but it would be interesting to delve into, as long as Winona isn't completely villainized.

Prompts:
1. George lives and how that changes their lives
2. Winona is around for Jim's childhood
3. working out their issues after he becomes a Captain post XI

Kirk/Spock: I liked how they butted heads and then had to work together (frenemies to lovers!!!) and how they grew to rely on each other over the course of the movies.

Prompts:
1. Kirk is accused of betraying the team or maybe even Spock and Spock defends him- I have seen this trope where no one including Spock believes him and they have to go crawling back (sometimes unsuccessfully); I would like it so that Spock is with him from the get go, even when maybe Kirk himself thinks he won't be
2. one of them is in danger and the other goes all out until they are rescued
3. meet as kids because Amanda and Winona are friends and then again at Academy or they keep in touch/are pen pals

Uhura/Gaila: They had a cute friendship from what we saw in XI and I would have liked to see more of Gaila in general.

Prompts:
1. Gaila gets in trouble when she is accused of helping Kirk cheat and Uhura defends her
2. Gaila is presumed dead after Earth is attacked; Uhura mourns but then they find her and she just lost her memories
3. Academy AU; They kissed once and can't stop thinking about it. Maybe Gaila thinks Uhura is into Spock and Uhura thinks Gaila is into Kirk and it's not true but they're jealous

One Tree Hill:

Brooke Davis: She's my favorite character and watching her grow/come into herself was a joy from what I did see, and it was great that she got her happy ending and the family she wanted.

Ships & Gen: Brooke/Lucas, Brooke/Rachel, Brooke/Peyton; am also okay with Brooke/Julian though I don't know much about them/him because I stopped watching
Friendships/Gen: Brooke & Haley, Brooke & Karen, Brooke & Mouth, Brooke & Nathan

Prompts:
1. post s4, with her making her fashion brand successful
2. pre show- exploring complicated relationship with parents and maybe meeting/becoming friends with Peyton
3. any character studies

Peyton Sawyer: Peyton is a complicated character who went through a lot in a short amount of time, especially family wise. I don't ship her with Lucas but her character alone is interesting.

Ships & Gen: Peyton/Jake, Peyton/Brooke
Friendships/Gen: Peyton & Haley, Peyton & Lucas, Peyton & Nathan, Peyton & Skills

Prompts:
1. adjusting to LA/dealing with life after her breakup with Lucas
2. childhood stories/friendship with Brooke
3. she decides to become an artist

Brooke & Peyton: They had their ups and downs but still made it through to the end and it was great to see that they were there for one another when it mattered most. If it is set in the future/final seasons, while I don't ship them, I'm fine with the implication that Peyton is with Lucas, if it makes things easier, as long as it is not a big part of the story.

Prompts:
1. childhood stories
2. future fics with them and their kids

Brooke & Haley: Their friendship was one of my favorites. How close they got, especially in s3, was a real sign of how they'd (but especially Brooke) had grown.

Prompts:
1. Brooke supporting Haley while Nathan spirals in the 4 year gap
2. anything with the two of them bonding/having fun together

Brooke/Lucas: I really shipped them- they way they brought out a different side to each other and their cute nicknames was everything. She really made him less broody and I liked that. I like Brooke & Peyton's friendship so please no bashing/love triangles. I do prefer Peyton with Jake (and Haley with Nathan).

Prompts:
1. he convinces her give him another chance in s4
2. someone publishes a story about their "fake" engagement and now they have to go with it
3. different first meeting AU; she is a famous designer expanding into a men's fashion and he can is a popular basketball player that she gets to join her brand

Brooke/Peyton: They are adorable and I like their friendship but I also ship it.

Prompts:
1. 4 times that they were each other's plus 1 and the one time it was real
2. they pretend to be a couple to make it easier for Brooke to foster/adopt a child
3. friends with benefits turn into real feelings

Brooke//Rachel: I just loved how they went from hating each other to friends. I stopped watching after s4 so I only know bits and pieces of the following seasons but feel free to include what happened later.

Prompts:
1. different first meeting AU- Brooke is a famous designer and Rachel is a model
2. hate sex/casual sex in s4 turns into real feelings
3. anything set during the 4 years or Brooke helping Rachel overcome her later season struggles

Jake/Peyton: I loved Jake and Jeyton and it was a shame they never got their "someday". Plus I always thought they looked like a cute family with Jenny.

Prompts:
1. they meet up in LA after she says no to Lucas's proposal
2. Peyton doesn't say Lucas's name in her sleep and they stay engaged/together
3. Jake gets custody of Jenny so he never has to leave

Nathan/Haley: Their relationship was so great and I love how they made it through till the end.

Prompts:
1. slower start- I thought it'd be interesting if they had a bit more of a slowburn; they become friends and Nathan seems to betray her trust in a different way and then they get together
2. different first meeting- he is a famous basketball player and she is a famous singer
3. Lucas and Nathan grow up as brothers so she's friends with both but they have some feelings for each other
4. they don't back together/she doesn't return in s3 and they meet again years later

Little Women:

Amy March: She's a character that has grown me on me as I got older. I don't ship her with Laurie but I can see the logic in them ending up together. If it is set at a time where they're together, I would rather it be more in the background.

Gen/Friendships: Amy & any of her sisters, Amy & Laurie

Prompts:
1. modern AU where she pursues life as an artist
2. traveling Europe with Aunt March before she runs into Laurie

Beth March: She was a very sweet and caring character and it was so heartbreaking when she died.

Gen/Friendships: Beth & any of her sisters, Beth & Laurie, Beth & Mr. Laurence

Prompts:
1. Beth's life if she lives
2. pursuing her musical dreams in a modern AU- maybe she gets stage fright and one of her sisters/Laurie/Mr. Laurence helps her overcome it

Jo March: She was my favorite character. I loved how stubborn and passionate she was and yet there was this softer side of her too. While I ship her with Laurie, if it is easier to write her with Bhaer, that's fine too, as it's more focused on her and it's not too shippy.

Ships & Gen: Jo/Laurie
Gen/Friendships: Jo & her sisters, Jo & Marmee, Jo & Bhaer

Prompts:
1. modern AU where she works to become a writer
2. anything with her childhood and her sisters

Theodore "Laurie" Laurence: He's a fun character and it was interesting to see him fall off and then have to realize who he became/get it together (thanks to Amy, of course). If it is set post series, I'm fine with him being with Amy.

Ships: Jo/Laurie
Gen/Friendships: Laurie & any of the March family, Laurie & Mr. Laurence

Prompts:
1. Laurie before Amy showed up
2. Laurie with his parents as a child

Jo/Laurie: They're my childhood OTP that doesn't seem to go away no matter how many versions I watch. I love the bickering and the banter. Only thing is I don't want Amy to be bashed in any way because I do appreciate the sisterly bonds.

Prompts:
1. modern AU and how that changes things
2. Jo is the one who gets sick but she recovers
3. Laurie comes back from Europe single

Harry Potter:

Harry & Ron: Their friendship was the best. I love how Ron really accepted Harry immediately and how Harry found a family with Ron. I love that Ron was the one that Harry would miss the most and how he was really miserable every time they were apart. Ship wise, I prefer Ron with Hermione and Harry with Ginny.

Prompts:
1. life after the war
2. teaching their kids how to play quidditch
3. anything moments set during the books

Hermione & Harry & Ron: I love the golden trio. They're just such great friends and while they're different, they're also so similar. Ship wise, I prefer Ron/Hermione, but if it is set in the early years, that's fine with them in the background or not yet addressed.

Prompts:
1. They're all in different houses but find a way to become friends anyway
2. post war- how they adjust and figuring out what "normal" is

Sirius & Harry: I loved this relationship. Just like Harry, I was hoping that Sirius would get cleared and then Harry could finally have a real home with someone who loved him. Sirius' death was both shocking and heartbreaking.

Prompts:
1. Sirius gets cleared when Harry is a child and gets custody
2. They actually turn in Pettigrew and Harry gets to live with Sirius
3. Harry finds a way to bring Sirius back from the dead

Sirius & James: Their relationship was talked about by others but it was clearly a strong bond and a brotherhood. Sirius overcoming his family and the two of them being like brothers is awesome. I ship James with Lily though and Sirius with Remus but feel free to leave relationships out of it.

Prompts:
1. taking care of Harry as a baby
2. pulling a prank together
3. working together as Aurors

Hermione/Ron: Love this ship a lot. They really grew and balanced each other out. I love how she grounded him and he really is funny but also smart (you don't get to play chess that well if you're not). Both their first kiss in the movie and the book was perfect in their own way.

Prompts:
1. marriage law results in them getting an arranged marriage
2. life together in between the final chapter and the epilogue (maybe they comfort each other after nightmares and mourning losses)
3. riding a broom together

James/Lily: From what we know about them, I do like and ship. The way he grew up and they came together and fell in love sounds lovely.

Prompts:
1. They don't die on Halloween but the threat of Voldemort looms. What would it be like raising Harry in the midst of war
2. 6th/7th year where they are becoming friends/falling in love. Maybe Lily flirts and she is too subtle/he doesn't notice because he's grateful for their friendship and she thinks he's moved on
3. Working as aurors together

Luna/Ginny: They would be a cute, fun couple who balance each other out. I love Luna and I like Ginny too.

Prompts:
1. kissed once and can't stop thinking about it
2. learning about each other's traditions
3. anything set post war (as long as there isn't any Harry bashing)

Elementary:

Alfredo Llamosa: I always wanted to see more of Alfredo. He is so patient caring and empathetic and is unafraid to say what he knows Sherlock needs to hear.

Prompts:
1. Helping Sherlock & Joan with a case
2. any backstory

Joan Watson: She's my favorite. I love how she is no nonsense and kind and smart. She's complicated and has many layers. I just loved watching her find where she belonged during the course of the show.

Ships & Gen: Joan/Sherlock, Joan/Jamie, Joan/Marcus
Gen: Joan & Ms. Hudson, Joan & Alfredo, Joan & Arthur, Joan & her mom, Joan & her friends, Joan & Kitty

Prompts:
1. Joan as a doctor
2. Joan dealing with her cancer post series

Marcus Bell: I love Marcus. I'm glad that the show didn't keep his relationship with Sherlock antagonistic and let him be the good guy that he is. He's smart and also can keep up with Sherlock and I like his relationship with both Joan and Sherlock.

Ships & Gen: Marcus/Joan, Marcus/Alfredo/Ms Hudson (i read it once and worked for me), Marcus/Alfredo, Marcus/Ms Hudson
Friendships/Gen: Marcus & Sherlock

Sherlock Holmes: A great interpretation of a great character. I like how Sherlock got to grow and express his feelings and became a better man over the series.

Ships & Gen: Sherlock/Joan
Friendships/Gen: Sherlock & Marcus, Sherlock & Alfredo, Sherlock & Thomas Gregson, Sherlock & Kitty, Sherlock & Mycroft

Prompts:
1. character backstory on how he became interested in solving crimes
2. his life after Irene "died"

Joan & Sherlock: I just love their friendship and how they love each other and can say it too. Truly soulmates.

Prompts:
1. Joan has to fake her death and then they have to deal with the grief and reunion
2. anything case related
3. one gets hurt and the other helps them

Joan/Jamie: They're my favorite enemies ship. I find their dynamic so intriguing and full of chemistry. Jamie being fascinated by Joan and thinking she will get an upper hand and move on eventually but just *doesn't* and Joan actually outsmarting her is so much fun to watch.

Prompts:
1. they're both undercover and have to protect their own identities and each other
2. artist Jamie + Joan as her muse
3. Jamie asks for help regarding her daughter

Joan/Sherlock: Just as I love their friendship, I do ship them as well.

Prompts:
1. friends with benefits/casual sex turns into real feelings
2. AU where Joan stays a doctor and Sherlock is a frequent patient and eventually she ends up dragged into his cases (could work for a friendship fic too)
3. soulmate AU
