If Gilmore Girl is great at something, is showing how difficult it can't be to truly change your patterns, for good or ill. So yes, I definitely agree that Emily could very easily go back to more familiar grounds! Both on the personal and the professional. In the latter, I hope she can find some balance. And regarding the personal she'd... probably have a lot to say about Rory's pregnancy, especially to Lorelai lol.
