I do like Halloween themes (trick or treat, Halloween parties, etc), but if you want to veer off into non Halloween, that's cool too.

trickortreatex, a Halloween inspired exchange (though fics/art don't have to be based on Halloween), has opened sign-ups until September 18th. More details here.

fallintofallfestival, a multi fandom fest, is going to open to filling prompts tomorrow. Also, they have updated their rules and are accepting prompts until the end of the month and the fest has been extended to November 30th. More info this way.
