Dear creator,
Thank you for participating in this exchange! I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with and I hope the information I provided helps. I tried to leave a few prompts for each character I requested, along with a few dynamics that I enjoy but of course you're not obligated to use any of the prompts and you can even use one that I left for a certain request for another. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask via the mod. :)

Barbie (Movie 2023)
Requested Characters: Margot Robbie's Barbie, Ryan Gosling's Ken
Margot Robbie's Barbie: I really loved seeing her journey. She was a very reluctant hero but I could see why she didn't want her world shaken up. She was still very sweet and kind and enthusiastic and got where she needed to be eventually. I'd love to read about her adjusting to her new life!
Prompts:
1. figuring out a life/career
2. visiting Barbie Land after she settles down
3. traveling the country/world
Ryan Gosling's Ken: I thought the movie was pretty sympathetic to him and even when it was tough to watch, it was clear to see his journey of where it was going early on. Barbie was shown to have emotions first but it was interesting that Ken expressed so many even before their journey into the real world. I am curious to see how he finds himself after Barbie left.
Prompts:
1. He figures what he is interested in outside of Barbie (even better if he does get a horse)
2. Ken ends up in the real world too
3. helping/hanging out with other Kens
Gen/Platonic: Ken & any other Ken, Ken & Allan, Barbie & any other Barbie, Barbie & Ken, Barbie & Gloria, Barbie & Sasha, Barbie & Sasha & Gloria
Prompts:
1. catching Barbie up with other pop culture
2. the Kens hanging out
Ships I like:
Margot Robbie's Barbie/Ryan Gosling's Ken- Despite the fact that I get the uneven feelings and felt them not getting ending up together in the movie was fitting, I still thought they had chemistry and do ship it. I don't want Barbie to be shamed any more/feel bad for not returning his feelings, but I like organic ways of them to find their way back together, once he's grown and she's gotten to learn about herself and what she does like.
Prompts:
1. they both end up in the real world and connect
2. there's a new stereotypical Barbie in Barbieland and now Mattel is advertising a Barbie/Ken wedding and Barbie gets jealous (but maybe it is actually Simi's Ken that is getting married)
Chronicles of Narnia (Movies):
Requested Characters: Caspian, Peter Pevensie
Caspian: I liked seeing his journey - he had to literally run for his life and faced betrayal by his own family, starting out the film a little on the naive side and went through both wanting vengeance to eventually realizing he didn't need it, growing to the point where he was able to be the King that Narnia needed.
Prompts:
1. anything childhood related or AU where his father lived
2. adjusting to the new role after the Pevensies leave
3. any adventures he goes on
Peter: I felt for him and all the siblings, both when I read the book and saw The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. I can't imagine what it was like to become an adult, rule, and then all of a sudden, you're a teen again. I am not surprised he took it very hard and I liked his own journey and how he felt more comfortable leaving the second time around.
Prompts:
1. anything set during him and his siblings ruling Narnia
2. adjusting to life after leaving Narnia a second time
Gen/Platonic: Peter & any of his siblings, Caspian & Eustace, Caspian & any of the Pevensie siblings, Caspian & his cousin (what happened to that baby in the first movie?)
Prompts:
1. the burdens of ruling
2. adjusting to life/sibling bonds
3. anything fun and light hearted!
Ships I like
Caspian/Peter - I really fell for these two when I saw the Prince Caspian. I'm a sucker for the dynamic which involves two people who bicker but are on the same side. I liked Caspian's perception vs the reality of who Peter was. I think even Peter had some beliefs on what it would be like to come back to Narnia and had to redefine his own expectations, especially with the pushback he got from Caspian. I loved him giving Caspian his sword as a sign of how far they came and I definitely wish we could've seen more of those two.
Prompts:
1. Peter gets to stay
2. time travel where Caspian ends up in the time where the Pevensies were in power and falls for Peter
Caspian/Susan - They were also just very cute and fun in the Prince Caspian movie. I just really like Susan and I loved how playful and challenging she was and how smitten Caspian was with her.
Prompts:
1. arranged marriage AU
2. Susan ends up returning/Caspian misses her and gets Aslan to bring her back
Caspian/Lilliandil - I thought they were just sweet in the Dawn Treader movie.
Prompts:
1. Caspian courts her
2. more about Lilliandil in general and her own feelings for Caspian and possibly adjusting to life as Queen
Enola Holmes (Movies):
Requested Characters: Enola Holmes, Viscount "Tewky" Tewksbury
Enola Holmes: I loved her character in both movies. She was stubborn, fierce, and got in over her head on more than one occasion, but I appreciated her determination and wanting to fight for the little guy, and not afraid to go up against whoever.
Prompts:
1. running her own detective agency again
2. on a case
Viscount "Tewky" Tewksbury: He was endearing almost immediately. I love how he is softer and likes flowers but also will stand by Enola and want to do what is right, in his own way. He also grew over the two movies and it was nice to see.
Prompts:
1. managing expectations vs what he wants to do
2. anything flower related
Gen/Platonic: Enola & Sherlock, Enola & Edith, Enola & Eudora
Prompts:
1. anything from Enola's childhood
2. any sibling bonding with Sherlock & Enola
3. Edith training Enola
Ships I like:
Enola/Tewksbury: I really just love these two together - they have such great chemistry. I liked how they became friends and how much she ended up liking him and how he clearly admires/respects her. The way she was in denial about her own feelings and then went on to think that it wasn't possible/couldn't see that it was mutual and the way he tried to tell her and she didn't get it until later was one of my favorite parts of the second movie.
Prompts:
1. modern AU - she's a detective and he runs a flower shop
2. arranged marriage AU where they're set up by relatives and she hates the thought of it but grows to like him despite herself
3. any sort of case fic - I haven't read the books but anything adapted from there or something you come up with yourself
4. anything post the second movie
Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham:
Requested Characters: Anjali Sharma, Pooja Sharma, Rahul Raichand, Rohan Raichand
Anjali Sharma: I love Kajol in general and she was so fun in this movie. I love how boisterous and joyful she was, unafraid to state her opinions for better or for worse and how vulnerable she could also be. Her character had a lot of layers and I appreciated her for it.
Prompts:
1. adjusting to London and then back to India
2. grief over her father
3. anything pre-canon
Pooja Sharma: She was also entertaining, both in the first half and the second half of the movie, where she makes the sudden transition from the bully to more of a girly girl who still had a soft side and did love her family/immediately was willing to help Rohan, no matter what kind of facade she put on.
Prompts:
1. culture shock of going from India to London and what pushed her transition (I imagine it was tough to fit in)
2. anything childhood related/pre-canon
Rahul Raichand: SRK is one of my favorite actors and I loved him this - he was so funny and loving and then grumpy but still loving. I was so heartbroken when he got rejected by his father because he fell in love with someone he didn't approve of and the pain that he clearly carried throughout the second half. Despite whatever grumbling he did, he was clearly a good father/husband/son.
Prompts:
1. childhood with his parents and then adjusting to a new baby brother
2. reconciling and getting readjusted to India/working beside his dad
Rohan Raichand: Also great. I felt so bad for him, trying to put the pieces of his family back together and not seeing his brother for as long as he did. Yet he was still awesome and really had the younger sibling vibes down.
Prompts:
1. what it was like with the family during the years after Rahul left
2. life in boarding school (he was clearly upset when he first went and was having a hard time)
3. unsent letters to his brother
Gen/Platonic: Anjali & Pooja, Pooja & Rahul, Rahul & Rohan
Prompts:
1. Anjali and Pooja - pre-canon/adjusting to their new life
2. Pooja and Rahul - learning about one another, Pooja maybe resenting Rahul for uprooting their lives and coming to love/respect him
3. Rahul & Rohan - AU where Rohan actually catches Rahul rather than the guy in the same sweater, times where Rahul could've found out, reconnecting
Ships I Like:
Rahul/Anjali: These two always have the best chemistry and they're just so much fun, before they get together and as a married couple. I love how smitten he was with her immediately and how she was slowly won over and the way that even as they playfully bickered in the second half, you can see how loving their relationship was, despite Rahul's grumpy moments.
Prompts:
1. moments between them leaving his house (after they just got married and he got kicked out) and settling in London
2. the readjustment back to India
3. married moments - anniversaries, holidays, etc
Rohan/Pooja: These two were a lot of fun in the movie. I liked when they were kids and their friendship to their push/pull relationship as adults. Rohan able to go to Pooja and willingness to help really revealed the depth and connection they both had.
Prompts:
1. AU where they secretly kept in touch when Rohan left for boarding school
2. married life
3. shippy moments at any point of the second half of the movie or after
Kuch Kuch Hota Hai:
Requested Characters: Rahul Khanna, Anjali Sharma
Rahul Khanna: Love those 90s/early 2000s SRK movies. I love how he went from this flirty, stubborn college kid to a still stubborn, slightly overprotective dad who genuinely loves his daughter. There were moments where he was genuinely sweet even when he was younger too, which was nice.
Prompts:
1. adjusting to being a single dad/grief over Tina's death
2. time between his daughter leaving to camp and him going there
Anjali Sharma: I loved her as a tomboy in college and of course Kajol looked very pretty with the long hair too. Her being stubborn and competitive and then realizing her feelings/hiding away her heart after realizing it was unrequited ... there was so much going on and I felt for her.
Prompts:
1. life after she moved back home (losing her father, etc)
2. how she got to working at the camp
Gen/Platonic: Rahul & Anjali Khanna, Anjali & Anjali, Anjali & Tina
Prompts:
1. friendship moments between Tina and Anjali
2. father/daughter bonding between Rahul and his daughter
3. Anjali getting to know other Anjali
Ships I like:
Rahul/Anjali: I am always a sucker for the SRK/Kajol duo. Even when they were in college, their chemistry and bond really came through. I like how you could tell that despite their bickering, they really cared for one another. Even when Rahul messed up with Anjali's attempts to look more girly, he quickly realized where he went wrong and went to comfort her and I like that they had to get over that awkwardness when they reunited and then finally ended up together.
Prompts:
1. they reconnect/run into each other earlier
2. married life
3. more college era - how they first met, connected, etc (I'm good if this type of prompt is more gen/less shippy)
Little Women Series - LMA:
Requested Characters: Josephine "Jo" March, Theodore "Laurie" Laurence
Jo March: She was one of my favorite characters as a kid. I really related to her passion for writing and I like that she was this tomboy but also had her own layers (ready to cut her hair for money but at the same time, still feeling bad about it) and had her flaws (stubborn, quick to anger) but meant well and kept doing her best.
Prompts:
1. anything with her writing
2. pre or post canon life snippets
Theodore Laurence: He really had a journey from going from this lonely but kind boy in love with his best friend and who took the rejection pretty badly to maturing (with a helpful metaphoric reality check by Amy) and finding his place.
Prompts:
1. adjusting from life with his parents to being with his grandfather
2. his early struggles as he went around Europe
Gen/Platonic: Jo & any of her sisters, Laurie & any of the March family
Prompts:
1. AU where Beth lives
2. childhood moments
While I don't ship Jo/Bhaer or Amy/Laurie, I'm fine with them being present in character centric fics as long as they're not the main focus.
Ships I like:
Jo/Laurie: I'm just a sucker for this ship. It was one of my childhood OTPs and every time I watch a new version of Little Women, I end up falling for them once more, despite long knowing how it will end. I like their bickering friendship and how they just have so much fun together. Her being the only one who gets to call him "Teddy" is nice. I respect her decision to say no but I do still like the thought of them finding their way together anyway.
Prompts:
1. Jo accepts Laurie's proposal - whether it is reluctant and/or a 'we'll get married when you get back' promise is up to you
2. Laurie doesn't marry Amy and they reunite after Beth's death
3. they're soulmates but Jo doesn't believe in the concept
Thank you again! :D

2. reconciling and getting readjusted to India/working beside his dad
