Day 3:
I got to see two of my friends today and we went to lunch. We tried Ethiopian food, which I've never had, and it ended up actually being pretty good.

Though I missed both football games, as they weren't airing in my area, the Patriots (my sister's team) and the Saints (my team) both won their games today.

So far, 20 people have signed up for the svgiftxchange! And it's only been two day! Hopefully more people continue to sign up, but I'm happy right now.

1. One Chance by sxymammi0909 (Chloe/Oliver, PG-13)- Chloe finds Oliver's 'get Chloe to find in love with me' list. Isn't that enough to get you over there? I love all her Chlollie fic and this is no exception.

2. Shark in the Water by forelyse (Clark, Lois, Jimmy, PG)- It's a take on Clark and Lois's first meeting at the Planet. I really like it and the way she writes Clark. Very cute and funny and the ending is perfect.

3. The Show Must Go On by bradygirl_12 (Clark/Bruce, G, SV/Batman Begins)- A Clark/Bruce fic from one of my favorite writers! This will definitely make you smile. I love her characterizations and there's even a Christian Bale reference! A must read.

Hey everyone! I hope you are surviving Monday! I'm doing much better than yesterday. A little while after I posted, I took some medicine and a nap and my headache was gone when I woke up, which made me happy. :)

Today, I'm going to take my laptop in to the Apple store to see whether or not they can just replace the port. If that doesn't work, I'll send it to my family friend, who's already offered. :)

I have something to pimp for you all. It's a 'Fanmix Meme'. Basically, you post your username and people respond with a character/ship/series/etc and you respond with a song that you think reminds you of that. Sounds good?

Day 19 - A pairing you’ve rooted for since the beginning?

There are quite a few ships that I loved from the first moment I saw them together, but I finally picked one, after debating between two.



Rory and Jess from Gilmore Girls! I loved them so much and we all know they only split because Milo and Alexis did. I felt that Jess was the only one who really "got" her and I loved how when he came back, he was all mature. I cheered when he told her off for dropping out of Yale. HE got it, even when Logan didn't (I grew to like Logan, but he was never better than Jess). In my ending for GG, I think that Jess and Rory found each other again (probably at Luke/Lorelai's wedding, you know there will be one!) and reconnected. Two of my rl friends agree with my version btw. ;)

Day 20 - A song that you listen to when you’re angry

IDK, I like just listening to music when I am upset. It helps calm me down. Probably anything by The Fray and I'll go with the newest song I have fallen in love with from them, Syndicate.

Hello all! How was your weekend? I hope it was good! Mine was okay. I'm glad I have tomorrow off though, even if it will be spent studying. You know what's funny? I always get ideas either in the shower or when I'm trying to go to sleep. I'm odd like that. Then I decided that I should totally do a Clark/Ollie friending meme over at unforeseen_love. I think it'd be nice to find out if there are still people who ship it! I've never hosted one of those before and it sounds like fun.

Also, it seems that femmeslash ships aren't all that popular in SV, even with Cassidy Freeman around. We should have a friending meme for that too! *nods* I still have to figure out how to make those little boxes though. Yes, I'm HTML challenged. ;)

Hi flisties! I hope you've all managed to survive another week! I'm doing pretty well myself. My friend is graduating tomorrow and I am still debating whether I can go see or not. I do have finals next week. Five of them to be exact and they're all in-class with a few papers. Oh, well, 8 days until summer vacation! LOL

You know what I realized the other day? That Chloe/Tess = Chess. What a cool ship name! I mean, it seems that a lot of ship names are forced and kinda lame but I like that one. I haven't truly liked a ship name since Lollie. Can you imagine the comm name possibilities? *ponders* Not that I have the time to run another one but it's so tempting! Other than challenge tables, that's my addiction. :D
