seasonsofdrabbles, a recently created exchange for drabbles and drabble variants, have opened sign-ups until September 5th. If you want to signup but missed nominations, the tagset will remain open until sign-ups close. More info this way.

multifandomtropefest, an exchange based on nominated tropes, trope variations, and trope subversions, have opened sign-ups until September 11th. More details can be found here.

femdomexchange, a a fic and art exchange focused on relationships where at least one member of the pairing identifies as female and takes a dominant role in the relationship, is accepting nominations until September 7th. Schedule and rules can be found here.

rarepairficexchange is now taking nominations for their Rare Pair Madness, until September 7th. Ships that have less than 1000 works on AO3 are eligible as well as ships that are not in the top 10 of fandoms with more than 20,000 works. More info can be found here.

elasticicella is running Sleepy September, a fest where you submit and fill prompts involving sleep (breakfast in bed, insomnia, dreams, etc). It will be open all month.

Aww, thanks! I used to like to make posts like this on LJ and I know fandomcalendar and the BFE thread on FFA actually has everything but it is easier for me to keep track of specific ones that appeal to me (a little selfishly in fact lol) by putting it together.
