Dear creator,
Thank you for signing up for this exchange! I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with and I hope the information I provided helps. I left a few prompts for each category but you are not at all obligated to use any of them if you have your own ideas. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out via the mod and I will do my best to answer.
I do enjoy Halloween themed stories (trick or treating, parties, decorating, costumes, etc) but it is also not necessary to work it in. :D

DCEU:
Other Ships I like: Diana/Steve, Barry/Iris, Bruce/Selina (since she didn't appear in the DCEU, I'm fine with going with your favorite characterization)
Friendships/Gen: any combo of the Justice League, Clark & Martha, Lois & Martha, Clark & Steve, Lois & Steve
Diana: She's a great character- so strong and compassionate - and has so much history. Plus there is just a lot we didn't see and so much to explore with her character, whether pre canon or between WW and WW84 and between then and the present. Character studies or her around other characters she has met or hasn't yet met would be awesome.
Prompts:
1. first Halloween
2. adjusting to life either after WW17 or after WW84
3. visiting Themyscira
Lois Lane: She's one of my all time favorite fictional characters. Really interesting and passionate and stubborn. I love the way she will do what it takes to get the story and fight for what is right but also has a softer side too. I love her in journalism mode. Again, any point pre canon or through what we saw is great.
Prompts:
1. figuring out a love for journalism as a kid
2. first big story
3. going undercover/on the chase
Diana & Lois: I was disappointed we never to see them really interact on screen, especially since Amy Adams and Gal Gadot had great off screen chemistry. I really wish we could've seen her visit Lois instead of J'onn disguised as Martha in JL. I think that they have awesome potential to be friends and would appreciate one another.
Prompts:
1. meeting/shared grief post BvS
2. Lois gets to interview Diana (maybe even gets to go to Themyscira)
3. working together for a combined mission/story
Clark/Lois: They're great together. I love how mature and loving their relationship is. Lois figuring out Clark and his identity and Clark appreciating Lois for believing in him even in MoS was lovely. I didn't see BvS but the scene where Clark tells Lois that she is his world gets to me. I'm so glad that they seem to be not only engaged but have a baby on the way in ZSJL.
Prompts:
1. their baby's first Halloween
2. anything set in between MoS & BvS; Clark and Lois adjusting to not only a new relationship but also him being Superman. First on paper interview. Chasing after stories together Finding time for a date night. That kind of thing
3. post JL- trying to figure out how to handle a baby, plan a wedding, and Clark is trying to reconnect with the Justice League
Arthur/Mera: I really liked the Aquaman movie and I thought they were great together. I also liked the sporadic interactions we saw from them before that movie, and how their relationship grew from two people who didn't like one another and had to work together and how they slowly fell in love.
Prompts:
1. arranged marriage AU where Atlanna got to stay with her family in exchange for Arthur getting engaged to Mera when they're adults. Neither are happy ... at first.
2. having to share a bed when they're on the run
3. Mera learns more about human traditions, like Halloween
Enola Holmes:
Enola Holmes/Viscount "Tewky" Tewksbury: I really enjoyed the movie and their chemistry stood out. I liked how they became friends and how much she ended up liking him and how he clearly admires/respects her.
Prompts:
1. going undercover as a couple to chase a story
2. attending a ball
3. marriage of convenience turning to more
Elementary:
Other Ships I like: Joan/Marcus
Friendships/Gen: Sherlock & Marcus, Marcus & Arthur, Joan & Arthur, Joan & Marcus, Joan & Ms. Hudson, Joan & Kitty, Sherlock & Kitty, Sherlock & Alfredo, Sherlock & Arthur
Joan Watson: She's my favorite. I love how she is no nonsense and kind and smart. She's complicated and has many layers and doesn't put up with anyone's BS. I just loved watching her find where she belonged during the course of the show.
Prompts:
1. Joan as a doctor pre-show
2. Arthur's first Halloween
3. dealing with her cancer post show
Jamie/Joan: They're my favorite enemies ship. I find their dynamic so intriguing and full of chemistry. Jamie being fascinated by Joan and thinking she will get an upper hand and move on eventually but just *doesn't* and Joan actually outsmarting her is so much fun to watch.
Prompts:
1. they're both undercover and have to protect their own identities and each other
2. artist Jamie + Joan as her muse
3. Jamie asks for help regarding her daughter
Sherlock & Joan: I love their friendship. Joan is sympathetic and awesome but also no nonsense especially in the way she deals with Sherlock. Watching Sherlock grow through the course of the show was also great, and I love how they can admit how much they care about each other.
Prompts:
1. Joan has to fake her death and then they have to deal with the grief and reunion
2. anything case related, even Halloween related
3. AU where Joan stays a doctor and Sherlock ends up in her hospital a lot and she eventually gets dragged into his cases
Sherlock/Joan: As much as I love their friendship, I do ship them too. They had great chemistry and when Sherlock showed Joan his mom's ring, I couldn't help but root for him to propose to her with it. I didn't like Joan/Mycroft but I also would rather Joan not having slept with him as a substitute for Sherlock either. Feel free to use the gen prompts for this category too or vice versa if it fits.
Prompts:
1. Joan moves to London instead of Sherlock going to NYC
2. friends with benefits; Joan is frustrated with her dating life and Sherlock offers her a release. Casual sex turns into real feelings
3. Joan needs to get married to adopt; Sherlock volunteers
Harry Potter:
Fandom DNW: evil Dumbledore (morally gray is fine), overpowerful Harry (if he's around), making Peter an OOC extreme villain/really pathetic from the get go, focus on Snape
Other Ships I like: Remus/Sirius; if they're around: Ron/Hermione, Harry/Ginny, Luna/Ginny, Harry/Draco (as long as he's not a total woobie)
Friendships/Gen: any combo of James, Peter, Remus, and Sirius,
James/Lily: From what we know about them, I do like and ship it. The way he grew up and they came together and fell in love sounds lovely.
Prompts:
1. They don't die on Halloween but the threat of Voldemort looms. What would it be like raising Harry in the midst of war
2. 6th/7th year where they are becoming friends/falling in love. Maybe Lily flirts and she is too subtle/he doesn't notice because he's grateful for their friendship and she thinks he's moved on
3. Working as aurors together
Gilmore Girls:
Fandom DNW: Rory bashing/shaming, Jess "showing up" other guys (especially Rory's exes), Emily and Richard treated as if they didn't do anything wrong
Other Ships I like: Sookie/Jackson, Emily/Richard, Paris/Jamie, Paris/Doyle and I'm ok with Lane/Zach if you want to set it in later seasons
Jess: I love Jess. He's such a great character with awesome growth. There were signs of his potential even in the early seasons, and I liked that he took charge of his own life, not only realizing what he didn't want but also taking steps even in s4 (reading the self help book) to figure things out. And when he got it together, he was openly appreciative of those who supported him along the way. His relationships with Rory and Luke are my fave but the potential for others, especially the ones he didn't meet on screen, like Doula and April, are intriguing.
Prompts:
1. Jess writing his book
2. meeting Doula or April
3. working at the publishing house
Lorelai: She's such a fun, multi faceted character. As I get older, it hits me how young she was in the pilot. She's very loyal, cheerful, and she made sure to put Rory first. Her flaws make her more interesting.
Prompts:
1. raising Rory right after she left her parents
2. anything pre-canon; Richard mentioned Lorelai took his diploma and was fascinated with Yale at some point. Maybe changing dreams?
3. Halloween parties, traditions, etc
Rory: As a bookworm (though not as hardworking), I really related to Rory and while I was initially disappointed with the Revival, I've come around and think she will be just fine. She's smart, empathetic (as shown by how much she dealt with from Paris in the Chilton years but kept leaving the door open or her), hardworking and loving. Clearly she is very grateful to her mom for what she has given up for her and though she can be impulsive at times and insecure, she definitely can admit when she is wrong.
Prompts:
1. Rory post s7- finding her footing, what went wrong, etc
2. post Revival; writing her book and adjusting to pregnancy
2. town Halloween festivals, etc
Lorelai & Rory: I love this mother-daughter relationship. They're flawed and that is what makes it great. Lorelai does her best and Rory clearly appreciates all the sacrifices her mom made to raise her. As they both grew up, it was interesting to consider the implications on their relationship, especially as Rory really isn't a carbon copy of her mom (despite what the ending of the Revival would like to imply).
Prompts:
1. Rory goes on internships abroad and they have to deal with the separation/Rory possibly in danger at times
2. Rory and Lorelai stay with the Gilmores and how that changes them/their relationship
3. Rory's pregnancy post Revival and Lorelai supporting her
4. pre series with Rory's childhood
Luke & Jess: They ended up being one of my favorite dynamics. I like how they both didn't want to be there (Luke may have taken Jess in but he was mostly forced) and then they grew so close. Luke cared about Jess and Jess even attended his mom's wedding for Luke. Where they were during the Revival, at a place where Jess could be Luke's shoulder, really made me happy.
Prompts:
1. Luke with Jess as a kid (maybe he takes him trick or treating and it is a little awkward)
2. keeping in touch after s4
3. anything set between the finale and the Revival
Lane/Dave: I really loved these two together. Lane is one of my favorite characters- she's funny, daring and loyal- and Dave was such a good guy. The way he was willing to deal with the secrecy even when it was complicated for them to see each other and read the whole Bible just to figure out what Mrs Kim meant was so great. I know they didn't work out because Adam Brody left to go on the OC but I wish it had. They seemed to really make each other happy.
Prompts:
1. after Lane gets kicked out, she finds her way to California and meets up with Dave
2. They don't break up and maintain a long distance relationship
3. Lane is working at Luke's and Dave is a frequent customer who is part of a band. One day, they need a replacement drummer.
Luke/Lorelai: One of my favorite friends to lovers ships. I really liked how they bantered and were there for each other, even in s7 when they were broken up. Plus there were tons of 'almost' moments and signs of feelings before they were able to admit it. And denial was another fun aspect of this ship too! Another slow burn ship that was worth the wait, because their first kiss was one of my favorite moments. I hated how they had so many communication issues later on, but I was happy they ended up together. I like AUs, fics set during any point of the show, the Revival or anything in between.
Prompts:
1. Halloween party- Lorelai would insist on couples costumes. Maybe this can be even before they're together, where Lorelai needs a plus one
2. Luke tells Lorelai about April and they figure things out together
3. anything set in between the finale and the Revival- maybe a canon divergence where they get married and do have kids.
Paris/Rory: My favorite rivals to friends (to lovers) ship! Paris is a great character and I love her dynamics with Rory. Rory was so patient with her in the early seasons- she was able to stand up to Paris when necessary but also was open to listening her to and being there for her when she needed a shoulder. That Chilton dynamic was fun but I also loved how it resulted in them being such good friends and their dynamic even in the Revival was so solid, which was great.
Prompts:
1. they live together post Revival and Rory gets jealous when she thinks Paris is dating another woman
2. fics set during Chilton- Paris or Rory doesn't want to date someone who asks her out and they blurt out that they're dating the other one. Fake dating ensues
3. There's a Halloween related festival/party at Stars Hollow and Paris gets roped into joining
Rory/Jess: These two are one of my favorite ships. Some people like to read but for Rory and Jess, it is more than that, which is why their shared passion is so important. They found a connection with someone else who understood them. Sure, Jess was surly and closed off, but he was a teenager who had been neglected by his mom and didn't really have a reason to trust anyone. I like that Rory fell despite herself but she also was able to call him out, at when they were friends. And Jess had moments of softness toward her too. When they were good, they were great, and I wish we could've seen more of them actually dating rather than it being alluded to. And I love that Jess grew up, partially inspired by Rory but not just because of her (love his relationship with Luke). Grown up Jess in s6 was a treat and I do like to pretend they found their way back to one another. like anything set pre canon, during canon, canon divergences, AU after the s7 finale, complete AUs or compliant with the Revival. Not picky in that department. What I don't like though is that people acting like Rory doesn't deserve Jess or she has fallen too far off in the Revival. Sure she made mistakes but just like Rory accepted Jess, I don't think he would judge her for it and it's clear in canon he still believes in her. Another thing I love about them.
Prompts:
1. he tells her what went wrong and they don't break up when she goes to Yale; I can still see him leaving Stars Hollow because I can't imagine him growing there
2. they meet as adults; he is an established writer who goes to Stars Hollow to write a book/see his uncle and they run into each other while she's visiting her mom
3. childhood friends/penpals: they meet as kids when Liz brings Jess to visit and keep in touch over the years and fall in love
TFATWS:
Fandom DNW: Steve/Steve's Endgame ending bashing, focus on Zemo, Bucky only having flirted with Sarah to make Sam jealous, past/present/unrequited Bucky/Steve or Sam/Steve
Bucky/Sam: I liked the idea of them when I noticed how much chemistry Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan had during their TWS press tour, but I think I really fell for them during CACW. I just love frenemies to lovers/bickering friends and they gave it to me in spades, especially the scene in the car and the "I hate you". The fact we got to move from that to the soft look Bucky gave Sam in Endgame was such a treat and everything that developed during TFATWS was even better. Never imagined I could get this much content for them. Bucky has been through so much and I love that Sam just doesn't treat him with kid gloves. They have this special bond and I love it a lot. Sam's one of my overall favorite characters- I loved him immediately in TWS and he is just the best. The way he is brave and fights for what he believes and is such a good friend are some of his (many) great traits. Plus he is good at cutting through the BS, which is why he didn't tolerate Rumlow's monologue or even Zemo's attempts at manipulation. Even though it is under TFATWS, I'm fine with fics set anywhere after TWS, pre-canon or total AUs.
Prompts:
1. woke up married in Vegas
2. post TFATWS; people speculate on their relationship
3. relationship moments- feelings confession, first date, first kiss, moving in together, getting a pet, etc
MCU:
Fandom DNW: Steve/Steve's Endgame ending bashing (feel free to ignore), rehash of CW debate with bias toward one side/making the other look bad (I'm Team Cap but I don't want to go over it again)
Other Ships I Like (for background): Bucky/Darcy, Bucky/Sam, Bruce/Betty, Clint/Coulson, Clint/Laura, Natasha/Maria, Natasha/Pepper, Natasha/Sharon, Natasha/Rhodey, Nebula/Rhodey, Carol/Rhodey, Sam/Rhodey, Sam/Erik Killmonger, Sam/T'Challa, T'Challa/Nakia, Thor/Jane, Thor/Sif, Tony/Pepper
Sam: He became one of my favorites immediately in TWS. I love how kind and empathetic he is- there is a reason he runs a support group and he was the first to see that Steve was struggling and took in Natasha and Steve without hesitation, but he also doesn't hesitate to call out people (I do love him cutting off Rumlow's speech and seeing through Zemo's manipulation). Also he knows what he wants and fights what he believes in (he was anti the Accords before Steve was!). It was good to see more of him in TFATWS and watch him realize what he wants.
Prompts:
1. setting up the therapy group
2. anything with him and Riley
3. life in between the end of CW and Infinity War
Steve: Another one of my faves. Steve is just so complicated and filled with so much sadness. Evans really nailed the 'sad smile' for Steve and I love how he tries to do the right thing. Even when he doesn't succeed, he usually means well. I never really saw him as all that comfortable or finding a footing in the present, which, while a shame, is why, shipping bias aside, I wasn't completely shocked at his ending. I don't believe he could've stayed and really retired.
Prompts:
1. adjusting to the modern day post TFA/The Avengers (where did he go on his motorcycle before rejoining SHIELD)
2. anything in the five year gap in Endgame
3. stories about him returning the stones
Bucky/Natasha: I haven't read the comics but I think the potential of these two is intriguing. They both have darkish pasts that they struggle to go past and want to make the right choices. Both have a dry sense of humor and I feel like Natasha would enjoy teasing Bucky the way she does Steve. Natasha has said to have lost to the Winter Soldier multiple times so they have clashed in the past and I definitely would've been interested in seeing more of them together in the MCU. I am good with it being set during TFATWS too, with Natasha's death being handwaved or she is return when Steve returns the soul stone
Prompts:
1. Steve is snapped instead of Bucky and Bucky and Natasha get to know one another/gradually trust/fall in love
2. Natasha survives Endgame and she is around during TFATWS, maybe teasing him about his attempts at dating, etc
3. canon divergence where Bucky finds his way on the team and they have to go undercover as couple
Natasha/Sam: I really liked these two during TWS. I thought they had good chemistry and I feel like their personalities mesh. They both have a sense of humor, have strong values and are very loyal and brave. It is one of the couples I really could've seen working in canon. Sam's one of my favorites- he's kind but no nonsense and has the attitude that Natasha would appreciate.
Prompts:
1. soulmate AU where Natasha's mark was either damaged or removed in her past
2. Bodyguard AU where Sam's the new Captain America and they assign Natasha to protect him after he gains a stalker
3. undercover mission where they have to pretend to be together/married
Peggy/Steve: I really loved them in TFA- the way Steve was amused at Peggy immediately and Peggy being interested in pre-serum Steve just won me over. Tons of UST. This is the ship I truly didn't think I would see together again, even though I appreciated all the moments of Steve loving Peggy in the present day and Peggy still loving Steve in Agent Carter so for them to get their dance and a happy ending in one timeline made me really happy.
Prompts:
1. Peggy got some version of the serum and she is on the plane when it crashes and they both end up in the future
2. Steve is found sooner and he and Peggy adjust to live with the added celebrity of Captain America
3. Instead of dying in CACW, Peggy is deaged. Or she dies and comes back to life
Steve/Tony: I fell for them in the Avengers movie and they quickly became one of my OTPs. Ships that initially fight but are on the same side are definitely a favorite of mine and I liked how they progressed during that movie. Their ups and downs over the course of the rest were hard but they had some really great moments. I don't blame Steve for not telling Tony about Bucky (it's easy to say Tony wouldn't have killed Bucky while watching afar and be a little more wary when you are in the moment) and I don't blame Tony for being hurt. Both are stubborn and have communication issues for sure but they do have common goals and I'm just a sucker for scenes like Tony giving Steve his shield back in Endgame and Steve being all "I do" when asked if he trusted him. The way they were able to communicate effortlessly despite all that time apart (when communication issues were the problem!) was a delight to see. Plus you know they shared a bed on Clint's farm. I just would prefer that while they work on their issues, I don't want one of them grovelling to the other the entire time.
Prompts:
1. Steve or Tony gets amnesia and think they're dating the other one
2. Casual sex/friends with benefits turns into real feelings; maybe set post AOU where they're both alone and decide to hook up. Added guilt of Steve knowing he is hiding something from Tony
3. Steve is found before Tony becomes Iron Man
Smallville:
Fandom DNW: Arrowverse characters/fanon ships, 'Crisis on Infinite Earths' (good with Clark and Lois having twins/being married but not with him permanently giving up his powers), focus on Chloe (I had issues with her character starting in s8 but with what the actress has done, I am not really interesting in her being a central figure)
Other Ships I like (for background): Martha/Jonathan, Lois/Kara, Kara/Jimmy, Kara/Lana, Kara/Chloe, Oliver/Dinah, Oliver/Chloe, Chloe/Victor, Chloe/George Dean (guy she was with in Apocalypse AU), Chloe/Lana, Chloe/Bart, Bart/Mia, AC/Mera, Lex/Lana (as long as he doesn't go evil), Lana/Jason (again, as long as he doesn't go evil), Tess/Emil
Friendships/Gen: any combo of the SV Justice League, Clark & Martha & Jonathan, Clark & Kara, Clark & Lana, Clark & Pete, Clark & Lois, Clark & Oliver, Clark & Lex, Clark & Tess, Lois & Lana, Lois & Martha
Clark/Lois: A canon OTP for me. I really loved other version of Clois but this one is my favorite. I fell for them immediately and I absolutely loved their frenemies to lovers journey- their banter was fun, but I also enjoyed the way they got close immediately, in between Clark being there for Lois after her sister left again (and later with even with some of the guys she dated- he definitely came off as jealous of AC) and Lois stopping Clark from murdering Alicia's killer- they were really strong friends and their journey to realizing how they felt was lovely. They definitely flirted (see: dunk tank scene) and suppressed some feelings over the years, but when they were finally on the same page and got together, it was well worth the wait. He really lets her in and fights for her and she makes him laugh and loves all sides of Clark. In the end, they just love each other for all that they are, flaws and all. Lois getting close to Clark's parents even before they were together (and how they love her) is another point that I appreciated. I like anything set during canon or divergences or post canon (or in that seven year gap) or complete AUs. I only ask that you don't make Lana the villain should you go this route. I am not a fan of Clana but I also think she would be supportive and not derail them.
Prompts:
1. investigating a Halloween related mystery (questionable costume store?)
2. Daily Planet Halloween party
3. Lois remembering one of the things she didn't in canon (what happened in 'Crimson', keeping her memories after Clark turned back time in 'Identity', retaining her memories after 'Pandora') and how that changes things for them
Clark/Lois/Oliver: My OT3. While I love the individual ships in it, I also love the dynamic they have as a trio. We didn't get to see as many scenes with just them as I would've liked but the ones were got were really great. They really balance one another out. Each of them has something in common with one of the others (Clark with Ollie, Clark with Lois, Lois with Ollie) but they're different enough to really make it interesting. I'm good with the three of them getting together at the same time or two of them already being together and including the third.
Prompts:
1. they get to finish their movie night in "hydro"
2. Oliver hangs out with Lois & Clark post Green Arrow reveal and has feelings for both of them
3. Oliver and Lois have gotten back together/never broken up and he notices the chemistry between Clark & Lois. Then he realizes Clark is into him too and makes a plan (after consulting Lois); bonus: he and Clark kissed as a distraction and he wasn't able to stop thinking about it
Clark/Oliver: Another OTP. I didn't expect to fall for them as hard as I did in s6 but I just loved their dynamic. The push and pull and the way they had this ultimate respect for one another was great but then it grew in s8-10. It was tough watching them fight but I did like how they always came back together, and even when they didn't agree, they cared about each other with Clark always believing Oliver was better and Oliver reminding Clark that the Kandorians weren't the only family that he had. One of my favorite moments was when Clark said that he hadn't quit on Oliver Queen in "Echo". One thing I do ask if that if you choose to set it in the later seasons that Lois doesn't get hurt. I am fine with handwaving the Clois romance rather than her having unrequited feelings or them breaking up because I adore her/don't want to see her hurt and I love Clois.
Prompts:
1. Clark goes to a masquerade ball hosted by Queen Industries and strikes it off with a mysterious "stranger" (maybe J'onn is posing as Oliver to practice his shapeshifting, which is why he doesn't think it's Ollie?)
2. one of them gets hurt and the other one seems to not be visiting but it turns out that they're taking the night shift so others can rest/they can protect them when they're most vulnerable
3. Oliver broke a witch's heart (can be Zatanna) and her father curses him to be a genie/trapped in a lamp. Clark buys it.
Lana/Tess: They may not have had many scenes together but what they did have sold me on the chemistry and potential. Both of them are complicated and want to do what is right/be the hero (Tess has obviously had more stumbles than Lana) and they were each manipulated by Lex at some point. I think they would get along if they spent time in later seasons together.
Prompts:
1. one night stand turns into FWB
2. have to go undercover as a couple
3. different first meeting- Tess shows up to Smallville when Lex is still alive and meets Lana
Lois/Lana: They had their own little meet cute at the graveyard. I liked how they were friends right away and how Lois took to Lana immediately. They clearly get along very well and they had some good chemistry to which I can see them being a couple. Lois respects Lana and has listed her virtues to even Clark and Lana called Lois a good listener. I haven't read the s11 comics but it seems they had some good scenes there and Lana even gave Lois (and Clark) her blessing. On that note, please don't make Clark the villain or have them hook up because one or both are pining over him.
Prompts:
1. Lois stays in Metropolis University and then she needs a roommate and it ends up being Lana
2. Lana meets Lois in Paris instead of Jason
3. Lana visits Lois in college with Chloe and then hits it off with Lois
Lois/Oliver: Despite their great first scene (I love how Lois made Oliver speechless), I was really skeptical about them at first but they really won me over, with their great chemistry. They both are different but also similar in a way that you can imagine them working out in a different world and I even love their strong friendship in the final seasons.
Prompts:
1. she gives him a second chance in "Siren" and they have to deal with the long distance relationship
2. he gets hurt/loses his memory after "Justice" and thinks that they're still together
3. he is hears her confession in "Toxic" and they try again
Lois/Tess: I fell for these two immediately after their first scene in "Odyssey". I have to admit I had my doubts on Tess because she seemed like too much of a Lex replacement but I was won over right away and I shipped these two a lot. They had such chemistry right off the bat and it never faded. I loved them when they were at each other's throats and also loved how they became friends/trusted each other in s10. They're both strong willed, determined and they want to do what it is right- Lois is a little more brash while Tess is more calculated but at the end of the day, they ended up on the same side. I like fic set during any of those time periods, preferably AUs where Clois never got together if it is in the later seasons.
Prompts:
1. Lois gets roped into participating in a charity auction; Tess bids on/wins.
2. soulmate AU, where they have each other's initials. I imagine that with all the people with LL, it might get confusing, and Lois would not even know Tess's name is Lutessa so maybe she doesn't even think it could be her
3. Lois meets Tess before she ends up on the island
Suits:
Other Ships I Like: Harvey/Zoe, Rachel/Logan Sanders (as long as he's not a bad guy), Donna/Stephen (again, as long as he's not a bad guy), Donna/any canon male love interest that isn't Harvey, Louis/Sheila
Friendships/Gen: Harvey & Donna, Harvey & Louis, Harvey & Jessica, Donna & Jessica, Donna & Rachel, Mike & Rachel, Jessica & Rachel, Louis & Donna
Harvey: Definitely my favorite character on the show. He's so witty and even though he has a tough exterior and tried to pretend he didn't care, his actions contradicted that immediately and often. I like little details about his relationship with both his parents shaping him and even that he's a Trekkie. I'm happy with fics set during or before canon, but as I'm not a Donna/Harvey shipper (I just prefer them as friends), probably not after, unless you handwave the relationship, which works too.
Prompts:
1. learning to love/appreciate music with his dad
2. AU where he was able to stick with baseball and goes pro
3. pre canon and meeting Jessica for the first time
Rachel: I just really liked her immediately. Her passion for law and her general competence was admirable and I felt for her when it came to her inability to get into law school at first and very relatable test taking struggles. I liked the idea of her and Mike in the beginning but their constant breakups and makeups kind of got old for me, but if you do add it in, that's fine. I just prefer it in the background.
Prompts:
1. she goes to Stanford and gets used to a new life away from New York
2. pre-canon, how she decided to be a paralegal and her journey to even get her own office
3. anything about her being a foodie
Louis & Rachel: I loved this friendship in the early seasons. I really thought they made an interesting duo, especially with the ballet love. He does really believe in her (I thought it was sweet when he tried to figure out how she didn't get into Harvard) and I think she respected him too. I always wanted to see Rachel as Louis's associate so I was disappointed when it didn't happen.
Prompts:
1. she becomes Louis's associate instead of Harvey's
2. meeting pre-canon; maybe she isn't scared of him like other associates
Donna/Rachel: I like their friendship but ship them too - the way they value each other and how even when they fight, it is partly because they have an ability to be open and can call each other out, they do end up making up. I loved their flashback to how they first met and how Donna speaks highly of her to Harvey. Just the best.
Prompts:
1. comfort after a disappointment or a celebration after something good happens leads to them kissing/having sex
2. they're in a secret relationship
3. trying to find time for dating in their busy schedules
Harvey/Mike: I loved the two of them so much. Mike really is the reason Harvey softened/started letting people in and the way they would go all out for each other made me melt. The loyalty is strong with these two and I'm here for every moment. I stopped watching after some point, and I do prefer earlier season fics but I'm fine with the fics being set in later seasons because I'm aware of the general plot (I know Mike goes to jail, etc).
Prompts:
1. Royalty AU or an AU where Harvey has to find a spouse instead of an associate and then he picks Mike, who stumbles into the party, even though he doesn't have any connections and they both pretend (I saw this prompt on FFA and I couldn't stop thinking about it)
2. AU where Mike graduated/went to law school and is doing an internship at Pearson Hardman
3. the firm is having a Halloween party
Ted Lasso:
Fandom DNW: Sam/Rebecca - either there or Rebecca using Sam as a substitute for Ted, focus on Nate bashing/comeuppance - I'm fine with him realizing where he went wrong but I don't want it to be about all the other characters lecturing him
Other Ships I like: Sam/Dani, Sam/Dani/Jamie
Friendships/Gen: any combo of AFC Richmond players, Ted & Beard, Ted & Roy, Ted & Jamie, Roy Beard, Roy & Jamie, Roy & Phoebe, Rebecca & Higgins, Rebecca & Keeley, Rebecca & Sassy, Rebecca & Nora
Keeley/Roy: I just love their relationship on the show. How they came together, and how they communicate and make it over their hurdles and how *into* each other they are. Also so supportive and reassuring. Really adorable.
Prompts:
1. Roy was the player that Keeley slept with when she was 18 and now they meet up again through Jamie.
2. established relationship stories- maybe them planning a wedding with the whole team (especially Ted and Rebecca) wanting to help
3. taking Phoebe trick or treating
Keeley/Roy/Jamie: I like the potential of these three. Roy and Jamie have come so far, Roy and Keeley are adorable, and of course Keeley and Jamie's friendship is great too. Especially in the second half of season 2. The scene where Keeley and Roy get mad about that foul Jamie took in the finale? So in sync. Really plays to how this trio could work in a relationship.
Prompts:
1. Roy gets amnesia and becomes more like he was in his early twenties; Keeley and Jamie find it hot
2. Roy goes on vacation and with Keeley's insistence, Jamie ends up tagging along. They end up developing feelings and then Keeley joins in
3. Jamie ends up bonding with Phoebe (seems like he'd be good with kids) and wins Roy over that way, as well as continuing his friendship with Keeley
Sam/Jamie: The casual way Jamie drapes himself over Sam now and how far they've come really has sold me on the potential of this ship. The contrast between their relationship with their fathers is also intriguing. I like how that since Jamie hurt Sam worse than others, he had to work harder to win back his trust and forgiveness.
Prompts:
1. for some reason, it gets around that Sam and Jamie are together and when Jamie's dad calls him, he doubles down and ends up revealing they're engaged when they're not even together. Sam goes along with it
2. Jamie finds out about Sam and Rebecca and offers to cover for them by letting Sam tell people he is hanging out with Jamie so no one suspects. All while pining
3. they fall into a 'friends with benefits' relationship
Ted/Rebecca: I liked the idea of them in s1 but I really fell for them in s2. They've come along so far and even if there were episodes where they didn't directly interact as much or at all, they were clearly still in each other's lives, I especially liked how Rebecca was the one to notice Ted was having a panic attack or the moments during Rebecca's father's funeral, like Ted being the one to pick up the song and remind Rebecca of a happy moment of her father. There is this really strong connection even as friends and I think they could work as a couple too.
Prompts:
1. Rebecca gets sick and Ted takes care of her
2. trying to date while avoiding the media
3. Ted's already divorced when he gets the Richmond job and has a one night stand before his first day of work and it turns out that it was Rebecca
Thanks again! :D
