OMG LOL. I think I also felt the same wrt Oliver... and then I was really upset that they broke up Lois/Oliver since I loved that ship so much. You could never really win with Smallville!

Happy to listen to you ramble any time! ♥ Dealing with his Stockholm Syndrome would be a lot of fun to write and read, especially because of the points you raise re: how Clark deals with trauma. The show never really let him deal with it unless it worked for plot convenience, which is unfortunate. Smallville's Clark feels so human.
