DCEU:
Other Ships I like: Arthur/Mera, Barry/Iris, Bruce/Selina (I know she's not in the DCEU so feel free to go with your favorite version)
Friendships/Gen: any combo of the Justice League, Clark & Martha, Lois & Martha, Clark & Steve, Lois & Steve
Clark/Lois (hurt Clark, hurt Lois: They're great together. I love how mature and loving their relationship is. Lois figuring out Clark and his identity and Clark appreciating Lois for believing in him even in MoS was lovely. I didn't see BvS but the scene where Clark tells Lois that she is his world gets to me. I'm so glad that they seem to be not only engaged but have a baby on the way in ZSJL.
Prompts:
hurt Lois:
1. arranged marriage AU where Krypton still exists - and she has to get used to the culture shock (could work for Clark too)
2. anything story related- they are chasing a lead and maybe there's even a point that they have to figure out how Clark has to disappear and Superman shows up
hurt Clark:
1. he temporarily loses his powers
2. kryptonite related injury/illness
Diana & Lois (hurt Diana, hurt Lois): I wish we could've seen them really meet/interact. I think they both could use another friend and Gal and Amy had such good off screen chemistry in interviews too. I think they would get along, especially after BvS - Diana knows what it is like to lose the man she loves and it could've been a good place to start.
Prompts:
Hurt Diana:
1. Diana gets ill somehow and Lois is the one there to take care of her
2. Diana loses her powers while she and Lois are trapped somewhere together
Hurt Lois:
1. Diana saves Lois and takes her to Themyscira, since that is the only place that they can heal
2. Diana checks in on Lois after BvS
Diana/Steve: I definitely fell for these two hard in the WW movie. I loved how they met, with Diana saving Steve, and how she took a risk to leave with him. The way he isn't intimidated by her and how they work together so well really sold me on the ship. I was happy to see Steve back in WW84 but I didn't like how he possessed someone else's body to return. AUs of the movie are more than welcome.
Prompts:
Hurt Diana:
1. Groundhog Day AU; Diana is forced to relive the day of Steve's death until she can fix it
2. she temporarily loses her powers
3. Diana adopts a cat
Hurt Steve:
1. going on a mission together and Steve gets hurt; maybe Diana even carries him to safety
2. Diana believes she is hallucinating Steve's return; it's real
Elementary:
Friendships/Gen: Sherlock & Marcus, Sherlock & Joan, Joan & Marcus, Joan & Ms. Hudson, Sherlock & Alfredo
Jamie Moriarty/Joan Watson (hurt Joan, hurt Jamie): They're my favorite enemies ship. I find their dynamic so intriguing and full of chemistry. Jamie being fascinated by Joan and thinking she will get an upper hand and move on eventually but just *doesn't* and Joan actually outsmarting her is so much fun to watch
Prompts:
hurt Jamie:
1. Jamie asks for help regarding her daughter
2. Jamie gets hurt protecting Joan and Joan has feelings about it
hurt Joan:
1. they're both undercover and have to protect themselves and each other
2. Joan gets amnesia and thinks Jamie is her ally
Sherlock Holmes/Joan Watson (hurt Sherlock, hurt Joan): As much as I love their friendship, I do ship them too. I can see them finding what they couldn't in other people in each other and when Sherlock showed her his mother's ring, ngl, I really wanted to see it on Joan's finger at some point, even if they're two people who seem like they would be happy to never need something like marriage.
Prompts:
hurt Sherlock:
1. Sherlock admits his feelings when he thinks he is going to die, but lives
2. He's used to taking care of his own injuries; now Joan is there to help him
hurt Joan:
1. Joan is terrible at being sick; Sherlock is good at dealing with it (and her)
2. Joan fakes her death to protect Sherlock and the reunion is full of mixed feelings (this could work for hurt Sherlock too)
3. Joan gets injured protecting Sherlock
Enola Holmes:
Other Ships I Like: Sherlock/John, Sherlock/Edith
Friendships/Gen: Enola & Sherlock
Enola/Tewksbury (hurt Enola, hurt Tewksbury): I really just love these two, individually and together - they have such great chemistry. I liked how they became friends and how much she ended up liking him and how he clearly admires/respects her.
Prompts:
Hurt Enola:
1. she is hurt and he has to get them out of a tough situation
2. she is hurt/sick, but insists on going through with their case
Hurt Tewksbury:
1. He gets injured and she tries to take care of him
2. he loses his memory
Gilmore Girls:
Fandom DNW: Rory bashing/shaming, Emily & Richard treated as they never did anything wrong, Jess around just to "show up" the other guys, especially Rory's exes
Other Ships I like: Paris/Doyle, Paris/Jamie, Sookie/Jackson, Richard/Emily. I'm also fine with Lane/Zach if you want to set it in the later seasons
Friendships/Gen: Rory & Lane, Rory & Luke, Rory & Richard, Lorelai & Sookie, Rory & Paris, Paris & Jess, Jess & Lane
Emily & Lorelai: (hurt Emily, hurt Lorelai): Their relationship is so layered and interested and complex. It's very clear that they love each other, but just don't know how to communicate. I'd like to see stories centered at any point of their relationship, including the Revival.
Prompts:
Hurt Emily:
1. anything about what letter that Emily kept referencing in therapy that never got resolved
2. Emily gets sick and her maids are out; Lorelai tries to help but keeps messing up
Hurt Lorelai:
1. Lorelai is sick and Emily tries to take care of her
2. Lorelai tries to pretend she isn't sick/hurt and Emily sees through her
Lorelai & Rory (hurt Rory): I really loved this mother/daughter relationship. It wasn't perfect but that makes it all that more interesting. Lorelai did her best to give Rory a good life and prioritize her and it was very clear that Rory appreciated all the sacrifices her mom made for her.
Prompts:
1. Rory's first illness/injury as a child
2. Rory gets sick/hurt and Lorelai rushes to her side to take care of her
Lane/Dave (hurt Lane): I really loved these two together. Lane is one of my favorite characters- she's funny, daring and loyal- and Dave was such a good guy. The way he was willing to deal with the secrecy even when it was complicated for them to see each other and read the whole Bible just to figure out what Mrs Kim meant was so great. I know they didn't work out because Adam Brody left to go on the OC but I wish it had. They seemed to really make each other happy.
Prompts:
1. Lane gets sick and Dave takes care of her
2. When Lane gets kicked out, she ends up in California and reunites with Dave
3. Lane accidentally calls/asks for Dave when she's ill (post breakup) and he comes running back
Luke/Lorelai (hurt Luke, hurt Lorelai): One of my favorite friends to lovers ships. I really liked how they bantered and were there for each other, even in s7 when they were broken up. Plus there were tons of 'almost' moments and signs of feelings before they were able to admit it. And denial was another fun aspect of this ship too! Another slow burn ship that was worth the wait, because their first kiss was one of my favorite moments. I hated how they had so many communication issues later on, but I was happy they ended up together.
Prompts:
hurt Luke:
1. Luke grudgingly admits he's sick and Lorelai is excited to help/comfort him
2. He accidentally reveals his feelings when he's sick
Hurt Lorelai:
1. Lorelai is usually dramatic when she's sick; when she's quiet and off, Luke realizes something is wrong
2. after finding out Sherry is pregnant, Lorelai gets comfort from Luke
Paris/Rory (hurt Paris, hurt Rory): My favorite rivals to friends (to lovers) ship! Paris is a great character and I love her dynamics with Rory. Rory was so patient with her in the early seasons- she was able to stand up to Paris when necessary but also was open to listening her to and being there for her when she needed a shoulder. That Chilton dynamic was fun but I also loved how it resulted in them being such good friends and their dynamic even in the Revival was so solid, which was great.
Prompts:
Hurt Paris:
1. Paris gets sick from overworking herself
2. Paris ends up hurting herself before the holidays and goes home with Rory because she doesn't want her to be alone
Hurt Rory:
1. they end up in a friends with benefits relationship (maybe Rory thinks she doesn't have feelings for Paris so it will be okay this time)
2. Rory gets hurt before a date/anniversary and Paris makes it special anyway
Rory/Jess (hurt Rory, hurt Jess): These two are one of my favorite ships. Some people like to read but for Rory and Jess, it is more than that, which is why their shared passion is so important. They found a connection with someone else who understood them. Sure, Jess was surly and closed off, but he was a teenager who had been neglected by his mom and didn't really have a reason to trust anyone. I like that Rory fell despite herself but she also was able to call him out, at when they were friends. And Jess had moments of softness toward her too. When they were good, they were great, and I wish we could've seen more of them actually dating rather than it being alluded to. And I love that Jess grew up, partially inspired by Rory but not just because of her (love his relationship with Luke). Grown up Jess in s6 was a treat and I do like to pretend they found their way back to one another. like anything set pre canon, during canon, canon divergences, AU after the s7 finale, complete AUs or compliant with the Revival. Not picky in that department.
Prompts:
Hurt Rory:
1. Rory is sick and Jess takes care of her (reads to her, etc)
2. Rory gets sick/hurt from overworking herself
Hurt Jess:
1. Jess is sick and Rory tries to take care of him - maybe she tries to make him soup and fails but he's appreciative of her efforts
2. post Revival; Jess helps Rory through her pregnancy and has feelings but thinks they're unrequited. Maybe he accidentally blurts it out when he thinks she is sleeping
MCU:
Fandom DNW: Steve/Steve's Endgame ending bashing (feel free to ignore), rehash of CW debate with bias toward one side (I'm Team Cap but I don't want it go over it again), Bucky only having flirted with Sarah to make Sam jealous, focus on Zemo, past/present/unrequited Steve/Bucky or Steve/Sam
Other Ships I like: Tony/Pepper, Natasha/Clint, Natasha/Darcy, Natasha/Sharon, Natasha/Peggy, Natasha/Maria, Natasha/Pepper, Natasha/Rhodey, Clint/Coulson, Clint/Laura, Thor/Jane, Thor/Sif, Bruce/Betty, Peggy/Angie, T'Challa/Nakia, T'Challa/Sam, Sam/Rhodey, Sam/Erik Killmonger, Carol/Rhodey, Nebula/Rhodey, Bucky/Darcy
Friendships/Gen: anything that's listed in the ship section, Steve & Bucky, Steve & Sam, Steve & Natasha, any combo of the Avengers, Tony & Rhodey, Jane & Darcy
Bucky/Natasha (hurt Natasha, hurt Bucky): I haven't read the comics but I think the potential of these two is intriguing. They both have darkish pasts that they struggle to go past and want to make the right choices. Both have a dry sense of humor and I feel like Natasha would enjoy teasing Bucky the way she does Steve. Natasha has said to have lost to the Winter Soldier multiple times so they have clashed in the past and I definitely would've been interested in seeing more of them together in the MCU.
Prompts:
Hurt Bucky:
1. Bucky has nightmares; Natasha offers support and comfort
2. Bucky gets hurt protecting Natasha
Hurt Natasha:
1. Facing off with the WS. One of the times that they fought that Natasha mentioned in TWS but maybe she unexpectedly breaks through the brainwashing.
2. she gets hurt and Bucky takes care of her
Bucky/Sam (hurt Sam, hurt Bucky): I liked the idea of them when I noticed how much chemistry Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan had during their TWS press tour, but I think I really fell for them during CACW. I just love frenemies to lovers/bickering friends and they gave it to me in spades, especially the scene in the car and the "I hate you". The fact we got to move from that to the soft look Bucky gave Sam in Endgame was such a treat and everything that developed during TFATWS was even better. Never imagined I could get this much content for them. Bucky has been through so much and I love that Sam just doesn't treat him with kid gloves. They have this special bond and I love it a lot. Sam's one of my overall favorite characters- I loved him immediately in TWS and he is just the best. The way he is brave and fights for what he believes and is such a good friend are some of his (many) great traits. Plus he is good at cutting through the BS, which is why he didn't tolerate Rumlow's monologue or even Zemo's attempts at manipulation. I like the what ifs after TWS to anything set during or after TFATWS. Complete AUs are fun too.
Prompts:
Hurt Bucky:
1. Sam helps Bucky make his apartment a home
2. Bucky adopts a cat
Hurt Sam:
1. Sam gets hurt and Bucky doesn't take it well (and maybe has some realization on feelings)
2. Sam gets seriously hurt and they have to form a soul bond to save his life
Natasha/Sam (hurt Natasha, hurt Sam): I really liked these two during TWS. I thought they had good chemistry and I feel like their personalities mesh. They both have a sense of humor, have strong values and are very loyal and brave. It is one of the couples I really could've seen working in canon. Sam's one of my favorites- he's kind but no nonsense and has the attitude that Natasha would appreciate.
Prompts:
Hurt Sam:
1. they patch each other up after a battle (could work for hurt Natasha too)
2. Natasha takes care of Sam when he's seriously hurt (and they realize their feelings are mutual)
Hurt Natasha:
1. Natasha is hurt before a date
2. Natasha gets injured protecting Sam
Peggy/Steve (hurt Peggy, hurt Steve): I really loved them in TFA- the way Steve was amused at Peggy immediately and Peggy being interested in pre-serum Steve just won me over. Tons of UST. This is the ship I truly didn't think I would see together again, even though I appreciated all the moments of Steve loving Peggy in the present day and Peggy still loving Steve in Agent Carter so for them to get their dance and a happy ending in one timeline made me really happy.
Prompts:
Hurt Peggy:
1. she pretends not to be sick/hurt; Steve sees through it
2. time loop- Peggy keeps reliving the day that Steve disappeared
Hurt Steve:
1. Peggy actually sees Steve when he shows up in the past or maybe he (and Tony) get caught and Peggy has to come run interference
2. modern AU where they work for different organizations and meet up on a mission
Steve/Tony (hurt Steve, hurt Tony): I really fell for them in the first Avengers movie. Ships that initially fight but are on the same side are definitely a favorite of mine and I liked how they progressed during that movie. Their ups and downs over the course of the rest were hard but they had some really great moments. I don't blame Steve for not telling Tony about Bucky (it's easy to say Tony wouldn't have killed Bucky while watching afar and be a little more wary when you are in the moment) and I don't blame Tony for being hurt. Both are stubborn and have communication issues for sure but they do have common goals and I'm just a sucker for scenes like Tony giving Steve his shield back in Endgame and Steve being all "I do" when asked if he trusted him. The way they were able to communicate effortlessly despite all that time apart (when communication issues were the problem!) was a delight to see. Plus you know they shared a bed on Clint's farm. I just would prefer that while they work on their issues, I don't want one of them grovelling to the other the entire time.
Prompts:
Hurt Steve:
1. Tony notices old!Steve while he is still alive and it changes the timeline (maybe old!Steve seeks out Tony because he misses him and thinks he wouldn't get caught but does)
2. they have to pretend to date
Hurt Tony:
1. sharing a bed at Clint's farm
2. the only way to save Tony is a soulbond and Steve's the compatible one
MMPR:
Other Ships I like (for background): Kat/Jason, Jason/Trini, Billy/Trini, Rocky/Adam, Adam/Aisha, Rocky/Adam/Aisha- feel free to ask if it is not listed here because I might not have thought of it
Friendships/Gen: any combo of the Power Rangers
Kimberly/Tommy (hurt Kimberly, hurt Tommy): This was my 'shipped before I knew what shipping was' ship. The original OTP. I just loved Kim as a kid and Tommy felt like such a dashing knight in shining armor. I thought they were really sweet together. I love how Kim was so compassionate and caring but could also kick butt and Tommy was a great guy with his own insecurities who had this big heart and totally was in love with Kim. Really I would love anything from the show to the '95 movie (which I used to rewatch all the time as a kid) to set post breakup. As long as there isn't really any overly dramatic reason for the breakup (she was held captive, mind controlled, secretly pregnant, etc).
Prompts:
Hurt Kimberly:
1. run into each other years later; maybe they're trapped somewhere (elevator, airport during a snowstorm) and reconnect
2. Kim gets hurt protecting Tommy and he patches her up
Hurt Tommy:
1. Tommy responds to the letter
2. they become friends at some point in the future and are pining but after a dangerous situation, he just kisses her/admits how they feel
Smallville:
Fandom DNW: Arrowverse characters/fanon ships, "Crisis on Infinite Earths" (Clark & Lois having two daughters is good, not him permanently having given up his powers), focus on Chloe
Other Ships I like: Martha/Jonathan, Lois/Kara, Kara/Jimmy, Kara/Lana, Kara/Chloe, Oliver/Dinah, Oliver/Chloe, Chloe/Victor, Chloe/George Dean (guy she was with in Apocalypse AU), Chloe/Lana, Chloe/Bart, Bart/Mia, AC/Mera, Lex/Lana (as long as he doesn't go evil), Lana/Jason (again, as long as he doesn't go evil), Tess/Emil
Friendships/Gen: any combo of the SV Justice League, Clark & Martha & Jonathan, Clark & Kara, Clark & Lana, Clark & Lois, Clark & Oliver, Clark & Lex, Clark & Tess, Lois & Lana, Lois & Martha
Clark/Lois (hurt Clark, hurt Lois): A canon OTP for me. I really loved other version of Clois but this one is my favorite. I fell for them immediately and I absolutely loved their frenemies to lovers journey- their banter was fun, but I also enjoyed the way they got close immediately, in between Clark being there for Lois after her sister left again (and later with even with some of the guys she dated- he definitely came off as jealous of AC) and Lois stopping Clark from murdering Alicia's killer- they were really strong friends and their journey to realizing how they felt was lovely. They definitely flirted (see: dunk tank scene) and suppressed some feelings over the years, but when they were finally on the same page and got together, it was well worth the wait. He really lets her in and fights for her and she makes him laugh and loves all sides of Clark. In the end, they just love each other for all that they are, flaws and all. I only ask that you don't make Lana the villain should you go this route. I am not a fan of Clana but I also think she would be supportive and not derail them.
Prompts:
Hurt Clark:
1. Clark gets amnesia and doesn't recognize Lois/only remembers when they were friends
2. Clark temporarily loses his powers and has to readjust/gets hurts in the process
3. Clark gets hurt while they're investigating and Lois has to rescue them both
Hurt Lois:
1. Lois gets sick/hurt and Clark takes care of her- could be during an earlier season where the care taking results in feelings, when they know about it but aren't together (and pining), or after they're already together
2. Lois gets sick/hurt on their anniversary and Clark organizes a evening in to make her feel better
3. set in s8; they have to live together because Lois got hurt and feelings develop
Clark/Lois/Oliver (hurt Clark, hurt Oliver): They're my OT3. I really liked the dynamic between not only the individual relationships, but the three of them together, even if we didn't get those scenes as much as I would've liked. I think they all have stuff in common with one another but also are different in ways to balance each other out. I like fics after they're together but for getting together stories, I'm good with two of them being together and adding the third or all three getting together at the same time.
Prompts:
Hurt Clark:
1. a Kryptonian device creates a soul bond between the three of them but it is Clark who suffers the most when they're apart; he tries to hide it at first but Lois and Oliver figure it out quickly
2. Lois and Oliver have to team up to rescue Clark
3. AU where Lois and Oliver get back together in s7; Clark ends up hanging out with one or both after his own breakup (I always did think he and Lana would've broken up had Oliver not shown up/his fears been ignited because of Lois's hesitancy to date a hero) of them and they all realize there are feelings and he could be dating them both instead of the third wheel. Maybe Oliver notices how close Clark and Lois is and even he kissed Clark once while they were undercover
Hurt Oliver:
1. Oliver worries he isn't as wanted in the relationship or that just Lois wants him there
2. after his suicide attempt in 'Echo', Lois and Clark come together to support/help him heal
Clark/Oliver (hurt Clark, hurt Oliver): My fanon OTP. I really fell for them out of the blue in s6. I really like the way that their friendship developed and how Clark always believed in Ollie, even when Oliver didn't believe in himself, and how Oliver secretly looked up to Clark. It was tough watching them have their ups and downs, but I felt like they came out of it stronger. If you do go this route though, I would prefer Clark and Lois never having been together- feel free to hand wave if it is set in the later seasons, because I don't want them to have broken up or for Lois to have her heart broken, since I love Clois/Lois.
Prompts:
Hurt Clark:
1. Clark gets injured and Oliver has feelings about it (and him); bonus if it is a kryptonite arrow that Oliver didn't shoot
2. Clark gets hurt protecting Oliver
3. Clark gets hurt but fights to protect him and Oliver and succeeds. Collapses when they are safe
Hurt Oliver:
1. Oliver hurts his hands; Clark is there to help
2. Clark and Oliver are trapped in a small space, with Oliver dosed with a sex pollen.
3. Hanahaki disease - chronic but not fatal; Oliver is suffering quietly and then someone finds out
Lana/Tess (hurt Lana): They didn't interact much, but I was sold by their chemistry in the few scenes that they did have. There is this interesting distrust and they both have a background with Lex/have been betrayed by him that that have shaped them in different ways. I like how they both want to be heroes and Tess's journey took a few stumbles but she got there and I would love to see them grow together and connect.
Prompts:
1. they have to go undercover as a couple but they're still on shaky grounds
2. Lana gets hurt protecting Tess
Lois/Lana (hurt Lois): They had their own little meet cute at the graveyard. I liked how they were friends right away and how Lois took to Lana immediately. They clearly get along very well and they had some good chemistry to which I can see them being a couple. Lois respects Lana and has listed her virtues to even Clark and Lana called Lois a good listener. I haven't read the s11 comics but it seems they had some good scenes there and Lana even gave Lois (and Clark) her blessing. On that note, please don't make Clark the villain or have them hook up because one or both are pining over him.
Prompts:
1. Lois tells Lana how she feels when she thinks she is going to die and then survives
2. Lois gets hurt and Lana is there to help her recover
Lois/Oliver (hurt Oliver): I didn't intend to like them as much as I did, but they had the cutest first meeting and then they really won me over during the course of the season. Both their breakups were very hard to watch, and I really appreciated their friendship in s9/10. I like how they can banter and they have amazing chemistry; they are two people who really understand each other and in a different world, I think they could've worked out.
Prompts:
1. when Oliver is delirious (maybe canon divergence of 8.03 'toxic' even), he admits his feelings for Lois
2. Lois and Oliver get back together but decide to keep things casual and try to convince themselves they're okay with that. They're not.
Lois/Tess (hurt Lois): I don't think I've fallen for a ship as quickly as I did for these two. They had such chemistry right off the bat (I really had an "OH" moment during their first scene in 'Odyssey') and it never faded. I loved them when they were at each other's throats and also loved how they became friends/trusted each other in s10. They're both strong willed, determined and they want to do what it is right- Lois is a little more brash while Tess is more calculated but at the end of the day, they ended up on the same side. I like fic set during any of those time periods, preferably AUs where Clois never got together if it is in the later seasons.
Prompts:
1. Luthor AU; Lois is grieving her husband and somehow gets closer to Tess
2. Lois gets injured while on a story and Tess takes care of her
3. one of them thinks they're just FWB and the other believes they're in a relationship
Star Trek (AOS):
Other Ships I like: Carol Marcus/Bones, Christine Chapel/Bones, Uhura/Bones, Uhura/Chapel, Uhura/Scotty
Friendships/Gen: Kirk & Bones, Kirk & Winona, any combo of the Enterprise crew, Spock & Amanda
James T. Kirk/Spock (hurt Spock, hurt Kirk): I liked how they butted heads and then had to work together (frenemies to lovers!!!) and how they grew to rely on each other over the course of the movies.
Prompts:
Hurt Kirk:
1. Kirk is accused of betraying the team or maybe even Spock and Spock defends him- I have seen this trope where no one including Spock believes him and they have to go crawling back (sometimes unsuccessfully); I would like it so that Spock is with him from the get go, even when maybe Kirk himself thinks he won't be
2. When it seems they're about to die, Kirk tells Spock how he feels and then has to deal with it when they survive
Hurt Spock:
1. anniversary of the destruction of Vulcan/Amanda's death and Spock grieves; Kirk is there for comfort
2. Spock is pining for Kirk and doesn't believe his feelings are reciprocated, despite Kirk's flirting, due to his past
Gaila/Uhura (hurt Gaila, hurt Uhura): I loved these two and I liked what we saw of their friendship in XI. They are clearly very different in terms of personality, but I think that is why it would be fun and work.
Prompts:
Hurt Gaila:
1. they fall into a fake dating or FWB relationship; Gaila thinks Nyota just wants sex but Nyota is serious about her (could work the other way around for hurt!Nyota)
2. Gaila tries to give Nyota advice while pining
Hurt Nyota:
1. Nyota grieves when she thinks that Gaila is dead- could be that they were together or she was pining/her death makes her realize her feelings but then she finds out she survived
2. Nyota gets hurt and Gaila takes care of her
Suits:
Other Ships I like: Donna/Rachel, Louis/Sheila, Rachel/Logan Sanders (if he isn't a bad guy), Donna/any canon relationship that isn't Harvey
Harvey/Mike (hurt Harvey, hurt Mike): I loved the two of them so much. Mike really is the reason Harvey softened/started letting people in and the way they would go all out for each other made me melt. The loyalty is strong with these two and I'm here for every moment. I stopped watching after some point, and I do prefer earlier season fics but I'm fine with the fics being set in later seasons because I'm aware of the general plot (I know Mike goes to jail, etc). I'm fine with the Mike/Rachel relationship either being handwaved or they split amicably (I like Rachel and I don't want her to be the bad guy).
Prompts:
Hurt Mike:
1. Mike does overwork himself and end up in the hospital; he is surprised to wake up and see Harvey there/what a gentle caretaker he is
2. Mike gets into an accident and has amnesia; only remembers up to his life right before he met Harvey
Hurt Harvey:
1. Harvey lets Mike take care of him and is surprised at how much Mike is excited about it
2. While out of it, Harvey asks for Mike/admits his feelings
Ted Lasso:
Fandom Note: I know s3 is starting soon, and I'm going to do my best to keep up so if you want to add in details from it, that's okay with me.
Fandom DNW: Fandom DNW: Sam/Rebecca - either there or Rebecca using Sam as a substitute for Ted, focus on Nate bashing/comeuppance - I'm fine with him realizing where he went wrong but I don't want it to be about all the other characters lecturing him
Other Ships I like: Sam/Dani
Friendships/Gen: any combo of AFC Richmond players, Ted & Beard, Ted & Roy, Roy & Beard, Roy & Jamie, Rebecca & Higgins, Rebecca & Keeley, Keeley & Jamie
Keeley/Roy (hurt Keeley, hurt Roy): I just love their relationship on the show. How they came together, and how they communicate and make it over their hurdles and how *into* each other they are. Also so supportive and reassuring. Just the best.
Prompts:
Hurt Keeley:
1. Keeley was/looked shaken up by Nate kissing her; maybe something with Roy giving her comfort and reassurance
2. Keeley gets sick (maybe it turns out she is pregnant) and Roy takes care of her
Hurt Roy:
1. Keeley helping Roy to make the decision to retire
2. Roy is pretending not to be sick, but Keeley sees right through him
Keeley/Roy/Jamie (hurt Keeley, hurt Roy, hurt Jamie): I like the potential of these three. Roy and Jamie have come so far, Roy and Keeley are adorable, and of course Keeley and Jamie's friendship is great too. Especially in the second half of season 2. The scene where Keeley and Roy get mad about that foul Jamie took in the finale? So in sync. Really plays to how this trio could work in a relationship.
Prompts:
Hurt Keeley:
1. Keeley overworks herself and her guys are there to take care of her
2. Keeley gets sick on their anniversary; Roy and Jamie make the night special anyway
Hurt Roy:
1. Roy goes on vacation, initially on his own, and is still a little insecure, but Keeley pushes Jamie to join him
2. Roy has amnesia and starts acting like more like he was in his twenties; Keeley and Jamie find it hot
Hurt Jamie:
1. he thinks that only Keeley really wants him there
2. Jamie gets hurt (emotionally or physically) and they are there to comfort him (nothing too dark please)
Sam/Jamie (hurt Sam, hurt Jamie): The casual way Jamie drapes himself over Sam now and how far they've come really has sold me on the potential of this ship. The contrast between their relationship with their fathers is also intriguing. I like how that since Jamie hurt Sam worse than others, he had to work harder to win back his trust and forgiveness.
Prompts:
Hurt Sam:
1. Sam gets injured during the season and stays with Jamie while recovering
2. Sam has amnesia and thinks he and Jamie are still at odds; they're in a relationship
Hurt Jamie:
1. a rumor spreads about Jamie and Sam being together; after Jamie's dad calls, Jamie doubles down in anger. Sam agrees to go along with the fake relationship
2. Sam's the only one who realizes (or maybe just the first?) there is something wrong with Jamie
Ted & Jamie (hurt Ted): I really loved these two together. Ted slowly becoming a father figure to Jamie is so near and dear to my heart. He named the figurine Ted! I liked what an impact he made on Jamie and how clearly his faith paid off.
Prompts:
1. Jamie is around when Ted has a panic attack
2. Jamie comforts Ted when he realizes he is upset about Nate
Ted/Rebecca (hurt Ted, hurt Rebecca): I liked the idea of them in s1 but I really fell for them in s2. They've come along so far and even if there were episodes where they didn't directly interact as much or at all, they were clearly still in each other's lives, I especially liked how Rebecca was the one to notice Ted was having a panic attack or the moments during Rebecca's father's funeral, like Ted being the one to pick up the song and remind Rebecca of a happy moment of her father.
Prompts:
Hurt Ted:
1. Ted gets sick on his first date with Rebecca and pretends he isn't but she finds out anyway
2. Ted tries to work while he's sick
Hurt Rebecca:
1. she thinks they're friends with benefits (and pines); he thinks they're dating
2. she's having a bad day and he cheers her up - maybe they bake together
Thanks again! :D
