Love that one with Zack and Kelly -- and also the last one with Clark and Lois roaming what looks to be the Kent farm. Some people may not realize it, especially given the jackets, but that VERY much looks like a Summer, or at least Spring, country scene to me! :)
Thank you! I loved SBTB and Zack/Kelly and since I knew they had a lot of summer/beach episodes, I had to use one of them! I get why you thought that, but I didn't make that last Clark/Lois one - I always add in a sig tag at the end of the post and I figured it went with the theme. It was made for me by peaked. I do love it and it gave me summer vibes too. :D
I thought that might be the case with the Clark/Lois one, but as it was posted to your own journal, I wasn't completely sure. Regardless, my opinion of it stands. :) And it perfectly fit the theme. I know I myself, back when I did land comms, tended to try to find a sigtag from my collection that still fit with the theme, or at least the characters I had used.
I loved the Peter Engel productions! Slater/Jessie was my favorite, though. :) I haven't gotten to see all of the reboot yet, but I certainly have liked what I have seen!
Oh yeah, on the_full_court, they are paired up two and two but the formatting here ended up being a list so it does look like it's part of the group. And I agree it is very pretty and fits! I totally get that - it is fun to find something that matches. :D
Slater/Jessie was also a great ship too. I haven't seen the reboot at all, though I meant to. It is such a shame that it got cancelled.
I've heard of it but I never got around to watching.
I can actually say I've seen the majority of the first two seasons, and they actually did a really good job with it. I was NOT disappointed!!
California Dreams was another Peter Engel-production, but never really got the cred the others got. If memory serves correctly, it did get 4-5 seasons, but just never made it big. As usual, it was about a group of California teens. The twist was that they were a band. It was the "Fonzie rip-off", Jake, and his passionate Latina who made the show for me.
Got it! I looked it up and I was a little young during that time it aired and since I never caught any reruns, I missed it completely. Still sounds interesting. I never did see 'That 70s Show' either but I've seen a lot of people who ship Jackie/Hyde so I I can see why the similar dynamics would be appealing.
