I don't know of many Big Bangs. A lot of them seem to be fandom specific, but there are ones like smallfandombang for small fandoms, and iddyiddybangbang is a multi fandom one which usually runs in the summer. People tend to promote them on fandomcalendar and thebigbangblogproject keeps track too.
