Oh, yeah I really loved that moment for Jess. As much as I hated how he was the shortest of Rory's relationships, I like how every time he came back, there was growth to his character.

Also, yeah, Dean was a complete fiasco. I cringe a lot watching the scenes where he comes back into Rory's life.
