Challenge #14:
Try something new.

I tried this Eye Exercises video. I've been doing her yoga videos for a while, and I was curious about this eye exercise but never gave myself time to give a shot. It was pretty good and I will have to check out the other ones she has in this category.

It's especially appropriate for Snowflakes because of all the time spent short-focusing like 18 inches away. I'm glad the vid helped, plus you have a new person's work to check out. :)

Ooh, that sounds interesting. My daily glasses are specifically ground for "I sit this far from the computer", so eye exercises are likely something I need to do! :D

I didn't know eye exercises were even a thing until recently and it sounded useful. My glasses have that 'blue light' technology too but I definitely want to keep going with this too. I hope you find it useful if you give it a shot! :D
