That's understandable. I do want to see The Flash, mostly for Iris and Iris/Barry, but I have zero interest in the rest of it too.

It must've been just temporary glitch or something when I was on, because yeah, I did go back just now and it's all working fine. That's good at least. Thank you for the suggestion!

Yeah, true. I don't know the specifics but you're right that they were mostly on their own shows. I always think of crossovers as fandoms that don't intersect but then again, it really is just separate main characters. And I think it is perfectly fine if you put that note. I once got a Smallville fic with the Arrowverse Justice League and now I just have DNW'd Arrowverse in my SV sign-ups just in case, even if Smallville isn't considered part of it.

Iris and Barry are a cute couple but Grant Gustin creeps me out. It's completely irrational and not his fault but I just can't stand his face. So the show is a huge nope. Maybe I'll get over it one day. From what I hear The Flash was only good for the first few seasons (consistent for the CW). I like animated Flash at least. :D

I guess it depends on the context. I think with all of these shared universe shows and movies, the definition of crossover has varied a little.

I will certainly consider it! I will wait until the end before I decide to sign up. I wonder why they put nominations at the end of the year? There were some things I didn't get around to adding because I completely forgot.

And the Arrowverse Justice League in a Smallville fic? Why?! My head hurts just thinking about it.

That's what I've heard from other people too. I remember seeing the trailer and I was won over immediately but I was really concerned if they would go the Arrow/Supergirl route with the canon love interests so I kept away and now I'm lazy to catch up. I don't have any opinion on GG but CP seems and is so lovely that I am really ready to love her Iris! Definitely also heard that the show has taken a nose dive quality wise. One friend told me that I'm better off waiting for it to be done and watching lol Animated characters are always fun. Superheroes really work in that form.

Yeah, true, especially with the MCU being such an umbrella.

There's certainly time and you can see if anyone has any requests that interest you too! I have no idea about the noms. I have never done Chocolate Box before so maybe it always starts around now? I think it might be a 'right after Yuletide' situation but don't quote me on that one.

IDEK- I had the same reaction. I was like "why is Felicity being referenced and not Tess?" Also they threw in Barry/Caitlin/Cisco being a thing and I legit was so annoyed. They even got Clark's eye color wrong! Like how. I emailed the mods for the Mistletoe Exchange to ask not to be matched with that person when they signed up because I didn't want a repeat situation.
