I'm now trying to think back to season 10 of Smallville and wondering what the late Oliver Queen from Clark Luthor's universe had been like, the only thing I really remember is that Jonathan Kent had no opinion of him although he wasn't necessarily evil. It's a couple of years now since I went back and watched those episodes (and even then, it was for a fic where Earth 2 Jonathan Kent got accidentally pulled into Earth 1, so Oliver Queen wasn't strictly necessary to the plot and I didn't give it much thought then) - but I might be tempted to use that Oliver as a starting point if I was doing that fic. Love the idea!
