Challenge #14:
In your own space, post your pictures of your fandom scavenger hunt results. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.
1. a fannish item

This was an old TV Guide from over a decade ago that I clearly got because Tom Welling and Erica Durance were on the cover.
2. something round

Candles! I think they were supposed to smell like violets but they're kind of old so not as much anymore.
3. something that is your favorite color

Purple is my favorite color and this is Aladdin & Jasmine mug that I got from a store in Disneyland. And no I don't know why these images are sideways. It was just uploaded like that. :\
4. the last game you played (video, phone, table top, etc.)

Does Worlde count? Because I've gotten into that. :D
5. a book you are currently reading

Rereading Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen. Just started.
6. album art of the first song that comes up on shuffle

Skyfall- Adele
7. the last movie you watched

I actually don't remember the last movie I watched, but The Secret Life of Pets was coming on TV while I was flipping channels so let's go with that.
8. TV show you're currently watching

Ted Lasso is the most recent, because otherwise, my life/time gets too caught up in watching sports and I am bad about keeping up with current TV.
9. the homescreen, lockscreen, or desktop wallpaper from your device

This is my desktop. I once upon a time had a Clois wallpaper. I need to go back to that. :D

Date: 2022-01-27 11:22 pm (UTC)And I love that TV Guide cover. I remember when those were all the range in Fandom, lol. Someone once mailed me a Supernatural cover TV Guide (or two). I chuckle every time I see them. It's funny because here in the UK, the front cover of TV Guides is reserved for juicy soap opera storylines. Just goes to show how different things can be. :D

Date: 2022-01-28 04:54 pm (UTC)Oh, I know right? And that is cool that someone mailed you them! I never used to buy the TV Guide, until I heard ED & TW were going to be on it and then I ran out to get one specifically. It's interesting; I think there are other ones that cater to the soap operas, because I definitely still see them when I'm in the grocery store line. I feel like I remember TV Guide doing that too, probably more when soap operas were popular. Now there are only a few left over here.
