The BuckyNat Anastasia AU is TEARING UP MY HEART, but I think you'd want to write Femme Fatale!Lois more, probably.

I mean, the Noir AU has been on my mind longer just since the episode was disappointing, but the Anastasia AU has eaten my brain because it would be SO perfect for them. I haven't gone looking but I would be surprised if no one else thought of it first.

I finally looked into it and it seems there are a few MCU 'Anastasia' inspired/AUs and people have definitely done Bucky/Nat. Here are two I found but haven't read, in case you were curious:

I so wanted to like Quantum Leap but it just didn't 'speak' to me... I know they needed an underlying mystery to make the premise work but it was a distraction to me...

Thanks for voting! The idea of a Clois Noir AU was fun but the one one has been on my thoughts in the last year on and off. And I didn't even finish the sentence - it was supposed to be 'undercover as a couple' lol I guess it was implied. :D

I wrote out some headcanons for Rory for a previous Snowflake challenge and one of them was that she becomes a teacher. It just stuck with me and now I really want to write it! I am glad I'm not the only one finding it interesting. :D

Totally fair! I've been fascinated with it myself, but I finally went looking and it turns out, as I expected, that it has been done before multiple times, so that is probably no longer in the plans.
