You're welcome! The full recipe can come up to over 30 cupcakes and if you half it, the batter will be watery. Even though the recipe doesn't call for it, I do make sure to add some vanilla extract and add some espresso powder to the hot water (or you can add instant coffee too).

I like to add a little vanilla for most recipes that don't call for it. They always say that coffee and vanilla enhances chocolate too. :D
