Haha yes, I was going solely off the looks, because he really resembles comics!Oliver. I don't have any idea on charisma because I haven't actually seen him in much, but it probably can't be worse than Amell. I got through 8 episodes of Arrow and quit and that itself was an effort. The guy who played Tommy was much more charming than SA. Smallville really lucked out with Justin Hartley. Glad the Aquaman pilot didn't work out!
