Captain America (Movies):
Fandom DNW: Steve/Steve's Endgame ending bashing (feel free to ignore), Bucky only having flirted with Sarah to make Sam jealous, focus on Zemo, past/present/unrequited Steve/Bucky or Steve/Sam
Other Ships I like (for background, if needed): Bruce/Betty, Bucky/Darcy, Bucky/Natasha/Sam, Bucky/Rhodey/Sam, Carol/Maria, Carol/Rhodey, Clint/Coulson, Clint/Laura, Darcy/Natasha, Natasha/Maria, Natasha/Pepper, Natasha/Sharon, Natasha/Sam, Natasha/Rhodey, Natasha/T'Challa, Sam/Maria, Sam/T'Challa, Sharon/Maria, Steve/Tony, T'Challa/Nakia, T'Challa/M'Baku, Thor/Jane, Thor/Sif, Tony/Pepper
Friendships/Gen: any of the above, any combo of the Avengers, Tony & Rhodey, Tony & Pepper, Tony & Happy, Steve & Bucky, Steve & Sam
Freeforms: CA: Winter Soldier Bucky recognised Nat instead of Steve * CA: Natasha was born sooner and played a part in WWII * CA: Bucky doesn't fall from the train and is on the plane with Steve when he crashes * CA: Bucky escapes from HYDRA sooner * MCU: Steve doesn't crash the plane at the end of TFA * MCU: Steve is found sooner * MCU: Endgame but everyone lives * MCU: different characters disappear in the Snap * ALL: Soulmate Goose of Enforcement * All: Soulmarks: mark appears when a soulmate touches you * ALL: Soulbonds - Soulbonding is the only way for A to save severely injured B's life * ALL: Romantic Comedy AU * ALL: Undercover - Forced to Have Sex to Keep Cover * ALL: Canon-Setting Spies AU * All: Star Trek AU * MCU: Soulmates Decided by Goose the Angry Flerken * All: Bodyguard AU * ALL: Actors * ALL: Characters Are Detective Duo * ALL: Characters Time Travel Backward and Meet Past Selves
Bucky/Natasha: I haven't read the comics but I think the potential of these two is intriguing. They both have darkish pasts that they struggle to go past and want to make the right choices. Both have a dry sense of humor and I feel like Natasha would enjoy teasing Bucky the way she does Steve. Natasha has said to have lost to the Winter Soldier multiple times so they have clashed in the past and I definitely would've been interested in seeing more of them together in the MCU. I am good with it being set during TFATWS too, with Natasha's death being handwaved or she is return when Steve returns the soul stone
Prompts:
1. Natasha is alive during WW2 and meets Bucky during the war
2. Bucky survives the Snap instead of Steve and he and Natasha get to know one aohter
3. Bucky is on the plane with Steve and when he's unfrozen, Natasha is the one he ends up getting closer to
Bucky/Sam: I liked the idea of them when I noticed how much chemistry Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan had during their TWS press tour, but I think I really fell for them during CACW. I just love frenemies to lovers/bickering friends and they gave it to me in spades, especially the scene in the car and the "I hate you". The fact we got to move from that to the soft look Bucky gave Sam in Endgame was such a treat and everything that developed during TFATWS was even better. Never imagined I could get this much content for them. Bucky has been through so much and I love that Sam just doesn't treat him with kid gloves. They have this special bond and I love it a lot. Sam's one of my overall favorite characters- I loved him immediately in TWS and he is just the best. The way he is brave and fights for what he believes and is such a good friend are some of his (many) great traits. Plus he is good at cutting through the BS, which is why he didn't tolerate Rumlow's monologue or even Zemo's attempts at manipulation. I'm fine with fics set anywhere after TWS, pre-canon, TFATWS, or total AUs.
Prompts:
1. Sam is the new Captain America and Bucky is assigned to be his bodyguard
2. Bucky and Sam end up time traveling to the past and past!Bucky flirts with Sam, making current!Bucky jealous
3. soulmate AU where they realize they're soulmates during TWS after Bucky touches Sam
Peggy/Steve: I really loved them in TFA- the way Steve was amused at Peggy immediately and Peggy being interested in pre-serum Steve just won me over. Tons of UST. This is the ship I truly didn't think I would see together again, even though I appreciated all the moments of Steve loving Peggy in the present day and Peggy still loving Steve in Agent Carter so for them to get their dance and a happy ending in one timeline made me really happy.
Prompts:
1. Steve is found sooner/doesn't crash and he and Peggy work out a relationship
2. they go undercover as a couple
3. Modern AU where they are spies working for different people
DCEU:
Other Ships I like (for background, if needed): Barry/Iris, Bruce/Selina (I know she's not in the DCEU so you can go with your favorite interpretation of her/their relationships), Atlanna/Thomas, Atlanna/Hippolyta
Friendships/Gen: any combo of the Justice League, Clark & Martha, Lois & Martha, Clark & Steve, Lois & Steve, Lois & Diana
Freeforms: DCEU: Steve Trevor comes back without possessing someone's body in WW84 * DCEU: Atlanna ends up in Themyscira * ALL: Resurrection Is Possible But Creates a Soul Bond * ALL: Dead character is resurrected * All: Journey to the Underworld to Resurrect Loved One * ALL: Characters in arranged marriage AU catch feelings * All: Arranged Marriage Is Intended To Bring Understanding Between Two Species * ALL: Character survives canonical character death * ALL: Masquerade balls are the normal way of finding a partner * ALL: Meet Cute * ALL: Space AU * ALL: Travelling through alternate universes to get home * ALL: Characters Are Detective Duo * ALL: Temporary Roommates AU * ALL: Groundhog Day timeloop * ALL: Characters Meet at a Different Point in Their Canon * ALL: Apartment neighbor AU * ALL: Canon Divergence AU * ALL: Fairy Tale AU * ALL: Romantic Comedy AU
Atlanna: The fact she survived was one of the better reveals in the movie! I like the turn on the 'dead parent' trope and I was curious to find out more about her, both before she met Thomas, her return, and all that she went through while she was on the island/around it and even post movie.
Prompts:
1. She ends up in Themyscira instead; how do they receive her and how will that affect the long term relationship with the Atlanteans?
2. What life was like when she returned to Atlantis
3. post movie - getting to reconnected with both her sons and her husband and finding her new place
Arthur/Mera: I liked them in the first Aquaman movie and from what we saw in the ZSJL. The way they clashed and didn't get along due to their perceptions and then had to work together and fell in love is a dynamic I generally enjoy and it really worked for me.
Prompts:
1. Atlanna is allowed to stay with her family but Arthur is set into an arranged marriage with Mera. Neither of them are pleased ... at first.
2. The Little Mermaid inspired where Mera is curious about humans and makes a deal to get on land to escape an unwanted marriage, and Arthur isn't quite what he seems
3. no powers AU where they're a reluctant detective duo
Clark/Lois: They're great together. I love how mature and loving their relationship is. Lois figuring out Clark and his identity and Clark appreciating Lois for believing in him even in MoS was lovely. I didn't see BvS but the scene where Clark tells Lois that she is his world gets to me. I love the way that she was the one who calmed him down and brought him back post resurrection and I'm so glad that they seem to be not only engaged but have a baby after the ZSJL.
Prompts:
1. where Krypton exists and Lois is thrown into an arranged marriage with Kal-El
2. Lois goes to underworld to bring Clark back post BvS
3. Clark and/or Lois get stuck in an alternate universe and have to find their way home
Diana/Steve: I definitely fell for these two hard in the WW movie. I loved how they met, with Diana saving Steve, and how she took a risk to leave with him. The way he isn't intimidated by her and how they work together so well really sold me on the ship. I was happy to see Steve back in WW84 but I didn't like how he possessed someone else's body to return. AUs of the movie are more than welcome.
Prompts:
1. Diana figures out how two resurrect Steve but it results in a soul bond
2. Diana is still WW and Steve is her new neighbor
3. Steve survives the WW movie and they go from there

Joan/Jamie: They're my favorite enemies ship. I find their dynamic so intriguing and full of chemistry. Jamie being fascinated by Joan and thinking she will get an upper hand and move on eventually but just *doesn't* and Joan actually outsmarting her is so much fun to watch.
Prompts:
1. Jamie loses her memory and either only remembers Joan or doesn't remember anything so she seeks her out
2. Joan is undercover and runs into Jamie, who for some reason, helps her keep her cover
3. Jamie is an artist and Joan is her muse
Joan/Sherlock: As much as I love their friendship, I ship them too. They just have great chemistry and I love watching their relationship grow and the mutual respect. Joan can stand up to Sherlock when he crosses a line and he obviously cares for her a lot. I like how at the end, they can freely admit that they love each other, especially Sherlock. They both have strengths and weaknesses and they balance each other out so well. I didn't like Joan/Mycroft but I would prefer that she wasn't using him as a substitute for Sherlock.
Prompts:
1. They end up having sex and it leads to a realization of feelings
2. Joan is an emergency room doctor and Sherlock keeps showing up with various injuries, eventually dragging Joan into one of his cases
3. They live next door to each other
Gilmore Girls:
Fandom DNW: Rory bashing/shaming, Jess "showing up" other guys (especially Rory's exes), Richard and Emily treated as they didn't do anything wrong
Other Ships I like (for background): Sookie/Jackson, Emily/Richard, Paris/Jamie, Paris/Doyle. I'm okay with Lane/Zach if you want to set it in the later seasons
Friendships/Gen: Jess & Luke, Jess & Lane, Jess & Paris, Jess & April, Jess & Doula, Jess & Lily, Rory & Lane, Rory & Paris, Rory & April, Rory & Richard, Rory & Emily, Rory & Luke, Lorelai & Sookie, Lorelai & Emily, Lorelai & Richard
Freeforms: ALL: Library AU * ALL: Romantic Poets/Writers AU * ALL: Writing Critique Group AU * ALL: canon couple gets together earlier * GG: Lorelai doesn't leave her parents' place and Rory grows up in Hartford * GG: Rory goes to Harvard instead of Yale * GG: Jess grew up with Jimmy * GG: Jess grew up in Stars Hollow * GG: Rory and Jess don't break up at the end of s3 * GG: Lorelai never sleeps with Christopher * GG: Lorelai and Luke meet/date earlier * GG: Jess stays after he says 'i love you' * GG: Luke knew about April from the beginning * GG: Jess never left Stars Hollow * GG: 'A Year in the Life' never happened * ALL: canon breakup never happens * ALL: In-universe coffeeshop AU * All: Musicians AU * All: Characters went to college/university together * All: Neighbors AU
Lane/Dave: I really loved these two together. Lane is one of my favorite characters- she's funny, daring and loyal- and Dave was such a good guy. The way he was willing to deal with the secrecy even when it was complicated for them to see each other and read the whole Bible just to figure out what Mrs Kim meant was so great. I know they didn't work out because Adam Brody left to go on the OC but I wish it had. They seemed to really make each other happy.
Prompts:
1. Lane works at Luke's and Dave is a regular customer that is in a band. One day they need a replacement drummer
2. they don't break up and continue a long distance relationship
3. they're in different bands and meet at a music festival
Lorelai & Rory: I really loved this mother/daughter relationship. It wasn't perfect but that makes it all that more interesting. Lorelai did her best to give Rory a good life and prioritize her and it was very clear that Rory appreciated all the sacrifices her mom made for her. For all that the show tries to push the narrative, especially in the Revival, that everyone turns out like their parents, Lorelai and Rory are shown to be very different people and I think it is worth thinking about how that affects them as she got older/did her own thing.
Prompts:
1. Lorelai doesn't leave and raises Rory in Hartford - how that changes them and their relationship
2. Rory goes to Harvard and they deal with the separation
3. anything set pre-canon
Luke/Lorelai: One of my favorite friends to lovers ships. I really liked how they bantered and were there for each other, even in s7 when they were broken up. Plus there were tons of 'almost' moments and signs of feelings before they were able to admit it. And denial was another fun aspect of this ship too! Another slow burn ship that was worth the wait, because their first kiss was one of my favorite moments. I hated how they had so many communication issues later on, but I was happy they ended up together. I like AUs, fics set during any point of the show, the Revival or anything in between.
Prompts:
1. Lorelai doesn't have sex with Christopher but they still take a break and pine
2. Luke knew about April from the beginning so they're both single parents
3. anything set in between s7 and AYITL with them working on their relationship and even maybe getting married earlier/deciding to have kids
Paris/Rory: My favorite rivals to friends (to lovers) ship! Paris is a great character and I love her dynamics with Rory. Rory was so patient with her in the early seasons- she was able to stand up to Paris when necessary but also was open to listening her to and being there for her when she needed a shoulder. That Chilton dynamic was fun but I also loved how it resulted in them being such good friends and their dynamic even in the Revival was so solid, which was great.
Prompts:
1. Rory grows up in Hartford - how that changes her relationship with Paris if they grew up knowing or at least knowing of one another
2. they keep in touch post s7 and realize their feelings while apart
3. friends with benefits turns into real feelings
Rory/Jess: These two are one of my favorite ships. Some people like to read but for Rory and Jess, it is more than that, which is why their shared passion is so important. They found a connection with someone else who understood them. Sure, Jess was surly and closed off, but he was a teenager who had been neglected by his mom and didn't really have a reason to trust anyone. I like that Rory fell despite herself but she also was able to call him out, at when they were friends. And Jess had moments of softness toward her too. When they were good, they were great, and I wish we could've seen more of them actually dating rather than it being alluded to. I love that Jess grew up, partially inspired by Rory but not just because of her (love his relationship with Luke). Grown up Jess in s6 was a treat and I do like to pretend they found their way back to one another. like anything set pre canon, during canon, canon divergences, AU after the s7 finale, complete AUs or compliant with the Revival. Not picky in that department. What I don't like though is that people acting like Rory doesn't deserve Jess or she has fallen too far off in the Revival. Sure she made mistakes but just like Rory accepted Jess, I don't think he would judge her for it and it's clear in canon he still believes in her. Another thing I love about them.
Prompts:
1. Jess and Rory stay together post s3 and try a long distance relationship - I feel like Jess would have to leave Stars Hollow to find himself
2. Jess grew up in Stars Hollow
3. Jess works at a library that Rory frequents
MCU:
Fandom DNW: Steve/Steve's Endgame ending bashing (feel free to ignore), rehash of CW debate with bias toward one side (I'm Team Cap but I don't want it go over it again), Bucky only having flirted with Sarah to make Sam jealous, focus on Zemo, past/present/unrequited Steve/Bucky or Steve/Sam
Other Ships I like (for background): Bruce/Betty, Bucky/Darcy, Bucky/Natasha, Bucky/Natasha/Sam, Bucky/Rhodey/Sam, Bucky/Sam, Carol/Maria, Carol/Rhodey, Clint/Coulson, Clint/Laura, Natasha/Pepper, Natasha/Rhodey, Natasha/Sam, Natasha/Sharon, Natasha/T'Challa, Maria/Sharon, Nebula/Rhodey, Carol/Rhodey, Sam/Rhodey, Sam/Erik Killmonger, Sam/T'Challa, T'Challa/Nakia, T'Challa/M'Baku, Thor/Jane, Thor/Sif
Friendships/Gen: any of the above, Steve & Bucky, Steve & Sam, Tony & Nebula, Tony & Rhodey, any combo of the Avengers
Freeforms: MCU: Endgame but everyone lives * MCU: Steve is found sooner * MCU: Steve stays in the present in Endgame * MCU: Civil War was resolved differently * MCU: Howard and Maria Stark don't die * MCU: Infinity War gets stopped before it gets started * ALL: The first words a person says to you about your soulmate are written across your skin * ALL: Different First Meeting - one night stand before their first canon meeting * ALL: Fairy Tale AU * ALL: Romantic Comedy AU * ALL: Time Travels Back to the Beginning to Attempt to Fix Everything and Save Everyone * ALL: Time Travel Backward To Fix The Past Results In Unexpectedly Getting Married * All: Soulbond - Accidental/Involuntary * ALL: Soulmate AU - both soulmates were convinced their soulmate was dead * MCU: Soulmates Decided by Goose the Angry Flerken * ALL: Trapped together - snowed in and forced to huddle for warmth or freeze * ALL: Undercover - Forced to Have Sex to Keep Cover * ALL: You've Got Mail AU * All: Soulmarks: mark appears when a soulmate touches you * All: Pride and Prejudice AU
Steve/Tony: I really liked them during the Avengers. Ships that initially fight but are on the same side are definitely a favorite of mine and I liked how they progressed during that movie. Their ups and downs over the course of the rest were hard but they had some really great moments. I don't blame Steve for not telling Tony about Bucky (it's easy to say Tony wouldn't have killed Bucky while watching afar and be a little more wary when you are in the moment) and I don't blame Tony for being hurt. Both are stubborn and have communication issues for sure but they do have common goals and I'm just a sucker for scenes like Tony giving Steve his shield back in Endgame and Steve being all "I do" when asked if he trusted him. The way they were able to communicate effortlessly despite all that time apart (when communication issues were the problem!) was a delight to see. Plus you know they shared a bed on Clint's farm in AOU.
Prompts:
1. Steve and Tony realize they're soulmates in Avengers on the helicarrier when Tony touches Steve
2. They have a one night stand before they meet -maybe Steve is trying to find his way around and ends up meeting Tony when neither of them really knows who the other is
3. 'You've Got Mail AU'- I can see Tony being in the Tom Hanks role and Steve in the Meg Ryan one and clashing while connecting online
Power Rangers:
Other Ships I like: Jason/Trini, Jason/Kat, Trini/Billy, Rocky/Adam, Rocky/Adam/Aisha. If it isn't listed here and doesn't involve separating Kim/Tommy, it should be fine.
Friendships/Gen: any combo of the Power Rangers
Freeforms: Power Rangers: Kimberly never leaves * ALL: canon breakup never happens * ALL: Romantic Comedy AU * ALL: Fairy Tale AU * All: Characters went to college/university together * ALL: Apartment neighbor AU * ALL: Groundhog Day timeloop * ALL: Olympics AU * ALL: Trapped together - snowed in and forced to huddle for warmth or freeze * ALL: Flower Shop AU * ALL: Soulmate AU - Soulmate-Identifying Marks * All: Hanahaki Disease AU * ALL: Fix-It AU * All: Canon Divergence Fix-It * ALL: Characters reunite after canon estrangement (and then fuck) * ALL: Characters reunite after canon estrangement * ALL: Bartender AU * ALL: Time travel to a future where the characters are in a relationship * All: grad students AU * ALL: Soulbonds - Soulbonding is the only way for A to save severely injured B's life
Kimberly/Tommy: This was my 'shipped before I knew what shipping was' ship. The original OTP. I just loved Kim as a kid and Tommy felt like such a dashing knight in shining armor. I thought they were really sweet together - they were both very supportive of one another and their friendship felt genuine and it really broke my heart when they had them break up. I would love anything from the show to the '95 movie (which I used to rewatch all the time as a kid) to set post breakup or complete AUs of course. As long as there isn't really any overly dramatic reason for the breakup or involve bashing of the other characters (ex: Kat sent the letter).
Prompts:
1. Kimberly never leaves and stays on as the Pink Ranger so they continue to be together
2. Groundhog Day: Tommy keeps reliving the day he gets the breakup letter
3. They meet at the Olympics
Smallville:
Fandom DNW: Arrowverse characters/fanon ships, "Crisis on Infinite Earths" (Clark & Lois having two daughters is good, not him permanently having given up his powers), focus on Chloe (I had issues with her character starting in s8 but after what the actress is done, I'm not really comfortable reading about her in a prominent role)
Other Ships I like (for background, if needed): Lois/Kara, Kara/Jimmy, Kara/Lana, Kara/Chloe, Oliver/Dinah, Oliver/Chloe, Chloe/Victor, Chloe/George Dean (guy she was with in Apocalypse AU), Chloe/Lana, Chloe/Bart, Bart/Mia, AC/Mera, Lex/Lana (as long as he doesn't go evil), Lana/Jason (again, as long as he doesn't go evil), Tess/Emil
Friendships/Gen: any of the above, any combo of the SV Justice League, Clark & Martha & Jonathan, Clark & Kara, Clark & Lana, Clark & Lois, Clark & Oliver, Clark & Lex, Clark & Tess, Lois & Lana, Lois & Oliver, Lois & Martha, Oliver & Mia, Oliver & Tess
Freeforms: SV: Martha doesn't lose the baby in S2 * SV: Kara is found/adopted by the Queens * SV: Clark goes through the portal at the end of 'Salvation' * SV: Lois doesn't come back when she leaves in s4 and only meets Clark again at the Daily Planet * SV: Kara arrives as a baby/toddler rather than a teenager * SV: Oliver never ended up on the island * SV: Oliver is the one who runs into Clark in the Pilot * SV: Jonathan Kent doesn't die * SV: Clark doesn't drop out of college * ALL: In-universe coffeeshop AU * ALL: canon couple gets together earlier * All: Arranged Marriage Is Intended To Bring Understanding Between Two Species * ALL: Time Travel Backward To Fix The Past Results In Unexpectedly Getting Married * All: Soulmarks: mark appears when a soulmate touches you * All: Soulbond - Accidental/Involuntary * ALL: Roommates AU * ALL: Romantic Comedy AU * ALL: Canon Divergence AU * ALL: Character A is The Bachelor(ette) and Character B is Part of the Film Crew * ALL: Ship wake up in bed together in Vegas; have no idea what happened
Clark/Lois: A canon OTP for me. I really loved other version of Clois but this one is my favorite. I fell for them immediately and I absolutely loved their frenemies to lovers journey- their banter was fun, but I also enjoyed the way they got close immediately, in between Clark being there for Lois after her sister left again (and later with even with some of the guys she dated- he definitely came off as jealous of AC) and Lois stopping Clark from murdering Alicia's killer- they were really strong friends and their journey to realizing how they felt was lovely. They definitely flirted (see: dunk tank scene) and suppressed some feelings over the years, but when they were finally on the same page and got together, it was well worth the wait. He really lets her in and fights for her and she makes him laugh and loves all sides of Clark. In the end, they just love each other for all that they are, flaws and all. Lois getting close to Clark's parents even before they were together (and how they love her) is another point that I appreciated. I like anything set during canon or divergences or post canon (or in that seven year gap) or complete AUs. I only ask that you don't make Lana the villain should you go this route. I am not a fan of Clana but I also think she would be supportive and not derail them.
Prompts:
1. Clark goes through the portal in 'Salvation' and they deal with missing each other and reunion
2. Lois doesn't return in s4 and they meet again at the Planet, so Lois is reintroduced to Clark and meets Superman at the same time
3. Anything where the two of them get together sooner - maybe post 'Bride', Clark goes after Lois, either immediately or visits her while she's taking care of Jimmy
Clark/Lois/Oliver: My OT3. While I love the individual ships in it, I also love the dynamic they have as a trio. We didn't get to see as many scenes with just them as I would've liked but the ones were got were really great. They really balance one another out. Each of them has something in common with one of the others (Clark with Ollie, Clark with Lois, Lois with Ollie) but they're different enough to really make it interesting. I'm good with the three of them getting together at the same time or two of them already being together and including the third.
Prompts:
1. They end up finishing their movie night in "Hydro"
2. Lois and Oliver get back together in s7 and Oliver notices how close Clark and Lois are getting. Maybe even he kissed Clark while they were undercover (and he told Lois about it). Then he comes up with a plan (once he checks with Lois, of course)
3. 'Crimson' AU; Oliver is there when Clark and Lois break into his apartment and they seduce him
Clark/Oliver: Another OTP. I didn't expect to fall for them as hard as I did in s6 but I just loved their dynamic. The push and pull and the way they had this ultimate respect for one another was great but then it grew in s8-10. It was tough watching them fight but I did like how they always came back together, and even when they didn't agree, they cared about each other with Clark always believing Oliver was better and Oliver reminding Clark that the Kandorians weren't the only family that he had. One of my favorite moments was when Clark said that he hadn't quit on Oliver Queen in "Echo". One thing I do ask if that if you choose to set it in the later seasons that Lois doesn't get hurt. I am fine with handwaving the Clois romance rather than her having unrequited feelings or them breaking up because I adore her/don't want to see her hurt and I love Clois.
Prompts:
1. Oliver hit Clark in the Pilot. I can't see Oliver wanting to intentionally hang out with a high school teen so maybe they just keep running into one another instead. I would rather there not be any romance until Clark is 18 though
2. Oliver is the bachelor and Clark is part of the film crew
3. Arrange Marriage AU where Krypton exists and Oliver is engaged to Kal-El to bring an understanding between their worlds
Jonathan/Martha & Clark: I loved their family dynamic. They had their ups and downs but they were this adorable tight family unit that was really the heart of the early seasons of the show. I loved Clark's individual relationship with both his parents and I loved their relationship with one another. Jonathan and Martha had great chemistry and just seemed so in love. It broke my heart when Jonathan died and I definitely missed Martha once she left the show too.
Prompts:
1. Martha doesn't lose the baby - how all three of them deal with a baby in the house
2. Jonathan doesn't die but he's been elected so how he deals with life actually in politics and how that affects the rest of the family
3. anything pre-canon, with baby Clark or him learning to use his powers
Kara: I think she was someone who had a lot of potential and I was annoyed that they didn't focus more on her dynamic with Clark so he could have someone positive from Krypton to help him understand his history (I am not a fan of the AI/Fortress) and threw her into a love triangle instead. She went through a lot of things, on and off screen, in between losing her memory and getting stuck in the Phantom Zone and having to deal with some version of her father. It would be interesting to explore AUs or how she adjusts to life as she becomes Supergirl and figuring out her own dual identity.
Prompts:
1. Kara is found by the Queens and grows up with Oliver as a younger brother
2. Kara is a baby/toddler when Clark finds her and he takes care of her
3. adjusting to her own dual life and working out a civilian identity
Lois/Lana: They had their own little meet cute at the graveyard. I liked how they were friends right away and how Lois took to Lana immediately. They clearly get along very well and they had some good chemistry to which I can see them being a couple. Lois respects Lana and has listed her virtues to even Clark and Lana called Lois a good listener. I haven't read the s11 comics but it seems they had some good scenes there and Lana even gave Lois (and Clark) her blessing. On that note, please don't make Clark the villain or have them hook up because one or both are pining over him.
Prompts:
1. Lana meets Lois in Paris instead of Jason
2. Lois stays in Metropolis University and then she needs a roommate and it ends up being Lana
3. one of them goes back to fix the past and then returns to find themselves married to the other
Lois/Oliver: Despite their great first scene (I love how Lois made Oliver speechless), I was really skeptical about them at first but they really won me over, with their great chemistry. They both are different but also similar in a way that you can imagine them working out in a different world and I even love their strong friendship in the final seasons.
Prompts:
1. Oliver never lands up on the island so when they meet, he's much more of a cocky playboy
2. Lois gives Oliver a second chance in 'Siren' and they attempt a long distance relationship
3. Oliver shows up in s5 to fund Jonathan's campaign
Lois/Tess: I fell for these two immediately after their first scene in "Odyssey". I have to admit I had my doubts on Tess because she seemed like too much of a Lex replacement but I was won over right away and I shipped these two a lot. They had such chemistry right off the bat and it never faded. I loved them when they were at each other's throats and also loved how they became friends/trusted each other in s10. They're both strong willed, determined and they want to do what it is right- Lois is a little more brash while Tess is more calculated but at the end of the day, they ended up on the same side. I like fic set during any of those time periods, preferably AUs where Clois never got together if it is in the later seasons.
Prompts:
1. they realize they're soulmates in 'Odyssey' when Tess touches Lois
2. 'The Proposal' AU, with Tess in Sandra Bullock's role and Lois as Ryan Reynolds
3. Lois meets Tess before she ends up on the island
Lana/Tess: They may not have had many scenes together but what they did have sold me on the chemistry and potential. Both of them are complicated and want to do what is right/be the hero (Tess has obviously had more stumbles than Lana) and they were each manipulated by Lex at some point. I think they would get along if they spent time in later seasons together, especially after Tess switches sides.
Prompts:
1. they wake up in Vegas, married
2. accidental soulbond when they touch an artifact they found while working together
3. different first meeting- Tess shows up to Smallville when Lex is still alive and meets Lana
Star Trek (AOS):
Other Ships I like (for background, if needed): Bones/Christine, Bones/Uhura, Bones/Carol Marcus, Uhura/Gaila, Amanda/Sarek

Kirk/Spock: I'm a sucker for the frenemies to lovers dynamic, where the ship doesn't get along right away but has to work together and I loved it here too. I liked how they had their own biases against one another and then they both ended up growing along the way and needing each other. I especially like the 'I would cite regulation'/'see we're already getting to know each other' from the first movie and despite whatever issues I had with Into Darkness, my shippy heart does love Spock losing his mind over Kirk dying (and how Kirk's final confession could have been an admission of his feelings).
Prompts:
1. "Into Darkness" divergence where Spock has to form a soulbond with Kirk to save his life instead of with Khan's blood
2. Amanda survives and ends up getting along with Kirk, which brings him closer to Spock- though I would prefer Amanda not seeming to favor Kirk over Spock, which would feel OOC. I'm more looking for this being another way for Spock to see a new side of him
3. they meet as kids - maybe Amanda and Winona were friends - and they end up keeping in touch

Keeley/Roy: I just loved their relationship on the show. How they came together, and how they communicate and make it over their hurdles and how *into* each other they were. Also so supportive and reassuring. Really adorable. I was very sad about their breakup in s3 but I like to imagine they found their way back to each other post canon. I'm fine with fics set at any point or AUs where they didn't break up at all.
Prompts:
1. Keeley ends up winning Roy in the auction
2. pre-canon to early canon where Keeley dates football players and Roy is secretly pining
3. they don't break up in s3 and they go through some of the hurdles together, such as Keeley's stress over the business and Roy adjusting to having a bigger coaching role

Jo/Laurie: I'm just a sucker for this ship. It was one of my childhood OTPs and every time I watch a new version of Little Women, I end up falling for them once more, despite long knowing how it will end. I like their bickering friendship and how they just have so much fun together. Her being the only one who gets to call him "Teddy" is nice. I respect her decision to say no but I do still like the thought of them finding their way together anyway.
Prompts:
1. Jo accepts Laurie's proposal - whether it is reluctant and/or a 'we'll get married when you get back' promise is up to you
2. Laurie doesn't marry Amy and they reunite after Beth's death
3. they're soulmates but Jo doesn't believe in the concept

Fandom DNW: Steve/Steve's Endgame ending bashing (feel free to ignore), Bucky only having flirted with Sarah to make Sam jealous, focus on Zemo, past/present/unrequited Steve/Bucky or Steve/Sam

Friendships/Gen: any combo of the Enterprise command crew, Kirk & Bones, Spock & Amanda
Freeforms: ST (AOS): Vulcan doesn't explode * ST (AOS): Amanda Grayson lives * ALL: Childhood Friends AU * ALL: Pen Pals * ALL: Soulbonds - Soulbonding is the only way for A to save severely injured B's life * ALL: Serious Injuries Healed By Soulbonding * ALL: Different first meeting * All: Soulmarks: mark appears when a soulmate touches you * ALL: The first words a person says to you about your soulmate are written across your skin * Star Trek: Kirk is raised by Vulcans * Star Trek: Kirk gains telepathic abilities as an adult * ALL: Fake Marriage for an Undercover Mission * ALL: Time Travel Backward To Fix The Past Results In Unexpectedly Getting Married * ALL: Online Dating * ALL: Dimension travel to a universe where the characters are in a relationship * ALL: Travelling through alternate universes to get home * ALL: Characters pretend to be a couple/married so often that they catch feelings * ALL: Character A has been pining for B for a long time; they are now single * ALL: Old Married Couple * ALL: Alternate First Meeting--Woke Up Married
Ted Lasso:
Fandom DNW: Sam/Rebecca - either there or treated as bad or immoral/references to how she used him as a substitute, Nate bashing/focus on his comeuppance
Other Ships I like (for background): Keeley/Roy/Jamie, Sam/Jamie, Sam/Dani, Ted/Rebecca, The Higgins

Little Women:
Fandom DNW: shaming Jo for saying 'no', Amy bashing
Friendships/Gen: any combo of the March sisters, Laurie & March family
Freeforms: Little Women: Jo accepts Laurie's proposal * Little Women: Beth Lives * ALL: Writing Critique Group AU * ALL: Actors * ALL: Modern AU * ALL: Modern setting but it’s still the canon universe * ALL: Modern Setting * ALL: Soulmates - one character rejects the idea of soulmates * ALL: Private Investigators AU * All: Literature Critic/Disgruntled Author AU * ALL: Romantic Poets/Writers AU * ALL: Romantic Comedy AU * ALL: Fake Marriage AU * ALL: Apartment neighbor AU * All: She's All That AU * ALL: Masquerade balls are the normal way of finding a partner * All: Canon Divergence Fix-It * ALL: Canon Divergence AU * ALL: Characters reunite after canon estrangement * ALL: Boarding School AU
Thanks again! :D
