senmut: Ted Lasso / Rebecca / What is the defining trait you like about her
That's a tough one, because there is so much I like about her - her passion, her depth, her compassion, her strength, her protectiveness over the ones she loves, her willingness to grow and apologize, the way she doesn't shy away from telling it how it is. If I had to choose, it would probably be her courage and persistence. Her course of path may have changed since the pilot, but her drive and her fight doesn't diminish. It's a consistent trait throughout the three seasons, despite the way she uses it changes.
In most of season 1, she's determined to go through with whatever she's planning, no matter how difficult. Even when she realizes that she's wrong about screwing over the team and Ted, initially, she still doesn't waver and trades Jamie anyway. Then she may have needed the push from Keeley, she does find the courage to admit to Ted what she's done and stands brave in the face of what she thinks will be his hatred and rejection. Then when Ted tries to leave, she stays on the new path she's discovered for both of them and won't let him go.
As the sole female owner, she has openly admitted to dealing with a lot of the other men, but she still found a way to stand tall and go through with the meetings, not backing down or letting them seeing her stumble. Rupert obviously did a number on her and through their many interactions, knows how to aim to hurt and yet she still keeps going, and inspires others to do the same, whether it is giving advice to Nate and Keeley or inspiring (and even getting inspired) by Nora.
The real answer would be her complexity and inability to put her in a box, but that feels like it is cheating a bit, so I think this one works.

"Strong Woman" has become a buzz phrase, but in this case, it truly applies, both words.

I agree on both those points. She is the type of three dimensional character that the phrase should mean and I love her for it. :D

Ahh, yes, this is such a stand-out scene for her character and for her and Ted's relationship! Phenomenal performances from both of them.

I absolutely agree. I wasn't sure what the fallout would look like but I was pleasantly surprised when he was so understanding and the two of them really shone. Her hugging him instead of accepting his handshake gave me a lot of feelings.
