fanfic-reading-challenge is hosting their annual year-long Fanfic Reading Challenge, which is exactly what the title says. Low pressure, no sign-ups, but there are tasks at various difficulty levels you can fulfill, and there is even a spreadsheet to keep track of what you've done.
