That's very true, and it is somewhat realistic, because change is hard, especially as you get older. I just can't imagine her staying, since she has no one around her and burnt bridges with some of the ones she used to spend time with. I think it would be great for her to find some balance as well.

And regarding the personal she'd... probably have a lot to say about Rory's pregnancy, especially to Lorelai lol.
Oh for sure! She'd probably be less judgey than she would've been had it happened at the end of s7 as ASP apparently planned, but I can't imagine she'd be thrilled at first either, since she is still pretty traditional.
