Dear creator,

Thank you for participating in this exchange! I can't wait to see what you come up with and I hope the information I provided helps. I tried to come up with a few prompts for each request, but please don't feel any pressure to use them. Also, you're welcome to use a prompt listed under one request for another, if you think it fits, or use any from past letters. While I forgot to say it in my sign-up, I do welcome Valentine's Day themes, including but not limited to: characters being for/against (or a mix), secret admirers, Valentine's Day dates, Palentine's, and the like (chocolates, flowers, etc).

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via the mod and I will do my best to answer as soon as possible. :)

9-1-1 (TV):

Fandom DNW: tommy bashing/the idea he was actually interested in eddie first, buck being woobified at the expense of other characters (eddie being overly harsh during/post lawsuit, chim/bobby/maddie bashing, etc), buck being treated like a better dad to christopher than eddie

Other Ships I like (for background, if needed): Maddie/Chim, Bobby/Athena, Hen/Karen, anything that doesn't break up the requested ships or the other ones listed here

Gen/Platonic: any combo of the 118, Buck & Maddie, Buck & Jee, Buck & May, Eddie & May, Eddie & Karen, Eddie & his abuela, Eddie & his sisters

Christopher Diaz & Eddie Diaz: Their relationship is so precious to me - definitely one of my favorites on the show. I love how patient and openly affectionate and loving Eddie is with Chris and how Chris is such a great kid, but is also not infallible, as we've seen him lash out and snap. Neither of them are perfect but they learn and grow together. The fact they're still not together is definitely painful and I'm hoping they'll be reunited soon. I would love fics about them at any point or all points.

Prompts:
1. Eddie helping Christopher make Valentine's Day cards for his class
2. Eddie bringing Christopher home
3. different ways that the team could've found out about Christopher

Eddie Diaz & Bobby Nash: As much as I definitely love Bobby as Buck's father figure, I'm really attached this dynamic too. Eddie clearly looks up to Bobby a lot (outburst in 5B aside) and it was clear immediately, from the way that he was grateful about Bobby letting Chris hang around and went straight to Bobby for a hug in the hospital. On the other end, Bobby is really gentle with Eddie and Eddie showing up to comfort him over Jonah clearly meant a lot. I can see a lot of parallels between their characters too, which adds to the interest.

Prompts:
1. Eddie gets advice from Bobby about moving
2. Eddie's first meeting with Bobby
3. Bobby teaching Eddie to cook

Evan Buckley & Christopher Diaz: Buck and Chris have such a sweet relationship. I love everything, from the two of them playing video games together to Chris going to Buck when he ran away and knowing to call him when Eddie was having a breakdown. I like them (+Eddie) as their own little family.

Prompts:
1. Christopher and Buck talking about (and maybe Chris getting advice) about crushes and dating
2. keeping in touch while Chris is in Texas (both versions - either Chris talking only to him or initially refusing to do so and gradually softening as time goes on)
3. Buck parenting Christopher over the years and maybe how he's struggles to initially be the "bad cop" sometimes but learns

Evan Buckley/Eddie Diaz: I just love them. From the initial hostility to their quick friendship and easy chemistry. The way they react to (almost) losing each other. I love how important they are to one another, how they've clashed (and I don't blame one side for the lawsuit mess) and come back, and how they support each other in ways they can't get from anyone else (here for Eddie telling Buck that he didn't owe his parents an apology). I'm so soft for the fact that Eddie told Buck on the balcony scene about how Maddie is the one that needs to be taken care of and then ten episodes later, Buck is breaking down Eddie's door and taking care of him. And how supportive Eddie was of Buck coming out! I'm fine with mentions of Buck/Tommy but with s7/post season 7 fics, I'd rather them be mostly off screen and please no Tommy (or Shannon/Ana/Taylor/Marisol) bashing stories either. I don't want him to be a cheerleader for Buddie or the blatant villain either. I'm good with handwaving Gerrard too.

Prompts:
1. their first Valentine's day together
2. post season 7/pre season 8, with Eddie discovering himself (interests, hobbies, etc - always pro an Eddie who can dance) and his love for Buck along with it (wouldn't mind a little pining, a bit of Eddie being all "I wish I was the guy he couldn't stop thinking of instead of the one he worries about")
3. in a game of truth or dare, Eddie gets asked which couple he'd have a threesome with and he picks Chimney and Maddie (because if he had Buck, he wouldn't want to share) and Buck overthinks it since he doesn't get that at first

Evan "Buck" Buckley/Eddie Diaz & Christopher Diaz: I love this trio dynamic so much - of course I think Eddie is a great dad (even though the Kim stuff was wild) and Buck has such a strong relationship with Christopher and I like moments with the three of them casually having dinner or playing video games in the early seasons. And the serious, heartfelt moments are so strong too - I like that Chris feels he can rely on Buck and knows to call him when his dad is in trouble. They just look comfortable together and just are a family.

Prompts:
1. Moments of Buck getting to know Christopher pre-Tsunami
2. Eddie and Buck spending various holidays with Chris
3. adjusting to a new dynamic after Buck and Eddie start dating or post Chris coming back from Texas (he is a teenager now after all!)

Maddie Buckley & Eddie Diaz: I really wish we could see them interact. As much as I'm glad that they didn't go through with the original plan to have them get together, I do believe they could be friends. There's definitely some parallels and similarities, between how they are the older siblings who were given added responsibilities too early and some of their struggles and could support/advise each other in a different way.

Prompts:
1. Maddie leaves Doug sooner and ends up in El Paso instead of LA (maybe she's worried about Buck and thinks she will lead Doug to him) and meets Eddie post - Shannon leaving. They become friends and end up in LA anyway
2. Maddie is still around when Eddie quits and joins dispatch
3. wine nights with them and Karen

Crossover Fandom:

Fandom DNW: bashing canon love interests (Steve, Lois, Rory, etc)

Arthur Curry (Aquaman 2006)/Clark Kent (Smallville): I won't pretend that Justin Hartley playing AC doesn't have a part of this. I love their chemistry and ship them on Smallville for sure. But I also was interested in what I saw of the Aquaman TV show and thought it did have a lot of potential. I'm not totally sorry it didn't work out because it did bring JH to Smallville and his Oliver is my favorite, but also I genuinely do wish we could've seen more and I think Clark and AC, who both had to find about their own pasts and discover who they are would really understand each other. You can handwave Smallville AC if you would like, if you want to have them meet after s5.

Prompts:
1. one of them rescues the other
2. college roommates AU
3. they're on vacation in the same place

Diana Prince (DCEU)/Natasha Romanov (MCU): Diana and Natasha have potential and I can see them being interested in one another. They've both experienced loss and pain but they still fight for the better of the world and are the backbones of their respective teams.

Prompts:
1. their teams work together (in a shared mcu/dceu universe - you can handwave the details) and they pine while trying to stay professional
2. they get some up on a blind date
3. one of the saves the other's life

James "Bucky" Barnes (MCU)/Eddie Diaz (9-1-1): I just think it'd be neat and not because his nickname is similar to Eddie's best friend. They're both vets with a snarky sense of humor who have been through some stuff but come out of the other end still kind and good. I think it would just be fun and I could see them both being slightly amused at the nickname thing - I could see Eddie preferring to call Bucky "James" but it would work both ways. I don't ship Stucky though so I would rather not have them connect because they're both pining over their respective best friends. I'm okay with Buck/Tommy as a background ship - like mentions of them. Say if you use the bar prompt and go with Eddie being there alone because Buck had a date, but I'd rather they didn't have a focus/presence, like Buck and Tommy setting Eddie up or double dates and the like.

Prompts:
1. They meet at a bar and connect - one night stand/casual sex turns into something more
2. Bucky saves Eddie's life - they could either meet right after or Bucky disappears immediately, leaving Eddie to be curious over who saved his life, especially if he was the only one who saw him
3. they end up meeting on a forum or are pen pals (maybe a modern AU where they're both vets connecting and matching anonymously on that basis)

James "Bucky" Barnes (MCU)/Evan "Buck" Buckley (9-1-1)/Eddie Diaz (9-1-1): Basically see above and add Buck. I definitely think Buck and Bucky would enjoy trolling the rest of the 118 a little bit but also if Eddie and Bucky get together or become friends first, Buck would definitely be thrown off and I wouldn't be surprised if his abandonment issues kick in.

Prompts:
1. Buck and Eddie both had childhood crushes on Bucky Barnes - and then they meet him (they can already be together or all three get together at the same time)
2. trying to find time for date nights
3. Bucky and Eddie get together while Buck is still with Tommy and after the breakup, he finds himself spending more and more time with them

Eddie Diaz (9-1-1)/Steve Rogers (MCU): Again, I think it would be interesting. Steve and Eddie have the whole veteran and look serious but are actually snarky and funny vibe in common. And they both enjoy baseball, which is a minor but fun plus. Of course their best friends having similar nicknames is the obvious one. What I said about Bucky/Eddie applies here too, regarding Stucky and Buck/Tommy.

Prompts:
1. AU where they're both baseball players and one gets traded to or signs with the other's team. Maybe both end up on the same new team and connect as the new guys
2. they get set up on a blind date (I could see Natasha bonding with Hen and Karen after a period of mutual caution and distrust)
3. Steve goes on a road trip to get away and runs into Eddie when he hits LA (or even when he's still in El Paso post Shannon leaving)

Peggy Carter (MCU)/Diana Prince (DCEU): Obviously they've both experienced the loss of their blond haired Steve to plane accidents but I think they're both tough women who are compassionate and have enough differences to make a fun ship. They're both a little jaded but still have a lot of hope/always want to do what's right, and I can see them drawn to one another.

Prompts:
1. Diana runs into Peggy after WWII
2. Peggy finds herself in Themyscira
3. meet while searching for a common enemy

James T. Kirk (ST:AOS)/Diana Prince (DCEU): Again, the fact that Kirk is played by Chris Pine and I ship Diana/Steve does play a part, but I think that specific angst makes it more interesting. Kirk and Steve are very different and I imagine it would be jarring to see someone with Steve's face but nothing like Steve for Diana. I love both characters a lot and I can see Kirk flirting with Diana, getting the brush off, but somehow, being even more intrigued. Diana would probably initially want to keep her distance from this Steve doppleganger but it would be interesting if she couldn't stay away and liked Kirk for his own merits.

Prompts:
1. The crew of the Enterprise (or even just Kirk) end up on Themyscira
2. Diana is brought in as a specialist to help with a mission
3. they meet when Kirk is on shore leave
4. Kirk is rescued by Wonder Woman

Jess Mariano (Gilmore Girls)/Peyton Sawyer (One Tree Hill): For some reason, I'm really fascinated with the idea of these two. They're both interested in music and while Peyton isn't as big a reader as Jess is, I think they would get along, after maybe initially being snarky and clashing if they met when they're teenagers.

Prompts:
1. Jess ends up in Tree Hill instead of Stars Hollow when his mom sends him away
2. they meet in California, when Jess is with his father and Peyton has moved there after high school
3. Peyton's label has signed Lane's band and they meet through them (maybe at a show)

Rory Gilmore (Gilmore Girls)/Lucas Scott (One Tree Hill): I thought they had chemistry when CMM played Tristan but I think character wise, Lucas would be much more fitting for Rory. Even though Lucas plays basketball, they both love to read and love music and are a bit more on the reserved/introverted side. Also they were both raised by single moms (I could totally see Karen and Lorelai as friends, even if the former is a bit more conservative than the latter) and have a couple of issues with their father (though Dan is definitely worse than Christopher).

Prompts:
1. Their high schools play each other and Rory runs into Lucas after the game
2. She interviews him when he's promoting one of his novels
3. they meet at a college party

DCEU:

Other Ships I like (for background): Arthur/Mera, Barry/Iris, Bruce/Selina (I know she wasn't in the DCEU so you can use your favorite interpretation)

Friendships/Gen: any combo of the Justice League, Clark & Martha, Clark & Steve, Lois & Martha, Lois & Steve

Clark Kent/Lois Lane: They're great together. I love how mature and loving their relationship is. Lois figuring out Clark and his identity and Clark appreciating Lois for believing in him even in MoS was lovely. I didn't see BvS but the scene where Clark tells Lois that she is his world gets to me. I love the way that she was the one who calmed him down and brought him back post resurrection and I'm so glad that they seem to be not only engaged but have a baby after the ZSJL.

Prompts:
1. Valentine's Day is as chaotic (especially as Superman) for them but they find a moment to themselves
2. anything set in between MoS & BvS - the two of them adjusting to their relationship and work life - case fic, saving one another, etc (do they it on the down low at work? are there rumors about Lois & Superman?)
3. post ZSJL, where they're preparing to get married & have a baby.

Diana Prince & Lois Lane: I wish we could've seen them really meet/interact. I think they both could use another friend and Gal and Amy had such good off screen chemistry in interviews too. I think they would get along, especially after BvS - Diana knows what it is like to lose the man she loves and it could've been a good place to start.

Prompts:
1. AU where Lois meets Diana before she meets Clark
2. Lois and Diana work together to solve a case/track down a villain
3. Diana takes Lois to Themyscira
4. It's Diana who visits Lois instead of J'onn disguised as Martha

Diana Prince/Steve Trevor: I definitely fell for these two hard in the WW movie. I loved how they met, with Diana saving Steve, and how she took a risk to leave with him. The way he isn't intimidated by her and how they work together so well really sold me on the ship. I was happy to see Steve back in WW84 but I didn't like how he possessed someone else's body to return. AUs of the movie are more than welcome.

Prompts:
1. Diana and Steve visit Themyscira
2. post battle patching up wounds
3. Steve returns in WW84 but not possessing someone else's body. Maybe he is a ghost and they don't realize only Diana can see him. I would like for them to have a happy ending though. Maybe he does go away by the end of the movie events but returns in the present day

Friends:

Other Ships I like (for background, if necessary): Phoebe/Joey, Phoebe/Mike, Ross/Rachel, Ross/Emily, Rachel/OFC

Friendships/Gen: any combo of the original six

Chandler/Monica: They're one of my all time favorite TV ships. I really love them and their friends to lovers dynamic. Even if they weren't planned back then, it is so great to look back and see all the sweet moments they have, with Chandler comforting Monica, or funny ones like Chandler being offended when Monica doesn't see him as a potential love interest. I love how they balance each other out and how they accept and love each other for who they are. Chandler's "I like maintaining you" moment was one of my favorites.

Prompts:
1. post series, raising their kids together
2. they fall in to a friends with benefits situation earlier on, hooking up when they're not with other people and then realize they prefer each other
3. anything while they were still sneaking around

Chandler/Monica/Joey: I love the idea of this threesome. I think it's funny how in canon, any triangle is just centered around Chandler, minus that brief moment where he felt insecure that Monica was looking for Joey that night they first hooked up. I love Chandler/Joey and I love Chandler/Monica and I think even Monica/Joey have a fun dynamic (I heard that they were supposed to be the ones who got together originally?). The way Chandler and Monica have factored in Joey into their new house by giving him a room was so sweet (and even Chandler mentioning him before that).

Prompts:
1. they all hook up in London instead of just Chandler and Monica
2. Joey comes to stay with Chandler and Monica post series and they see how well they all fit together
3. spending Valentine's Day together

Gilmore Girls:

Fandom DNW: Rory bashing/shaming, Jess "showing up" other characters (especially Rory's exes and Christopher), Emily and Richard getting treated as if they didn't do anything wrong

Other Ships I like (for background): Paris/Doyle, Paris/Jamie, Sookie/Jackson, Richard/Emily. I'm also fine with Lane/Zach if you want to set it in the later seasons

Friendships/Gen: Jess & Lane, Jess & Paris, Jess & April, Jess & Doula, Jess & Lily, Rory & Paris, Rory & April, Rory & Richard, Rory & Emily, Rory & Luke, Lorelai & Sookie, Lorelai & Emily, Lorelai & Richard

Lane/Dave: I really loved these two together. Lane is one of my favorite characters- she's funny, daring and loyal- and Dave was such a good guy. The way he was willing to go along with the secrecy even when it was complicated for them to see each other and read the whole Bible just to figure out what Mrs Kim meant was so great. I know they didn't work out because Adam Brody left to go on the OC but I wish it had. They seemed to really make each other happy.

Prompts:
1. after Lane gets kicked out, she finds her way to California and meets up with Dave
2. meeting at a music festival (either as guests or being in different bands)
3. Lane is working at Luke's and Dave is a frequent customer who is part of a band. One day, they need a replacement drummer.

Lorelai & Rory: I really loved this mother/daughter relationship. It wasn't perfect but that makes it all that more interesting. Lorelai did her best to give Rory a good life and prioritize her and it was very clear that Rory appreciated all the sacrifices her mom made for her. For all that the show tries to push the narrative, especially in the Revival, that everyone turns out like their parents, Lorelai and Rory are shown to be very different people and I think it is worth thinking about how that affects them as she got older/did her own thing.

Prompts:
1. in which Rory has more internships abroad or her dream job puts her in more dangerous situations and Lorelai having to deal with that
2. AU where Lorelai didn't leave home with Rory. How their lives and relationship changed as Rory grew up with her grandparents
3. anything set pre-canon with baby or child!Rory

Luke & Jess: Their relationship is one of my favorites on the show. I like how they were both uncertain and edgy - as much as I love Luke, he did take in Jess reluctantly - and then grew so close. Luke did want what was best for Jess, even when he didn't know how to express it, and Jess really grew to appreciate Luke's support and loyalty. Jess being there and supporting Luke in the Revival was one of the highlights for sure.

Prompts:
1. Jess grows up in Stars Hollow/goes to live with Luke earlier
2. keeping in touch after Jess leaves in s4
3. Jess showing Luke his first book

Luke/Lorelai: One of my favorite friends to lovers ships. I really liked how they bantered and were there for each other, even in s7 when they were broken up. Plus there were tons of 'almost' moments and signs of feelings before they were able to admit it. And denial was another fun aspect of this ship too! Another slow burn ship that was worth the wait, because their first kiss was one of my favorite moments. I hated how they had so many communication issues later on, but I was happy they ended up together. I like AUs, fics set during any point of the show, the Revival or anything in between.

Prompts:
1. anything set after s7- where they're working their way back together, and maybe they even get married/do decide to have more kids
2. Luke tells Lorelai about April immediately and they figure it out together
3. AU where Luke finds out about April when she's a toddler and is also a single parent
4. pre-relationship/getting together where Lorelai needs/wants a date to a Valentine's Day party (or any party) and she drags Luke

Paris/Rory: My favorite rivals to friends (to lovers) ship! Paris is a great character and I love her dynamics with Rory. Rory was so patient with her in the early seasons- she was able to stand up to Paris when necessary but also was open to listening her to and being there for her when she needed a shoulder. That Chilton dynamic was fun but I also loved how it resulted in them being such good friends and their dynamic even in the Revival was so solid, which was great.

Prompts:
1. post GG Revival; Paris helps out Rory through her pregnancy and they develop feelings
2. AU where Rory grew up with her grandparents and how that changes her relationship with Paris (if it does) as they grow up together
3. friends with benefits/casual sex turns into real feelings

Rory & Lane: I love their friendship so much. They were very sweet and fun and I know they had their ups and downs, but their bond was strong enough to overcome it. I love that Lane asked Rory to be the "Lorelai" to her kids.

Prompts:
1. spending Palentine's Day together
2. any childhood moments - first meeting, making Valentine's Day cards together, etc
3.

Rory/Jess: These two are one of my favorite ships. Some people like to read but for Rory and Jess, it is more than that, which is why their shared passion is so important. They found a connection with someone else who understood them. Sure, Jess was surly and closed off, but he was a teenager who had been neglected by his mom and didn't really have a reason to trust anyone. I like that Rory fell despite herself but she also was able to call him out, at when they were friends. And Jess had moments of softness toward her too. When they were good, they were great, and I wish we could've seen more of them actually dating rather than it being alluded to. And I love that Jess grew up, partially inspired by Rory but not just because of her (love his relationship with Luke). Grown up Jess in s6 was a treat and I do like to pretend they found their way back to one another. like anything set pre canon, during canon, canon divergences, AU after the s7 finale, complete AUs or compliant with the Revival. Not picky in that department. What I don't like though is that people acting like Rory doesn't deserve Jess or she has fallen too far off in the Revival. Sure she made mistakes but just like Rory accepted Jess, I don't think he would judge her for it and it's clear in canon he still believes in her. Another thing I love about them.

Prompts:
1. Rory and Jess don't break up at the end of s3 and try a long distance relationship while Jess figures out his life
2. Jess ends up getting closer to Rory post Revival with her book and unintentionally ends up helping with the pregnancy/baby
3. anything set during s3 - the show referred to their regular dates but we didn't see it! So movie nights, going to the bookstore, etc

MCU:

Fandom DNW: Steve/Steve's Endgame ending bashing (feel free to ignore), rehash of CW debate with bias toward one side (I'm on Team Cap but I don't want to go over it again), past/present/unrequited Steve/Bucky or Steve/Sam, focus on Zemo, Bucky only having flirted with Sarah to make Sam jealous

Other Ships I like: Bruce/Betty, Bucky/Darcy, Bucky/Sam/Rhodey, Bucky/Natasha/Sam, Carol/Rhodey, Clint/Coulson, Clint/Laura, Maria/Natasha, Natasha/Clint/Coulson, Natasha/Rhodey, Natasha/Sharon, Natasha/T'Challa, Nebula/Rhodey, Peggy/Natasha, Pepper/Natasha, Sam/Rhodey, Sam/Erik Killmonger, Sam/T'Challa, Sharon/Maria, T'Challa/Nakia, T'Challa/M'Baku, Thor/Jane, Thor/Sif, Tony/Pepper

Friendships/Gen: any of the above, Steve & Bucky, Steve & Sam, Steve & Natasha, Tony & Nebula, Tony & Rhodey, any combo of the Avengers

Bucky/Natasha: I haven't read the comics but I think the potential of these two is intriguing. They both have darkish pasts that they struggle to go past and want to make the right choices. Both have a dry sense of humor and I feel like Natasha would enjoy teasing Bucky the way she does Steve. Natasha has said to have lost to the Winter Soldier multiple times so they have clashed in the past and I definitely would've been interested in seeing more of them together in the MCU. I am good with it being set during TFATWS too, with Natasha's death being handwaved or she is return when Steve returns the soul stone

Prompts:
1. Natasha survives post Endgame, and she is hanging around during TFATWS. I can see her making fun of Bucky's attempts at blind dating and the two of them gradually falling in love
2. They meet in the '40s - either Natasha existed then or she's time traveling
3. They're set up on a blind date/meet on a dating app

Bucky/Sam: I liked the idea of them when I noticed how much chemistry Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan had during their TWS press tour, but I think I really fell for them during CACW. I just love frenemies to lovers/bickering friends and they gave it to me in spades, especially the scene in the car and the "I hate you". The fact we got to move from that to the soft look Bucky gave Sam in Endgame was such a treat and everything that developed during TFATWS was even better. Never imagined I could get this much content for them. Bucky has been through so much and I love that Sam just doesn't treat him with kid gloves. They have this special bond and I love it a lot. Sam's one of my overall favorite characters- I loved him immediately in TWS and he is just the best. The way he is brave and fights for what he believes and is such a good friend are some of his (many) great traits. Plus he is good at cutting through the BS, which is why he didn't tolerate Rumlow's monologue or even Zemo's attempts at manipulation. I'm fine with fics set anywhere after TWS, pre-canon, TFATWS, or total AUs.

Prompts:
1. trying to date while avoiding the media
2. There are rumors about them being a couple, only they're not and now they can't stop thinking about it
3. either they time travel to the past or past!Bucky comes to the future and he flirts with Sam, making present!Bucky jealous
4. they jokingly decide to spend Valentine's Day together

Natasha/Sam: I really liked these two during TWS. I thought they had good chemistry and I feel like their personalities mesh. They both have a sense of humor, have strong values and are very loyal and brave. It is one of the couples I really could've seen working in canon. Sam's one of my favorites- he's kind but no nonsense and has the attitude that Natasha would appreciate.

Prompts:
1. going on vacation together
2. Bodyguard AU where Sam's the new Captain America and they assign Natasha to protect him after he gains a stalker
3. undercover mission where they have to pretend to be together/married

Peggy/Steve: I really loved them in TFA- the way Steve was amused at Peggy immediately and Peggy being interested in pre-serum Steve just won me over. Tons of UST. This is the ship I truly didn't think I would see together again, even though I appreciated all the moments of Steve loving Peggy in the present day and Peggy still loving Steve in Agent Carter so for them to get their dance and a happy ending in one timeline made me really happy.

Prompts:
1. Peggy got some version of the serum and she is on the plane when it crashes and they both end up in the future
2. stolen moments during the war
3. Instead of dying in CACW, Peggy is deaged. Or she dies and comes back to life

Steve/Tony: I fell for them in the Avengers movie and they quickly became one of my OTPs. Ships that initially fight but are on the same side are definitely a favorite of mine and I liked how they progressed during that movie. Their ups and downs over the course of the rest were hard but they had some really great moments. I don't blame Steve for not telling Tony about Bucky (it's easy to say Tony wouldn't have killed Bucky while watching afar and be a little more wary when you are in the moment) and I don't blame Tony for being hurt. Both are stubborn and have communication issues for sure but they do have common goals and I'm just a sucker for scenes like Tony giving Steve his shield back in Endgame and Steve being all "I do" when asked if he trusted him. The way they were able to communicate effortlessly despite all that time apart (when communication issues were the problem!) was a delight to see. Plus you know they shared a bed on Clint's farm. I just would prefer that while they work on their issues, I don't want one of them grovelling to the other the entire time.

Prompts:
1. impromptu feelings revelation, maybe after one of them gets hurt protecting the other
2. first dates, anniversaries, date nights, proposals - anything fluffy and/or romantic
3. artist Steve + Tony as his muse
4. Steve has never had a Valentine and Tony decides he is going to show him how it is

North and South:

Margaret Hale/John Thornton: I loved this book and I loved them. I am a sucker for the dynamic where the two of them clash and don't understand one another and that dynamic gradually grows to respect and love. I would've loved to see more of them together - them getting together was wonderful but it was literally the last page and it left me itching for more. I would love anything at any point in canon, pre, during, or post.

Prompts:
1. announcing their engagement and planning for their wedding
2. they meet pre-canon
3. Margaret has to accept John's proposal and she slowly falls in love with him

Smallville:

Fandom DNW: Arrowverse characters/fanon ships, "Crisis on Infinite Earths" (namely Clark giving up his powers for good)

Other Ships I like (for background): Lois/Kara, Kara/Jimmy, Kara/Lana, Kara/Chloe, Oliver/Dinah, Oliver/Chloe, Chloe/Victor, Chloe/George Dean (guy she was with in Apocalypse AU), Chloe/Lana, Chloe/Bart, Bart/Mia, AC/Mera, Lex/Lana (as long as he doesn't go evil), Lana/Jason (again, as long as he doesn't go evil), Tess/Emil

Friendships/Gen: any combo of the SV Justice League, Clark & Lana, Clark & Lois, Clark & Oliver, Clark & Lex, Clark & Tess, Lois & Lana, Lois & Oliver, Lois & Martha, Oliver & Mia, Oliver & Tess

Clark & Kara: I really liked the idea of these two and I wish we could've seen more of them in s7. Clark having stable Kryptonian family that could teach him about his history (Raya was the only other one that got close - I'm not all that fond of the AI) and culture would've been nice. It'd also be great to see Kara finding her own footing and see where she lands up, outside of Supergirl.

Prompts:
1. Kara and Clark bonding, either him teaching her about Earth customs or her teaching him about Krypton/Kryptonian traditions
2. the two of them teaming up to take down a villain
3. AU where Kara's ship opened and then she finds/takes care of Clark herself

Clark/Lois: A canon OTP for me. I really loved other version of Clois but this one is my favorite. I fell for them immediately and I absolutely loved their frenemies to lovers journey- their banter was fun, but I also enjoyed the way they got close immediately, in between Clark being there for Lois after her sister left again (and later with even with some of the guys she dated- he definitely came off as jealous of AC) and Lois stopping Clark from murdering Alicia's killer- they were really strong friends and their journey to realizing how they felt was lovely. They definitely flirted (see: dunk tank scene) and suppressed some feelings over the years, but when they were finally on the same page and got together, it was well worth the wait. He really lets her in and fights for her and she makes him laugh and loves all sides of Clark. In the end, they just love each other for all that they are, flaws and all. Lois getting close to Clark's parents even before they were together (and how they love her) is another point that I appreciated. I like anything set during canon or divergences or post canon (or in that seven year gap) or complete AUs. I only ask that you don't make Lana the villain should you go this route. I am not a fan of Clana but I also think she would be supportive and not derail them.

Prompts:
1. investigating another Valentine's Day related mystery
2. Daily Planet Valentine's Day party
3. Lois remembering one of the things she didn't in canon (what happened in 'Crimson', keeping her memories after Clark turned back time in 'Identity', retaining her memories after 'Pandora') and how that changes things for them

Clark/Lois/Oliver: My OT3. While I love the individual ships in it, I also love the dynamic they have as a trio. We didn't get to see as many scenes with just them as I would've liked but the ones were got were really great. They really balance one another out. Each of them has something in common with one of the others (Clark with Ollie, Clark with Lois, Lois with Ollie) but they're different enough to really make it interesting. I'm good with the three of them getting together at the same time or two of them already being together and including the third.

Prompts:
1. they get to finish their movie night in "hydro"
2. Oliver hangs out with Lois & Clark post Green Arrow reveal and has feelings for both of them
3. Oliver and Lois have gotten back together/never broken up and he notices the chemistry between Clark & Lois. Then he realizes Clark is into him too and makes a plan (after consulting Lois); bonus: he and Clark kissed as a distraction and he wasn't able to stop thinking about it
4. Oliver is around when Clark and Lois break into his apartment in "Crimson" and they seduce him

Clark/Oliver: Another OTP. I didn't expect to fall for them as hard as I did in s6 but I just loved their dynamic. The push and pull and the way they had this ultimate respect for one another was great but then it grew in s8-10. It was tough watching them fight but I did like how they always came back together, and even when they didn't agree, they cared about each other with Clark always believing Oliver was better and Oliver reminding Clark that the Kandorians weren't the only family that he had. One of my favorite moments was when Clark said that he hadn't quit on Oliver Queen in "Echo". One thing I do ask if that if you choose to set it in the later seasons that Lois doesn't get hurt. I am fine with handwaving the Clois romance rather than her having unrequited feelings or them breaking up because I adore her/don't want to see her hurt and I love Clois.

Prompts:
1. Clark goes to a masquerade ball hosted by Queen Industries and strikes it off with a mysterious "stranger" (maybe J'onn is posing as Oliver to practice his shapeshifting, which is why he doesn't think it's Ollie?)
2. one of them gets hurt and the other one seems to not be visiting but it turns out that they're taking the night shift so others can rest/they can protect them when they're most vulnerable
3. Oliver is cursed and only Clark can break it

Jonathan Kent/Martha Kent & Clark Kent: I love the Kent family dynamic. They were one of the highlights of the early seasons and I definitely felt like something was missing after Jonathan died and Martha left the show. I like that they were imperfect individuals (they could all be frustrating at times, especially Jonathan and even Martha had her moments, like both "Unsafe") and an imperfect unit but still a family that definitely loved one another. I would love anything from pre canon to the early seasons and even AUs where Jonathan didn't die.

Prompts:
1. Martha's first mother's day or Jonathan's first father's day after they get Clark
2. teaching him how to control his powers and keep a secret
3. AU where Jonathan doesn't die and they watch Clark become Superman

Lois/Lana: They had their own little meet cute at the graveyard. I liked how they were friends right away and how Lois took to Lana immediately. They clearly get along very well and they had some good chemistry to which I can see them being a couple. Lois respects Lana and has listed her virtues to even Clark and Lana called Lois a good listener. I haven't read the s11 comics but it seems they had some good scenes there and Lana even gave Lois (and Clark) her blessing. On that note, please don't make Clark the villain or have them hook up because one or both are pining over him.

Prompts:
1. Lois doesn't get kicked out of college and then she needs a roommate
2. Lana meets Lois in Paris instead of Jason
3. Lana keeps her powers and rescues Lois, who is curious about the new hero in town

Lois/Oliver: I really never expected to like them as much as I did, but their chemistry in s6 was undeniable and both their breakups really got to me. I loved how sexy and playful they were, even when his secret was in between them, and how he fell for her at literally first sight and the way she mistook him for a courier. Most importantly, their friendship in the final seasons was one of the best parts - they really transitioned into supportive bffs perfectly and were a ton of fun.

Prompts:
1. she gives him a second chance in 'Siren' and they have to deal with a long distance relationship
2. she has to interview him post breakup
3. how they got together in the Luthor world (please ignore the comic canon that has him cheating on her with Chloe)

Lois/Tess: I fell for these two immediately after their first scene in "Odyssey". I have to admit I had my doubts on Tess because she seemed like too much of a Lex replacement but I was won over right away and I shipped these two a lot. They had such chemistry right off the bat and it never faded. I loved them when they were at each other's throats and also loved how they became friends/trusted each other in s10. They're both strong willed, determined and they want to do what it is right- Lois is a little more brash while Tess is more calculated but at the end of the day, they ended up on the same side. I like fic set during any of those time periods, preferably AUs where Clois never got together if it is in the later seasons.

Prompts:
1. soulmate AU, where they have each other's initials. I imagine that with all the people with LL, it might get confusing, and Lois would not even know Tess's name is Lutessa so maybe she doesn't even think it could be her
2. Lois meets Tess before she ends up on the island
3. Lois gets roped into participating in a charity auction; Tess bids on/wins.

Lana/Tess: They may not have had many scenes together but what they did have sold me on the chemistry and potential. Both of them are complicated and want to do what is right/be the hero (Tess has obviously had more stumbles than Lana) and they were each manipulated by Lex at some point. Lana already believed in Tess when they met in s8 and I think they would get along even better if they spent time in later seasons together, especially after Tess switches sides.

Prompts:
1. they wake up in Vegas, married
2. accidental soulbond when they touch an artifact they found while working together
3. different first meeting- Tess shows up to Smallville when Lex is still alive and meets Lana

Star Trek (AOS):

Other Ships I like (for background): Bones/Christine, Bones/Uhura, Bones/Carol Marcus, Gaila/Uhura, Amanda/Sarek

Friendships/Gen: any combo of the Enterprise command crew, Kirk & Bones, Spock & Amanda

Kirk/Spock: I'm a sucker for the frenemies to lovers dynamic, where the ship doesn't get along right away but has to work together and I loved it here too (I was definitely won over by the whole "see we're already getting to know each other" in XI). I liked how they had their own biases against one another and then they both ended up growing along the way and needing each other. While I had my issues with 'Into Darkness', Spock getting emotional over Kirk's death and going nuts on Khan does get to me.

Prompts:
1. Kirk jokingly proposes to Spock, but the media takes it seriously
2. Spock is Kirk's secret admirer/decides to woo him before Valentine's Day
3. Kirk time travels and ends up saving Amanda
4. they meet as kids (maybe Amanda and Winona were/are friends) and keep in touch

Suits:

Other Ships I like: Louis/Sheila, Rachel/Logan Sanders (if he isn't a bad guy), Donna/any canon relationship that isn't Harvey

Friendships/Gen: Mike & Rachel, Mike & Edith, Mike & Donna, Harvey & Donna, Harvey & Edith, Harvey & Jessica, Harvey & Louis

Donna/Rachel: I loved their friendship but I also shipped them. They were so cute and playful and I love that Donna talked up Rachel to Harvey to the point where Harvey knew how important she was to Donna. And the flashback to their first meeting was too adorable. I am fine with them thinking the other is still into a canon love interest but I don't actually want them to get together because they're pining over Mike or Harvey.

Prompts:
1. Rachel goes to Stanford and finds herself pining over Donna (and vice versa)
2. they are secretly in a relationship and try to keep it quiet/sneak around
3. drunken one night stand and morning after/feelings confession

Mike/Harvey: I loved the two of them so much. Mike really is the reason Harvey softened/started letting people in and the way they would go all out for each other made me melt. The loyalty is strong with these two and I'm here for every moment. I stopped watching after some point, and I do prefer earlier season fics but I'm fine with the fics being set in later seasons because I'm aware of the general plot (I know Mike goes to jail, etc). I'm fine with the Mike/Rachel relationship either being handwaved or they split amicably (I like Rachel and I don't want her to be the bad guy).

Prompts:
1. they're in a FWB relationship and think the other doesn't want more/they're just a rebound
2. one of them expresses they miss the other and the other drops everything to go be with them
3. one of them takes the other out for a date but he doesn't realize it is one
